Robust Toolset, Easily Customizable, Amazing Support

What do you like best about the product?
One of Impartner's greatest benefits is its ease of use. Without the need for any coding, we can quickly craft partner experiences with dynamic segmentation and automation - this not only saves us significant time, but allows us to better tailor our PRM for the unique aspects of each partnership, ultimately resulting in increased partner engagement. Impartner's great product is only overshadowed by the fantastic support from our CSM, Matthew. He's gone above and beyond by proactively sharing with us tips and tricks to get the most out of Impartner, even going so far as to create beneficial workflows for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a steep learning curve when first getting up and going with Impartner, especially if you have limited prior CRM or PRM experience. There could also be improved insights provided when/if syncs with our CRM fail, which could save us time in troubleshooting,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a means to support partnership applications, external user management, and deal registration, all with easy integration with our larger CRM (Salesforce.) Impartner has provided solutions for these challenges and then som.

Amazing solution with even better team

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner PRM is the gold standard of cloud-based software. Not only are you able to utilize this for any partner program but it allows you to custom integrate with all your existing solutions. The flexibility here is really what sells the solution but, the Impartner team is what keeps us coming back. Working with Matthew has been a dream. Without him, we wouldn't have made near the amount of progress we have overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
With flexibility and options comes complexity. If you were looking for a simple out-of-the-box solution to set it and forget it you may want to look at other options but, overtime you will see the need for a robust solution that allows for your program to scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows us to scale overtime and provide our partners the valuable resources they need where and when they need it. Without a rubber robust solution that our partners can access from all devices are program would be very segmented.

What do you like best about the product?
Response time, quick edits/mock-ups created for us, and the overall friendly, happy attitude.

As of now, there's nothing I dislike :)!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
General layout, the functionality of new users/new accounts, deal reg, etc... once these work, the benefits are incredible to the Partner

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is pretty easy to use. The account management/start-up process has been excellent. Matt Hutchings has been great to work with and is helping us get our partner portal looking and organized to align with our reseller strategy. He and the team are also helping us outline a short, medium and long-term strategy with goals to help us get there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have enough time with the platform to know what needs improvement. So far the software is easy to use and seems to cover our needs. We may need to integrate into Oracle or SalesForce at some point. Hopefully, 3rd part APIs exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to improve our overall channel partner support. Impartner gives us a place to effectively share sales and marketing collateral with our resellers, It acts as a gateway to allow potential resellers to learn more and to submit their application. Moving forward we would like to house an order process and potential connections to other systems. The benefit so far is a home for sales/marketing collateral that is current and easily accessible.

Easy to maintain and capable to support Japanese

What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy tool to maintain assets and information. We've been looking for a platform which provides good information to our business partners and is easy to maintain and capable to support Japanese. It meets our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to control contents and design more by country and region. I want to put Japanese office contact and hide some parts on the top page, but it cannot be done only for particular coutries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't launched PRM to Japanese partners yet, but plan to do so soon. We expect it can solve the security issue on the partner portal in Japan.

Great PRM tool to scale up your business

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to learn and pick up. With the extensive help of the Implementation Project Manager, we were able to use the tools sufficiently and launch the portal in a record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do encounter some minor bugs here and there when rolling the portal out but the fix was fast and did not impact much on the user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to grow and scale our global network of partners of all types and sizes, therefore having PRM software in place enables us to scale faster, operate and strengthen relationships with partners more effectively.

Full Featured, Easy to Implement PRM

What do you like best about the product?
We completed our impartner implementation in ~4 weeks and found the platform and the team very easy to work with and intuitive for our internal users as well as for partners. Within the first month we had 37 partner users login to the portal, 18 new partner applications, and over 20 deal registrations. Your implementation team was great to work with and Impartner PRM is meeting our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain modifications to the Partner Locator require customization from Impartner and cannot be made via the administration. It would be great if Impartner can enable their customers to make the modifications to the Locator themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner has helped us create a single platform for partner enablement, partner communication, partner onboarding, and partner deal management. Additionally, the Partner Locator helps our customers find solution focused partners based on a variety of criteria (region, services offered, etc.).

What do you like best about the product?
I've had "figure out how to make Impartner not break again" on my to do list for quite a while now and Trevor magically came in and saved the day. What a treat!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a new Impartner admin with close to no partner operations experience, I struggled to onboard myself over the past few months which trickled down to our partner team. I was completely lost when our SSO connection broke last time and it's refreshing to know that now it will be handled by someone who knows technical things like that :). Would like to see more work as far as workflows and approvals being streamlined between PRM and SFDC, I have a list of ideas but feel a little lost as to how to get there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows for our existing and interested partners to easily align with our selling motions while keeping our operations team sane by seamlessly syncing partner application/deal registration data from the Partner Portal to our Salesforce instance.

Platform does what it says

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to implement quickly (even with a customized instance), the workflows and segmentation are relatively easy to set up, and the content management system is easy to work with. We also experience very little downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basic reporting has some limitations, especially when drilling into regional statistics and trying to see who looked at your pages and downloaded your assets. You have to run several different reports and crunch the info. It doesn't help make correlations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We significantly reduced administrative time with the click-through contract process, and self-service access. Setting up engagement workflows keeps us communicating with partners. Deal Registration sync errors are now gone.
