Impartner Partner Portal Review
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations into Salesforce made it easy to see deal registrations, automatically create opportunities, and customize rules and policies based on partner activity and submissions. Customization
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup took some time and effort to get going. Once completed and policies and confgiurations had been set up, Impartner started working beautifully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization did not have an official partner portal for our resellers, MSP's and Distributors to be able to quickly and easily register deals, find relevant content and view their pipeline with our solution. We realized the benefits of having Impartner by giving both us and our partner better visibility into the pipeline and automating many processes. Involved in the channel.
Impartner PRM has been great
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner has helped us, onboard partners, a lot more seamlessly. They can sign our T’s & C’s and get right into registering deals. This used to take weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation took longer than expected but I’m glad we got through it and we are up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner onboarding used to be a nightmare but we have really automated a lot of that process and new partners can contribute very quickly.
We love Program Compliance Manager in PRM
What do you like best about the product?
The program compliance manager module within Impartner PRM is our favorite feature for both our partners and us internally. It’s automated and help partners know what their rank/tier is and how they can get to the next rank/tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some minor slowness over the last year or so but the support and dev teams have helped us work through those instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use a lot of spreadsheets to track our partners and they could never see where they are at but now we have solved for that and the Channel Account Managers have saved quite a bit of time not having to always communicate with the partners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
N/A. It's great! Support is great too!

What do you like best about the product?
The product offers an intelligent way to grow and expand. It capitalizes on the value of the partner community for effective outcomes. I feel Impartner is above their competitors in this space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any strong dislikes at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have improved communication with our partners, and increased growth while creating a more efficient way of doing business.
Best PRM in the industry
What do you like best about the product?
Great ability to resister deals and get relevant marketing content. Our partner find the portal very useful and it helps make a lot of our old manual process more automated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a little bit older UI and the administrative side has a decent learning curve. The workflows are hard to configure and the same goes for the configuration of syncing things to salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen partners engage with our portal more for things that took time away from our channel account managers. It has solved some of those manual processes entirely.
Great product that creates efficiencies
What do you like best about the product?
How everything is put into one place. It is simple to use and easy to teach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think at this point it is probably more how my company utilizies it more then the issues with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiencies are what PRM is helping me solve. It is giving me more time back in a day.
Great PRM Software
What do you like best about the product?
The registration process for our partners is streamlined and simple. It was a huge improvement from our previous software. Most things are easy to update and manage. Super helpful team to support if needed (thanks, Jason!).
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the number of partner accounts you have, it can get pricey. However, they are willing to work with you and it hasn't been an issue for us since we have a smaller account list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to host content available to just our partners (pricing, competitive info, etc.).
Ability to see what our partners are doing within the portal (downloading, registering, etc.).
Ease of registration for new partners.
Reporting and analytics.
Asset library.

Definitely one of the best PRM platforms I've seen. Ease of set up and management is a win for us!
It's a useful tool but could be improved a lot.
What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy way for us to provide resources to our partners. We can easily track their activity and are able to have an incentive program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very user-intuitive and there isn't a way to make changes across all languages in the CMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to pull specific reports. How to make changes within the CMS. With help from the customer success team, we've been able to resolve the issues we've faced.

What do you like best about the product?
Configurability is easy and effective, gets you where you need to be quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations around the UI, and some simple functionality is surprisingly missing (although not vital).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal Registrations, Asset sharing, general partner portal access, partner engagement, and many others.

Clear stand-out for the requirements we had, and the delivery and support were exceptional.

Our partners have a place to go for all of the info they need about our partner program. Our partner data is organized and stored appropriately.
