Transforming our partner experience
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for us to automate many of tedious administrative tasks, integration or the partner locator and MDFs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Be prepared that you are working with a portal not a traditional CSM with power comes responsibility and things needed to be planned and thought out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One-stop shop for partner for enablement and data as we integrate with Salesforce
Quick and easy integration
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up the integration and all of its workflows are quick and straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, there are CRM sync issues that affect lead sharing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps connect our partners with our CRM and vice-versa.
Partner portal and PRM with Dynamics is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Being a Microsoft dynamics shop, we are so glad that Impartner PRM integrates with our CRM. No other PRM does that. It has automated a lot of our processes that our Channel Account Managers used to have to do win regards to making updates in CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the implementation was shorter because we had to delay some of our program launches. The integration to CRM was a little clunky at first but we have seemed to have ironed out the kinks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t even have a partner portal before this and everything was tracked on spreadsheets. This has been whole new world and we have seen partner contribution increase substantially!
Easy to use Partner Portal
What do you like best about the product?
The portal is very easy to log on and adaptable for my every day needs! Super easy finding the safety products I need access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. It's extremely easy to login to my vendor's portals and locate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the portal as a partner of several vendors. Working in sales, it makes it easy to obtain additional information from my vendor's partner portals.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility that the Impartner team members provide. TouchNet more than likely has been far from a simple integration. With that, the team at Impartner has always listened to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a gap in understanding all the functions of Impartner. I know there are several videos for training, but quite frankly, I don't have the time to review the videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're not necessarily solving problems but improving our overall partner experience. We have an extensive partner ecosystem, and Impartner allows us to simplify and automate systems.
Great Platform - Amazing Team
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is a great PRM platform, easy to customize and use, all the features partners want.
Yet, what makes it amazing is the team you work with, Daniel and Justin are always willing to help, and no task is too tricky to tackle.
They are one of the best customer management teams I have worked with, and as Sr Sales Ops I have worked with plenty.
Looking forward to do more for our partners using the Impartner platform; as we're just starting this journey, a lot of changes are still ahead, but being supported by this team makes everything possible.
Yet, what makes it amazing is the team you work with, Daniel and Justin are always willing to help, and no task is too tricky to tackle.

Implementing a partner portal. Benefits include having a one-stop page for everything your partner requires.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the time each agent took to look into my problem or issue to understand and clarify details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the response time took a little longer than I expected. Complex issues would be resolved quickly, but some (seemingly) simpler tasks took a little longer to research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're making enhancements to our Deal Registration program and Partner Sales training modules.

What do you like best about the product?
Justin James was very attentive to our needs and knew his craft very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my role with Justin and Impartner, I did not have any issues.

This platform helps us to streamline our Partner Program and gives us a single dashboard to help up manage

A central location for Partners to access materials they need and register leads
Review of Impartner PRM System
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which you can upload and update the back-end of the system. I also really like the ability to sync common CRM's. The user experience is also super simple and intuitive. Small things like partner co-branding ability is also a nice tough that a many of our partners enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point have not experienced any downsides to the system. All appear to work as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a mid-size company, having PRM has helped us be more productive. Many of the requests our partners were making prior can now be handled by the system. Overall we are more productive and efficient since the PRM system was implemented.
