Best in class
What do you like best about the product?
The best parts of Impartner is the seamless sync between Salesforce and Impartner. Users were able to get a whitelabel easy process while the tool did the work all the work needed for the sales teams. Additionally, the customer support from sales to the CSRs was top tier and the reason we opted to choose Impartner over SFDC Communities.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes. This is really a product that you make your own depending on needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used this tool to automate the sales process for small business, the high touch, low revenue sales. We've seen sales go up both from the small business side as well as freeing up our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner creates an end-to-end solution for our partner experience. They deliver a world-class solution that is extremely seamless and easily integrated with our Salesforce CRM. The CSM and support team is SO helpful and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve and scarce online resources for self-paced learning. The support portal is well organized and great for tickets and troubleshooting but not so much for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a channel program is chaotic, to say the least. Account details, opportunity details, organizing users, and access - Impartner does it all for us while controlling what info we present to our partners and how.
Amazing Partner Support and relationship with Imparter Team
What do you like best about the product?
We can customize to our partner's needs and find solutions together to create more value. The analytics have been really helpful to our strategic managers and having the ability to create our own reporting has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't dislike anything! We look forward to building out our PX ennvironment and working with the Impartner team. Our relationship Manager is fantastic and so supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping small partners who have historically emailed and pushed deals and info to us through email and landing page see their value and client's information.
From the platform capabilities to customer success, Impartner PRM is a 10/10
What do you like best about the product?
As the Marketing Director, my task is to support the Partner Program with any marketing support for the portal (landing page design, datasheets, case studies, branding, etc.). Justin took me through the entire portal, showed all of its capabilities, and answered all of my questions to ensure we have the best UX possible. I like how user-friendly the platform is. I also like how the partners can create duel-logoed materials on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building out the landing pages, I wish there was a "drag and drop" interface. An example of that is MailChimp's email builder. You can add videos, different columns, and colored blocks to highlight key data points. When designing the platform, we were limited on what we could create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now the partner program has an ecosystem. Everything is in one place: lead submission, content creation, educational landing pages. etc.
Nice out-of-the-box features and great support team
What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner PRM has great out-of-the-box marketing and selling features such as the CRM sync, Co-branded Collateral, and Email Campaigns, News on Demand, Journey Builder, and Training/Certifications. The platform is easy to configure, and the Success Portal has useful documentation and short how-to videos allowing Admins to quickly get up to speed. Our implementation team has been great, responding to our needs and working with us to ensure a successful launch of our PRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not support partner agents who sell on behalf of multiple Master partners or the ability to click through to an opportunity in the CRM from My Dashboard. We enabled these capabilities through custom development but having these features integral to the platform would have saved time to launch and likely benefit other customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want our new portal to be a one-stop-shop for partners for doing business with our company. We have not launched yet, though we expect our partners will benefit from the enhanced Marketing and Selling capabilities available via the platform.
Amazing Partnership
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner stands out for us because of the people they employ. When we were creating and implementing our portal, we had the best team to work with, and they had the knowledge and expertise that were needed. The direction that was given when creating pages, building our forms, and even setting up our segmentation was outstanding. The team responded to our emails quickly and with detailed information pertaining to what steps to take next. We have since gone live with our portal and made a few enhancements, they assigned us the same team of developers, which was great, because we didn't have to waste time getting to know each other, because they already knew our company's goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is they have too many great add-on options; we wish everything could be an out-of-the-box feature so that our partners could utilize all the fantastic tools Impartner offers. We also wish there was a way for us to do some more of the coding on the pages, we have to submit changes for images to be displayed that the turnaround time on it is sometimes longer than if we would have access to make the changes on our own. When setting up our workflows, we don’t have the option to customize and make changes to our email wording, those changes have to be requested through the ticketing system and that causes a delay in our teams getting the correct information they need in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our partners the ability to be more self-sufficient is a huge benefit; partners can submit deals, and it routes directly into our CRM instance without the manual data entry we used to do.These deals are making our internal teams more efficent and allowing our sales teams to get back to what they should be focused on, SELLING! We love that the portal is user freindly and gives our partners one central location to navigate to for information. We have seen great ROI with the use of this platform. We strongly encourage others looking for a PRM to talk with Impartner about getting a demo put together and taking the first step to a great partnership. We are solving everyone’s biggest problem of TIME by using the PRM. We have reporting at our fingertips that we can share with our executive teams, that help guide better business practices.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you discuss your goals; we thought there were modules we needed, but it turns out Impartner suggested a few others that ended up being a much better fit for our needs. They work with you on budget and can customize just about everythig.

We utilized Impartner during my time at Xerox to manage our marketing communications and relationships with our partner networks.

The level of customization with Impartner was initially low, however, that made for a very straightforward experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were initially needing an email marketing tool to communicate with our partners, but we quickly realized the power of Impartner in understanding our partners in much more depth than we anticipated.

It is challenging to customize some of the items that we need to have.

Powerful PRM, Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is the industry gold standard, and companies with the best partner programs use it for a reason. It's a powerful tool that can automate many time-consuming tasks for channel managers and channel marketers. The near-instantaneous bi-directional syncing ensures that our records are alwyas up-to-date and data can be shared in real-time with leadership. The customer support team has been EXCELLENT, ready to help implement custom workflows and optimize the whole platform as our partnership ecosystem grows and accelerates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding can be complex and time-consuming. As the platform has increased in capabilities, some core functionality can seem disconnected. Minor adjustments in the partner user experience or workflows can require several steps bouncing across multiple parts of the platform. The Impartner administrator must learn several idiosyncrasies to become a power user - usually through trial and error. It would be wonderful to have more control over the look and feel of the platform without requiring paid customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner has provided a streamlined platform for our company to communicate and engage with our rapidly growing partner ecosystem. We've been able to create a consistent experience that gives all of our partners confidence. The ease-of-navigation for all components of lead management, training, and marketing enablement has ensured that we can scale rapidly by minimizing administrative activities.
