What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is an incredibly well-designed platform. It has all the features we expected (deal registration, CRM integration, RBAC, etc.) while maintaining a simple/robust user experience. So far, the best aspect has been the implementation / onboarding. We worked with an implementation partner (Dawn at The Spur Group) who was just plain awesome. We went through a short series of working sessions which were highly productive, all of the hands-on-keyboard work was done by us (so we actually got to learn how to configure and manage the platform), and everything just worked. Complimenting the great onboarding team, Impartner's platform is intuitive enough for a brand new user like myself to be able to navigate and get things done on my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up basic admin configurations like CRM integration, deal registration process / data flow, etc. was fairly straightforward. The CMS editor used to change the actual design of the pages was not as intuitive. Some changes needed assistance from the Impartner team and the ones that were self-service weren't immediately obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a PRM to enable our channel partners to engage with us by enabling them to apply to become a partner, access partner collateral, register deals, manage co-selling opportunities, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
THe quick turn around of taking care of any changes and the ability for multiple partners to have access to individual stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A, currently everyting seems to be working fine.

Deal registrations and training for partners.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates well with other tech like Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be a bit of a delay to feed through to other systems and technologies, so whilst the integration is good, the expediency of processes could be smoother.

Would be good to be able to reopen a deal registration rather than resubmit entirely on the vendor side and have this as a bilateral itegration (e.g. if a previous opportunity is opened is Salesforce, re-open the DR.). One step further would be to be able to see certain fields that are updated in Salesforce feed through to Impartner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deal registration statistics - ARR, number of opps, product mix
Helps with conflict - internally and between partners - e.g. who registered first, or if this already existed before a deal registration
Partner training and materials are easily accessible and tracked

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a great partner experience. Many are already familiar with it, as it's so widely adopted, which is helpful. Integrations are great, and it's well priced. Post-sales support has been excellent. Issues are fixed quickly and they focus on helping you get the most out of the platform. The regular cadence is valued.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there was greater flexibility in being able to bespoke the platform as the structure underneath is quite rigid, so you have to go to Impartner developers to update, at a small cost. It has its glitches, but few and far between and easily fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are at the start of the Impartner journey, but deal registrations have increased as the simplicity of the platform facilitates better engagement. The asset library has also meant that partners have got more regular access to updated content and is helping with enablement and driving further marketing activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The team was very knowledgeable, readily available and easy to work with...as was the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more "self-service" elements to making cosmetic changes to the PRM system. Even still, the team quickly addressed change requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partners now have a single source for all of their needs as it pertains to our technology. Deal registration and management, Sales, marketing, technical, collateral etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been an active Impartner customer for 6+ years at two different companies and the Impartner team has consistently found a way to meet our needs. We have some complex use cases that require a lot of customization, and Impartner has partnered with us to determine how we can build a solution. The implementation/project management team is fantastic to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few modules that we do not use because they are too basic for our complex business needs, so we've purchased other platforms instead. However, Impartner has been great about helping us integrate all of our platforms so the partner experience isn't compromised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use Impartner for deal registration, asset library, custom sales dashboards for deal visibility, and as our central "hub" for partners to access all other tools and systems.

filling almost all of our requirements with a simple solutions, easy integration with SFDC, pretty simple ease of use,

API name of Opportunity is problematic, not alllowed to change it, sometimes it takes long minutes to load pages when you want to do something as admin

What do you like best about the product?
Tough to choose between the fact that it integrates with the #1 cloud platform Salesforce and gives customers the option to purchase the modules that are most beneficial for them or a package of modules customized to help them accelerate partner growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I was using it the new MDF module was not integrated with Salesforce but that may have changed now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved partner visibility, training and ease of use which has increased the volume of partners we can onboard and overall channel revenue growth. And, decreased the time it takes for our partners to create update quotes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend you work closely with Impartner's Solutions Engineering team to implement the best, most customized package of modules to help you grow your channel. Engage with them early and often to ensure a smooth implementation and the greatest ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
There are several areas where Impartner shines! I appreciate our customer success manager that works with us weekly, even if it's just to say "Hi, how are you and is there anything you need from us"! I can also count that, when Impartner's professional services and delivery teams are engaged for our projects, they deliver on time, budget and scope!
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm looking forward to the improvements being made to their engagement and contract processes when advanced notice is provided but no official funding is secured on paper (though promised).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over this past year, Impartner has worked with us to not only improve our platform's look and feel, but also provide function & feature-rich enhancements for our partners.
