Great product, great people
What do you like best about the product?
Definitely the most versatile product of the PRM solutions. This is the Cadillac, it can do what you need and then some.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the options are a little overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows us to manage and communicate with our partner community quickly and effectively.
Growing with Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
Our channel program has grown right along with Impartner tool stack, and we can't wait to get our hand on the next innovation that Impartner provides. The people I have worked with are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every dislike I have had either has been solved within a year with enhancements or seems to be in the pipeline coming soon. We do wish we could do more customizations to some of the modules to flow better in our portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is providing us Deal Registration, Marketing Asset sharing, Partner rep training, Partner Opportunity reporting, Technical Rep Training, And a great partner experience.
Great PRM system
What do you like best about the product?
I love the deal registration and program compliance manager. I love knowing where partners are as far as their tier goes
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the workflows/automation was a little bit easier to cknfigure
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation for our partners and us. Our process of logging deals was all manual but now it's automated and a lot quicker
True Partners at Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
Our Team at Impartner has gone above and beyond to sit down and strategize with us on our goals to ensure the best outcome possible. They've been true partners in every way. A big thanks to our team over at Impartner. We appreciate you!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I noticed a few people leaving the company, which was frustrating on our end. We've been partners for several years now. What I've seen is quite a few of those people come back. This says a lot about a company, when they can recruit people back into their organization, and the culture that they have. So, this is more of another like than a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on bringing up a Partner Portal that didn't exist before. We have a lot to do yet, but the overall goal is better Partner engagement. Impartner is helping us to achieve that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend you spend some time with their team and discuss your overall business strategy to determine what will be right for you. Impartner took the time to dig into our roadmap to help us better understand not only what we can do with them today but what we can expand upon tomorrow as our needs grow.
Helpful Customer Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Our partners love having a one-stop shop for all of our program resources. Our Customer Manager, Justin, is super helpful when we need help adding or updating workflows. He'll screen share and walk us through the whole process. He's a helpful sounding board when we have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cobranding functionality can be wonky. I would LOVE to have an easier way to pick colors when adding cobranding instead of just eyeballing it. The CMS editor can also be a little wonky and it can be tricky to get pages to look the way I'd like. Adding Instagram to GreenPath Social would be helpful, as well as being able to edit GreenPath Social posts instead of having to delete and reload totally if you notice a small typo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a place where our partners can go to access ALL of our resources. It allows us to add new content regularly and not inundate our partners with that content in email attachments. We like the event calendar, and the asset library in particular.

What do you like best about the product?
No glitches, always working, full time, 24x7
What do you dislike about the product?
Response time. When a request to do changes, it always requires few days to be analyzed and they are costly

Impartner PRM provides us the partner portal for our eco-system partners
Great platform and great customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner makes it easy for us to make things easy for our partners. Its a user friendly one-stop-shop for everything they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM sync and field mapping was a little tricky but our customer support manager advocated for us and made it less stressful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is so much content and information we need to communicate to our partners and Impartner allows us to put everything they need from trainings to marketing materials in one place.
Great Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner PRM has allowed us to offer a robust portal for our channel partners globally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Impartner is always transparent on the status of their roadmap. It would be great to see more roadmap items come from their idea board that is made up of submissions from their other customers. These requests are items that can make a direct impact on our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner allows us to have a central location for program assets, customer management, program management, and SSO to other channel applications.

What do you like best about the product?
It incorporates multiple platforms into a collaborative tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The management controls and dependency on ImPartner staff

SFDC connection with Partner Contacts and management
Excellent User Experience, seamless Integration
What do you like best about the product?
We use Impartner for deal registration, partner portal, channel Management. The user experience for partners has been very intuitive and easy to use. Having customized resources in one area for our partners is a big positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, nothing significant stands out as a dislike. They have always CSM to help with our questions

Provide our growing partner network enablement material, drive tranining and manage deal registration.
