Helps us efficiently manage our partners without unnecessary overhead
What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can manage the performance of our partners and gather the same robust insights as our internal/onsite sales teams but without the unneccesaary overhead that this can sometimes require.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how clear Impartner has made it that our partners do not perform on the same level as our onsite sales team! I do look forward to new feature releases though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are immense as thanks to this software we now know where to focus our efforts to ramp up partners on the same level that our direct sales team delivers.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most is that we're able to get to work with one of the best. Our team has been working with Matthew. He's been a huge help for our company and he's always available to ensure that we're set up for success.
Aside from that, the PRM itself is very helpful for our business since it can automate and expedite many of our tasks. It's very comprehensive and its integration is easy to navigate.

What do you dislike about the product?
They always address any feedback they get from us and make sure that they sync it with the system by creating updates and innovation to its functionality. Impartner always work on improving the app. We're still in the process of identifying our suggestions and we are more than willing to work with Matthew to help him figure our how Impartner can adapt to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is helping us to get better engagement with our partners. It enables our partners to perform tasks on their own therefore it gives us better way of collecting data and user activity of our partners. The system definitely helped us work with our partners more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Jessica has been a patient and hardworking partner throughout our implementation process. She is very knowledgeable about the product but is not afraid to pull in additional experts if need be. She helped us get the portal and marketplace where we expected when we signed with Impartner. Thank you, Jessica!
After launch, Ben and Daniel have been very supportive helping us make tweaks as we get feedback from partners as they begin to interact with the portal. It's getting better each day, which is very exciting. We've had several partners comment that this is the best portal they've seen in a partner program.

What do you dislike about the product?
Impartner is not an out-of-the-box solution as promised. It still requires quite a bit of cusomization and commitment from the team. We're still launching sooner than we would if we tried to build this ourselves, but it has not been easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is allowing us to relaunch our program sooner than if we were to try to build a similar tool ourselves.

What do you like best about the product?
The people. My CSM, Alex, is very engaged in and responsive to our requests and escalations in particular bringing in resources as needed. Dave Ostler is SUPER helpful with the technical side and has given us the tools to manage our account efficiently and successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support can be a challenge. If I am not a squeaky wheel tickets can sit for too long before they are assigned and/or may take additional time for resolution. That said after engaging my CSM regularly I've found that time to resolution has improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of critical components in building partner ecosystem is very beneficial as we onboard new partners, as partners register deals, and work with A10 on MDF requests and claims. I especially enjoy the Journey feature. Simple or complex, they have been a nice addition to our ability to get more information out to all members.

Small nuances here and there but nothing too difficult to get around. I would love to see more customization in the future :)

Great Service by Easton Shaum
What do you like best about the product?
We submitted a ticket and has a quick response from Easton. He offered some feedback, we had some quick exchanges, and then we were able to resolve the issue and close it out. It's been the most efficient interaction to date!
What do you dislike about the product?
Often our tickets are not this smooth or seamless, which makes for a very frustrating experience. Going forward, we will expect this level of attention to detail and service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many problems we need to solve with them from a platform perspective that it is difficult to see the true value. We invested a lot into our Channel this year and hope to be able to show them value via the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Easton provided detailed responses in troubleshooting for an error we found. He provided screenshots and audit logs that helped identify what the issue was, when it happened and why it happened. He was also very professional and eager to help with any future issues we may come across.

No complaints on Easton, he provided the kind of support that we need - we didn't have to ask for more details or info, he gave us everything we needed and more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows us and our partners to connect in one location to share documents, register deals, provide training and hold events. Overall it's a one-stop shop for our partners to have all the tools they need to succeed in working with us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Research all they have to offer, know how you want to use it for your Company, and don't be afraid to ask for more - your idea could be a new feature down the road!

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and integration of the various modules is significant. The ability to easily scale by adding modular capabilities over time to fit the budget and need as the company's channel ecosystem grows was very important to us as an emerging tech company.

What do you dislike about the product?
When we adopted Impartner several years ago, it was heavily touted as out-of-the-box ready and fully integrate-able. We took it at face value and there was configuration setup work required and we didn't have a resource available at the early stages to learn the platform and become the resident expert.
Having a hands-on resource from Impartner to take our requirements and configure to our specification would have helped us to start utilizing the platform sooner. However, this was a shortcoming from our company as well. We eventually hired a 3rd party consultant firm versed on Impartner to perform the requisite configurations for a fully functional portal.

Partners access to content, collateral and visibility into their the sales funnel stages of deal registered opportunities. Ability to convey and track partner communications activity.
IMPartner is a great tool but our implementation by Eva Larsen was even better!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simplistic enough for an average person to learn how to use it. But robust enough to support your business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer portal and training material is thorough. But it can be difficult to navigate. I often had to reach out to my implementation contact Eva Larsen to get guidance on what I should be reviewing.

A simple and effective user interface for indirect partners to leverage/do business with us.
