What do you like best about the product?
Justin James is very helpful with questions and providing insight into best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could do more on our own and simply "drag and drop" things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our partners - especially the leads coming in from partners to us.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful of Impartner PRM was how helpful the staff was during the implementation and the experience we can provide to our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a downside but workflows can be super powerful, its just hard to implement when you are new to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went with Impartner because we did not have a portal and we need a tool that met our needs as we start to build a partner ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigation windows are easily customizable for different levels of access. Training and certification is very mature in the PRM. Great workflow options for different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within journeys, it would be very helpful to have more flexibility to rearrange items within a phase and between phases of a journey. Like - supporting the ability to drag and reorder individual items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rolling out a formal partner deal registration process, training and certification program and gaining access to partner resources. Supporting a partner experience with Hunters through journeys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider multiple use cases from internal and external (partners) use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything to manage my partners is all in one place as an admin, I also loved the search functions for being able to find anything, whether it be in my assets or content, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to see a connection between Impartner with other tools. For example, our partners go through on-demand training via Skilljar and I want to be able to see those tools connect to track the progress of partner training rather than having to use Skilljar separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a brand new user, so don't have much insight yet. However, it seems to be very beneficial for me to manage all partners in once place and to also give them the autonomy to add users, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked working with Jessica Schindewolf. She was terrific, responsive and friendly, and was patient with my silly questions. A feature I liked is the ability to log in as different users, and think there is great potential for personalization with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tricky to edit the UI. It's clunky and hard to manipulate content and change images. I think that it should be easier to manipulate Collections and that we should be able to remove collections we don't want -- I Found that I couldn't remove Certifications, and as of now we don't have certs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to use Impartner to make it easier for partners to register opportunities. With our integration into SalesFroce, this should be much easier and help them, as well as give us better insight into how they are tracking versus their goals. I also like how we can reduce some toil on our partner managers by linking to content and forms right inside of the portal. this seems small but I think it will save our team toil.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Focus a team on it, and take time to do some of the learning modules.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Integration allows for easy data transfer, easy to add and delete sections, good insights into engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to add sections but very hard to make them look nice. Not a design tool. Also slowly sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify inactive partners, segment and share content, centralise communications (marketing, training, deals etc)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You need to be aware that in the set up you are required to execute the learnings shared by the Impartner staff - I was under the impression they would take care of things sthat I had to do myself which lost me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Great platform to manage all of our partners. It makes it so easy to authorize partners and sync's with salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Changes can take a little while, but worth the wait, despite the slowness
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
without it we couldn't manage our partners or partner portal effectively. Matt has been fantastic to work with

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usability and synchronization to our Salesforce platform is extremely useful. Justin James has been incredibly helpful! I have not used any other PRMs in the past but this is a fantastic first experience with a quality product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The PRM has lots of customization aspects for our business needs. Perhaps being able to easily navigate its synchronization settings could improve on the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating leads and marking them specifically in Salesforce as PRM leads. We can then utilize rules in Salesforce to appropriately mark specific fields and aspects to our benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a solid platform with even better support representatives behind it like Justin James, choose Impartner.

What do you like best about the product?
Makes managing partners simple and straight forward, easy to use and understand. Mathew has been a huge help and is always available to ensure we’re set up for success.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had the ability to use Impartner for further tasks and partner management like coordinating email campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing an extensive list of partners and partner applications that grow exponentially on a month over month, even day over day, basis in an efficient and easy to use way.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the customer experience was the most optimal part of this for me. I appreciated the support and the seamless handoff to the additional teams. I don't know how it compares to competitors since this is the first platform of it's kind that I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I didn't like. I thought any hangups or questions we had got answered and helped us get our platform up and running. No need for improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were solving for a centralized landing space for our new and established partners. We haven't launched just yet but I believe this will assist in productivity
