Great PRM solution with excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner offers a well-structured, partner-friendly platform that helps us centralize resources, trainings, and deal regs efficiently. The ability to create segmented, co-brandable content and track partner engagement is particularly useful. The CSM, training team and support teams are very responsive and very helpful, which makes my interaction with the tool easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features can feel a bit inflexible, and the user interface isn't always as intuitive as we'd like. However, the Impartner team is very supportive and actively listens to feedback to improve the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner helps us organize and manage our partner program in one central place. It makes it easier to share resources, track partner activity, and deliver training. This saves us time, keeps our communication consistent, and helps our partners stay engaged and up to date.
Amazing PRM with easy to use feature sets
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of control I have over interface for my partners, the segmentation of views I can implement, the training and journey capabilities. The deal view and process it supports for integration to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit tricky for the segmentation setup using hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner helps us twofold; training and pushing net new learning resources out to existing partner and monitoring and streamlining our pipeline management.
Easy to use PRM Solution to boost engagement for new and existing partners
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner PRM offers extensive customization options for both the user interface and the partner experience. We've implemented quite a few features, which have significantly improved our partner engagement. I really appreciate having everything centralized for our partners, making it an easy direct spot to send them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if some of the customization could be done by us instead of going through Impartner every time, but maybe that will be an option down the road.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows us to have all partner assets, trainings and forms in one spot to make it easy for partners to access and easy for us to share with partners.
Could not recommend Impartner enough. Great system, great team.

Ease of use and great support team who resolve issue very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications don't exist and there is no way of uploading a URL to the Marketing Library

Dashboards/Opportunity Management/Marketing Library - all in 1 place
Impartner is user-friendly, reliable and has responsive customer service
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to manage our partner relationships, receive leads from partners effortlessly and allow our partners to view lead progress and relevant product collateral. Information is integrated into our Salesforce instance. Requests for customer service are prompt and always knowledgeable. We have regular sessions with our support person at our chosen frequency.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do not have phone support but email support is quick. We are expected to manage any customization of our instance ourselves using tutorials and help videos, which can be annoying but is cost effective vs enlisting their paid support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partners need access to our collateral, training sessions and certification, and the ability to submit leads into our Salesforce instance. Impartner allows them that access without exposing our Salesforce information.
Partner Friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner offers a ton of flexibility when it comes to building an effective and scalable Partner Portal. The tool is easy to use. Between native functions and the customization options there is a ton of possibility to make your portal a one-stop shop for Partners. Also the team at Impartner are very helpful and responsive. Our Customer Success rep Shad has been great and our previous rep April was fantastic as well. They are great at making sure the right resources and experts are available to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the LMS functions could be more robust. Particularly when it comes to video training engagement validation and quiz making limitations. Some of these things could be potential quick wins for Impartner and could be considered personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is helping us build a reliable and scalable Global Partner program. Since we operate across so many regions it can be tough to serve all their needs and stay in contact with everyone. Impartner closes that gap considerably.

Impartner has been the foundation of our newly built partner program, enabling a more structured and scalable approach to partner engagement and operational efficiency. It has streamlined partner onboarding, deal registration, and sales enablement, making it significantly easier to manage a global partner ecosystem.
As we continue to develop and expand our program, we know that Impartner will be a catalyst in enhancing the overall partner experience, ensuring that partners remain engaged and have seamless access to the tools, resources, and insights needed to drive revenue growth.

Robust and Customizable PRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
With Impartner PRM you have a lot of flexibility in terms of the partner experience user interface, how to configure the PRM and it's integration with other applications. With it's segmentation capabilities you can also create unique partner experiences for different types of partners or partner programs. We worked with one of their implementation partners, PartnerPath, which really set us up for success. We were just launching a partner program when we began using Impartner and as our program has matured, the PRM has been able to grow and scale with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
For some of the newer functionality (like TCMA), we have to work directly with the Impartner team to be able to develop and get this functionality live within our partner portal vs. being able to do it exclusively on our own through the PX Studio which we can do with most other functionality within the PRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM is really our single place for our partners to go to complete onboarding as well as ongoing training/certifications; get marketing, selling and product documention as well as co-brand assets; run marketing campaigns and submit for MDF; register their deals and manage their pipeline; submit product roadmap ideas; get the latest and greatest updates on our partner program and more. It is allowing us to effectively scale our partner program to more partners and more regions.

Workflows is a really powerful feature - you can do quite sophisticated communications using workflows.
They offer a variety of ways to reach out to partners - system notifications, marketing campaigns, push notifications
The platform is technically stable and supports high levels of complexity (multi-langue, multi-tier).

What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to use their marketing tools (marketing view, news on demand) you will need to do a lot of manual work in maintaining the subscription information as these systems do not have a two-way integration with PRM.
And they are not integrated with each other either, so you have to constantly update information in each system (unsubscribed, hard bounces).

Separate space for channel - great for splitting content & tracking channel related revenue.
Great Way to Manage Growth
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner enables you to establish a robust system that keeps you and your partners well-informed, effectively manages growth, and maintains control over the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can criticize about it. It's a truly excellent product.

I believe Impartner helps us with a clear and transparent prcoess for both side on the relationship.
