Simple and effective

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Impartner was extremely easy. Our Customer Success Manager is one of the best I have worked with and keeps a constant line of communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer more access to making changes and customization. It would be nice to have more control as an admin when making changes to various features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a simple, straightforward forward and painless experience for our Partners is paramount, and we have been able to accomplish that with Impartner.

Some of the features we are looking for are difficult to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partners are more likely to register deals when you make it super easy for them. In return, our partners deal registrations have gone up.

Building and Pushing training to our partners. Utilizing the PRM to store all partner-related collateral for easy access.

Overall amazing platform with the best team in the business!

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner has built an amazing PRM that has proven successful in MANY large organizations. Although proven success is excellent, this can sometimes slow progress for smaller start-ups interested in pivoting and adapting to new styles and methods. Impartner has done a great job building a genuinely customizable platform while focusing on the latest trends and diverting when needed. With PRM's, it's never one size fits all, and Impartner's platform allows for truly deep and customized implementations that can be adapted to fit any organization. The Impartner team, while always going the extra mile for their customers, has shown fantastic foresight by investing in redesigns and new features to stay in front of competitors in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Oh it's coming!" .... While the Impartner platform is lacking a few features and options that a newer start-up PRM company has, they've fallen into the trap of talking about future tech. The team is now giving us amazing access to "what's coming" which solves this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With any growing organization, you can only scale by investing in resources. Impartner PRM is a resource that shows a direct return on investment when you successfully launch. The Impartner team has done a fantastic job at investing time in understanding our business and how to adapt to our needs. We're able to understand our partner network better and work at scale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you're looking into a PRM, make sure you spend the time drafting out your implementation. The Impartner team is happy to work with you to understand your needs but, you have to be willing to include all affected parties. Internally mapping and understanding what success looks like is most important. Also, remember that your PRM is not a one-and-done. You'll constantly be enhancing, upgrading, and adjusting to fit your business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The system works as intended. Our partners seem to find it easy to navigate and we have not had any issues. I would recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any issues other than how easy it has made my job, but I don't think that counts as a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep our partner's information in a safe place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If it's in the budget, go for it.

Powerful partner marketing functionality

What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner PRM has a lot of different functionality built into the tool that was not available in other PRM tools that I have used (e.g., the ability to easily co-brand assets and News on Demand). I have also found the support team to be really helpful and willing to go the extra mile when I've contacted them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool is a bit complicated. This is likely due to the fact that I didn't have a full transition and onboarding to the tool. When making simple changes to forms, it appears that you have to go back to the start before you can proceed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Impartner PRM is central to our partner communications. We will be publishing our partner newsletter (including segmented versions), as well as other communications. We will eventually look to include TCMA functionality and potentially Google Ads. It is a bit early for me to comment on benefits.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the various videos available via the customer support portal.

What do you like best about the product?
The CSM Team is great. The general interface has the core functions needed from a PRM
What do you dislike about the product?
no best practices out of the box. The solution is lacking critical enterprise-ready UX capabilities. I don't like being charged consulting fees for a custom build, for product features the completion has natively.

Partner Portal made easy

What do you like best about the product?
My tickets are usually addressed pretty quickly. The platform is easy enough to use for someone like me with no coding or digital background experience. I am able to self-serve and my contact Justin James is great at helping show me how to do something or pull certain data! Then i can do it on my own from there. This tool is also really easy for our partners (customers) to use. They've told us time and again that we provide one of the easier portal experiences from any of their manufacturer partners. High praise!
What do you dislike about the product?
The billing situation took a while to get figured out, though we were never overcharged. We just needed to get things aligned according to our company's terms. And I wish that some of the things like removing and adding icons, buttons and tiles were easier for me to do myself rather than requesting someone to help with a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving our sales and marketing teams lots of hours of sending documents and answering simple questions becuase the portal allows them to self serve. It also provides them with instant access to more than 80% of what they need.

Responsive platform and people

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner PRM is a flexible and easy to use system. It's easy to learn but has lots of features, including automations, that let us configure a fairly complex partner ecosystem to meet the needs of our growing partner base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complex configurations may require professional services or engineering assistance. This requires more lead time to build and sometimes additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've built a partner portal with Impartner to enable self-serve motions for partners as we scale up. Partners have been able to register deals, get trained and download marketing materials without the need to interact with partner sales, freeing up time.

What do you like best about the product?
Being new to this platform, our Impartner Customer Success AM Brad has been beneficial. Taking the time to explain how to leverage the application from the ground up, and helping us to plan out how to add the right features for what we need to accomplish are key. Putting in the extra effort to help us understand how to make the right investment in the platform at the right time vs consistently trying to up-sell us is why I enjoy working with Impartner and recommened it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a few more tools to make laying out pages a little easier vs. having to get into the CMS editor, but I am nit-picking, to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a vendor partner portal that is feature-rich, intuitive, and engaging. The ease of modification and the breadth of reporting are helping us to understand better what our customers need and how they want to use the site.
