Best Partner Solution to Scale

What do you like best about the product?
I love how much Impartner is innovating. While the competition seems to hover in the same space continuously they are pushing the envelope in so many ways. How they complete automation and look at entire workflows it is clear they have a much better approach to a full partner model. While many companies can only do one or two things or simply focus on deal registration Impartner brings a full view into perspective.
Salesforce and other competitors end up costing 5x more with 1/4 the potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
We hate having to wait for things to roll out that we want but understand that SaaS companies can only move so fast. We are very excited to have the automation and insight Impartner is delivering with BI, Program Compliance and automation workflow engines for marketing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Immense cost reductions and better flexibility for our overall program. We don't have to pay for every single user when they are not using the full technology. They go so far beyond a standard program and can tie into so many aspects of our business. Demand generation and quoting automation just to name a few.

What do you like best about the product?
During the initial build, Impartner was consistently helpful and incredibly involved in each step of the process. I was especially pleased with how smooth the process was regarding building the integration with our Quick Base application. Also, our CSM Benjamin has been wonderful to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had mixed results with Impartner support for help regarding errors with our CRM sync. We recently had a problem that completely prevented our CRM sync from working properly. Impartner support was unable to diagnose the issue and I ended up fixing it myself, which took some time. In total, we were unable to use some of the functionalities for about a week. All my other requests involving quick fixes or changes to our various portal pages have been handled quickly, so overall my experience has been positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have made it easier for our partners to submit and track leads, which used to be a very manual and time-consuming process. The biggest benefits have been automation and consistent tagging within our CRM of these leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is great because it is embedded in Salesforce. it is thus very easy to pair with existing data. It has many options. Like a toolbox, you can choose which one you want to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked at first the ease of use of the configuration tool. It took some time to get use to it and to manage configuration on my own. but once you know how to do it, it's pretty straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits of using Impartner are giving to our partners ecosystem a single point of entry for many kinds of services : marketing data, sales kit, certification, trainings, deal registration and many more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
probably one of the best out there

Limitations on what can be synchronized sand how with our CRM. Form building process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing all aspects of the partner lifecycle from one platform. Streamlining our partner users' onboarding experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner does so much that it truly creates a holistic one stop shop for partners. We have the full package so we use all Impartner has to offer. I've worked in others and feel this tool utilizes my needs. I'm super excited for the flexibility of PX Studio...I feel like this is going to take us to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike but wish they had more live training for the implementation of modules. I don't know what I don't know and would like to be able to do more with my tool! TCMA could be better and would like to see all the modules built into the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The focus is now on partner experience and adoption among all of our other partners along with solving ease of use for our partners. We want to be a partner that provides them more of useful material and less of noise.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't focus on price when searching for a PRM focus on the tools that are necessary to support your partner community.

What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner platform has a great integration with Salesforce that is easy to configure. The bulk of the configuration can be done by a trained user (training videos are provided). The Asset Library is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements are not as intuitive as they could be. Training is needed to effectively administer the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner content managementt. Impartner allows for easy tagging and segmentation of content.

What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the usage and stats is the piece I dislike the most but mainly as i havent done much work in that area
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our hub is a central place for our partners to find everything they need for our partner programme so its a one stop shop. The benefits are that we can include and incorporate all communication within the PRM

What do you like best about the product?
It's a fairly good out-of-the-box solution that provides partners an easily understandable portal site with decent functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that easy to navigate, weird or difficult to understand buttons/tabs, very few or difficult customization options, the site generally operates very slowly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving partner engagement and registration of opportunities. We've seen benefits in using the portal to encourage partners to use assets in our asset library and drive them towards our certification program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a standard Salesforce environment and require little customization, Impartner is an excellent option for a partner portal.

What do you like best about the product?
The support we get from the team is great, always available to answer questions we have or assist us in finding ways to achieve our goals. Our Customer Manager, Justin, is super helpful and responsive.

Great native integration with SFDC and ability to implement SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool is a bit complicated. But with the help of the support team, I am always able to work through any problem I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partners love having a one-stop-shop for all of our program resources. All of our collateral, upcoming pieces of training, maps, etc. all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
- The support we got from the team was great, always available to help us and find workarounds for our specificities when working on deploying the project.
- Great native integration with SFDC that was critical for us and possibility to implement SSO to connect with our other partner portal.
- The modules and features are great to work with and also great for users.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Personalization capabilities are limited, there could be more autonomy given to make design changes.
- Performances could be improved, especially when, like in our case, there's an SSO implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We already use our portal solution to communicate with partners. With Impartner, we're making it easier for them to work with us: to submit and follow opportunities, to request MDF for their marketing activities, to find all the available resources they can browse through and use, and to get certified and up their skills in our product.
