What do you like best about the product?
Easy platform to use. Great support and customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at moment. The support has been solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self service for customers, easy to use solutions, seamless integration with our other platforms

Great support.
A Leader in Partner Resource Management
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with SFDC and leveraging the Standard Objects. Opportunity Dashboard, MDF and other form builder modules. Segementation
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to add CSS and HTML scripts to the web pages. Contact to User sync from SFDC to Impartner does not work well based on Account criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have created an engaging PRM tool where all partners can come to find product content, opportunity registration, training and much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good PRM system for young or new partner programs.
Impartner have proved to be a great partner and adaptable product
What do you like best about the product?
The team is great to work with and our implementation manager (Boris) went above and beyond to get us live. The product is adaptable to our changing and evolving requirements
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the ability to assign new partner applications to users in our organisation so the day to day management can be better divided among the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scale - that was our biggest issue and so far Impartner has helped support this. Automation was also key, we have built in processes to support this although there is still a lot more we can do to further automate using the product
Big fan of social on demand.
What do you like best about the product?
We have really enjoyed the social on demand module. Our partners have given us good feedback about the social integration with their own social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration to our partner's social media can be a little finnicky. The social posts are sometimes difficult to trigger but once we get everything pushed through it seems to go pretty well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partners are more involved with our overall program because not only are they informed on our latest releases, but so are their clients.
It's a good tool. Reporting is combersome.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to make updates myself on the pages and adding assets to the library is easy. Plus our Customer Succes Manger (Justin James) has been an important resource who has helped us immensly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to manage documents in several collections in the asset library. It's hard to version control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Good tool for deal registration, onboarding, assets and training information.
Synching impartner with salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
It is great having an advocate like Justin James that we can work with to align our impartner experience with the partner portal and salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the alignment between impartner and salesforce can be a bit clunky and require manual data entry to synch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ability to link partner contacts with users and import deal registrations directly into salesforce
Very helpful solution for channel management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, a lot of help and support received from the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with CMS. We are not able to perform some actions on our own.,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for our partners to use. Good for providing a central repository for partners to access information, and very helpful for our team to have visibility on partners' actions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way our CSM picks up the grievances and understands the urgency of them, thus following them with the right team and attending them to the core for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of a kind where he is directly involved. Although I dislike, sometimes the way and the time is taken for some of the business-critical issues piked up by the team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most for the technical issues, we lean on Impartner. We are still on a journey to fully understand the product. It's a power pack with lots of features in it. However, I must complain about the technology it supplies, which seems to be a bit old school!
Great tool for all PRM needs
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I am able to use the PRM to track data on portal interactions and get a better understanding of what is wokring with partner engagement
What do you dislike about the product?
Information is always at your fingertips within PRM but I think a newsletter with updates/roadmaps for the quarter would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as a platform to engage with partners, track deals and ensure that training is successful
Love the PRM and TCMA platform
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is great because not only does it have a PRM and portal offering but we also used the TCMA platform to market to and on behalf of our partners. This has helped our marketing department immensely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their old channel marketing platform was clunky but luckily we upgraded. I wish the customer support team could’ve resolved our tickets faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have zero communication or very irregular messaging to our partners but we have been able to bridge that gap with Impartner and their TCMA platform.
