Portal Through Impartner Helps Manage Our Channel

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Impartner PRM is the portal and more specifically the training we can provide our partners through it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal can be pretty cumbersome to update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our rep that is assigned to help us (Jaiden) helped me update our website/portal.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been customers of Impartners for awhile through multiple acquisitions and name changes. The portal we have for our channel through Impartner has kept us strong throughout all of that. We have had multiple account managers at Impartner that have been great. Our current account manager Jayden has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anytime we need to do a launch of new functionality it takes quite a bit of time. And the reporting in the PRM is pretty much non-existent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it’s just overall helped manage a growing channel ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
The personal assistance provided by Impartner was very helpful with our implementation and integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system updates/page loading is slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more pleasant experience for our partners to have access to materials, ask for support and submit referrals.

PRM that is easy to use, with excellent Customer support

What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner PRM has an interface that is easy to use and allows a lot of customization to fit the specific needs of your organization. I like that I am able to have everything sync with Salesforce and allow my partners to have visibility into the deals that we are working together, while also giving our company line of sight into the opportunities that our partners have. The PRM has a lot of functionality like Journey Builder, which allows you to create an automate custom onboarding experiences for your partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way that I could have more of functionality of Impartner in my Salesforce environment so that I was looking at most everything in one place. The fact that I have to go to Impartner to do a lot of things is not a deal breaker by any means, but it would be helpful if I could spend more time just in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Impartner as a portal that our partners can use to apply to become one of our partners, register their deals, and view any of the assets that they might need to sell our solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that you have a plan in place for how the tool will be used and who will do the ongoing support and maintenance of the tool. The tool is only going to be as useful as you make it, so make sure that you know exactly what you will be using it for.

Partner management software tool works well!

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has been very useful in our channel strategy. Being a CAM, it has helped me manage a larger portfolio of resellers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m not very technical so I have had to figure out a lot on my own and it’s been tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve enjoyed the lead registration. Helps me get more deals.
I reached out to our account support rep - Jaden. He solved a stupid thing I couldn’t figure out on getting logged in myself.

Great software for partners, flexible configuration for Salesforce users

What do you like best about the product?
The admin interface is intuitive and offers a range of prebuilt user flows. We are currently using the Standard PRM interface with Salesforce integration and the Partner Locator module. The Impartner Success portal has a wealth of information that allows for independent study of all modules and system operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software itself is excellent. Our biggest challenge was being onboarded by a separate partner and handed off to a series of internal Impartner staff. The process felt disjointed and delayed our launch timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now using Impartner to increase our overall engagement and communication with partners. In addition, we are seeing more clients use the Partner Directory, which has led to more partners and provides more brand awareness for our company.

Partner Locator helps quite a bit

What do you like best about the product?
We needed something for end clients to access our 3rd party implementers and we got the partner locator tool added on to our contract. We are so thankful it the partner info is editable by our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is terrible to be honest. Luckily Jaden from Impartner showed us that we can get at least some data in Salesforce.

Marketing through PRM

What do you like best about the product?
I have really liked the ability to market to our partners and then they can market to their clients. They have been able to grab documents and videos and brand them with their logo. Really helpful. Our Account manager (Jaden) helped us as we had a little bit of turnover
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the support was a little quicker when I submit a ticket. But they have solved most of my problems
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the first time we have had a portal and so this has helped a bunch. Our channel is still new so I'm sure we will see more value as time goes on

Automation for PRM is life saving

What do you like best about the product?
We love the workflow automation that Impartner has. It has helped us trigger certain segmentation and emails appropriately. Our CSM (Jaden) has been great to work with and has helped us enable a lot of that automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve has been a little steep, and I wish the success portal had more thorough videos for our configuration. Other than that, not much else from a dislike perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of manual work. What we used to spend a lot of time on has been solved through automation, which has resulted in a lot of cost savings for us.
