What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage the platform internally once implementation is complete. Impartner offers different capabilities to grow with our partner program.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are wanting to create a space to connect and engage with our partners as well as offer benefits to our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, partner locator, good support. Justin James and Easton Shaum in particular
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires as much time investment and education as Salesforce does to administrate without a similarly large online community to ask for help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: Displaying our partners on our website, managing our applicant pool in a way that integrates with SFDC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to educate yourself for several weeks on how to use the tool in order to get value out of it.

stand -alone dashboards based on just the info in IMPartner as of now connected to SFDC

Great Partner management platform - easy to use and collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
The design of the platform is easy and straight-forward for users to use and collaborate. It allows customization so that it is easy to integrate with our CRM system. Its customer success team especially the manager Mr. Justin James is really helpful during our internal process configuration process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there are internal QA on PRM side, which will help the development team to verify the changes before sending back to the customers and it will also save the communication time and efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just finished an external workflow deployment in PRM so that the partners can submit their requests to our Marketing team and our Marketing team can approve/reject the request in our CRM system. With this workflow, all the activities and requests can be tracked in one place and it helps massively on the communication instead of emails, conversations, etc back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive software & easy to use. Also our rep Mathew has been a big help getting us set up and has always been available whenever we need anything to make sure we get the most out of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about! The software just works.

Impartner integrates well with our tech stack

Impartner addresses issues as they come up and continues to improve features that might seem less intuitive at first, so I have no outstanding dislikes

What do you like best about the product?
It is well structured and easy to utilise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model of modules - is too restrictive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved two old platforms onto one and created a SSO for the third. We are growing daily usage and the overall customer base. We have partners using the PRM for information, detail and also access to development tools.

Once integrated with Salesforce, the syncs are near real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some actions/refresh times can be lengthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop shop for our Partners. Training materials/certifications, Deal registration features, Manage Co-Marketing funds and Co-branding of collateral are just a few.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider support before purchasing software. It made all the difference for Impartner.

User experience and Matthew Hutchings has stepped in with Account Management, which is improving because of his efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is missing from the product although we have struggled with News on Demand.
