What do you like best about the product?
I can't say enough about their support team and the convenience of out-of-the-box and plug and play features pair greatly with the versatility to create custom coded segments.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a newer user of the program, I don't have much to say here. No complaints thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're primarily utilizing it as an co-branding asset resource, marketing training, and update center. However, we plan to expand its capabiliites.

Impartner employees Justin, Ben, Breanna were very skilled and helpful in helping me navigate my CIP Portal

I do not have any negative to give for this product

Setting up my welcome email as well as fixing some connection issues

What do you like best about the product?
We inherited a very complicated live portal that desperately needed a facelift and update. Justin was great and answering our questions in time to meet our relaunch date and objectives,
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is not especially intuitive for a "non-technical" resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are providing deal registration to partners.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for partners to self-serve is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The page load times have been a bit longer than we'd like, but the customer service team is working to address this to improve the partner experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner works well for storing parnter-related resources. In addition, it helps systematize our partner operations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Impartner is a great product to consider to help support Partner Management.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very clear how this tool can scale our program.

Features are not intuitive to find and/or navigate.

Impartner PRM creates a channel for our partner organizations to connect with our brand through marketing and sales material.

Hands down best SFDC integration

What do you like best about the product?
CRM should be your single source of truth, not your PRM. Information in CRM must be accurate. Impartner provides the very best integration to SFDC outside of using SFDC Communities for your partner portal. Real time updates with a bidirectional sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to impartner is there lack of resources to help clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PRM is the easiest way to engage with partners and give them a guided experiace without having to actually hold their hand through the process of onboarding, training, marketing, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leveraging a consulting service when selecting a solution and implementing is the best way to execute. Lots of frustration if you dont have people who know what they are doing helping you out.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customizability and flexibility that the solution offers its customers. They also have a lot of out-of-the-box functionality that helps you with your speed to market. Their excellent customer service team always replies quickly and helps resolve any issues. My CSM Oliver Walters has been fantastic to work with. He's highly professional, and he's very knowledgeable when it comes to all the Impartner features and functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing really that I can say that I dislike about the company. They provide a lot of transparency and visibility to their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM is helping us scale our partner program and providing us the flexibility to update/enhance as we grow. The UI/UX is world-class, and our partners can't say enough positive things about their experience once they access the partner portal. Impartner PRM provides our partners with a one-stop shop for everything our partners need to transact and do business with us, from deal registration and accessing sales and marketing content to completing on-demand training and accreditations.

What do you like best about the product?
I've worked with Impartner's PRM in the past, but the addition of the TCMA capabilities really makes it stand out. I have also been thoroughly impressed with the team at Impartner. They act like real partners in my business, are highly responsive, and have a "how can we make it happen" approach. Great partnership.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about Impartner Software. Of course, there are things on the roadmap I'd like faster, but I appreciate their continuous improvement and innvoation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a Channel Marketing Agency and I use the Impartner software platform to help my customers greatly expand their marketing reach through their SMB partner network which they haven't been able to do before. For the first time, they can control their messaging, ensure brand compliance, and reach thousands of new customers that were not accessible before. As an Agency, we help our customers to get more return from their investments in this software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Impartner is easy to use for Vendors. But consider working with an Agency that can help you manage and maintain content, recruit, support, and manage your partner community, and increase your return on your marketing investment.
