What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner PRM solution provides the tools needed to build a great portal platform. It is relatively easy to use and any confusion or bumps in the road have been quickly cleared up by all those I have worked with at Impartner PRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I would love to be able to do within our Impartner PRM portal that are not available at this time and it takes quite some time to get any new features created by the developers, but with that being said when any new features become available they prove to be beneficial and worth the wait. I look forward to the new features coming!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partner portal through Impartner PRM provides a better user experience for our partners. Increased awareness on what partners are clicking on, what pages they are viewing, what assets they are viewing, etc. Enabling our partners with easy-to-use marketing materials, such as co-brandable assets and the TCMA Showcase.

What do you like best about the product?
Consolidating various platforms into one, user-friendly platform has helped our team in reaching more contacts and achieve more tasks weekly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The length of time it takes to complete any modifications.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many functionalities in all areas
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks the full self-service capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have migrated our partners from a previous, license-based solution, and we've created a single space for them to do business with Honeywell.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To benefit the most from the solution, the internal team should have both business-oriented and technical people.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization we can achieve with this along with the overall look and feel sets us apart from everything else on the market

I just attended their annual conference and I am blown away seeing how they have listened to their customers to bring the best new tools for their system. They practice what they preach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer facing team at Impartner used to be terrible and we really struggled to get a response from our contacts whenever we needed something. They assigned us a new rep and he was AWESOME. One of the best CSMs I've ever worked with. We just transition to a new CSM and she is also excellent. It's clear they have invested in their customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a partner specific site where partners could get both marketing assets (that could be cobranded) as well as a plethora of educational assets and links to webinars and relevant partner info. It is our 1 stop shop for partners.

We are also working on how to best get our partners to engage with thew assets. Impartner offers a lot of best practices that have helped us get there faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of working with our Customer Success Manager, Justin James. Justin is extremely responsive and is always available to help whenever we run into any issues with our Partner Portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not a coder so I sometimes struggle with the back-end coding for some of our pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM has allowed me to build a Partner Portal for ou Channel Partners that is a one-stop-shop for them to do and learn all things Evolve IP. Most importantly, we provide them with a place to register and track the status of their opportunities as well as view and download our full content library, register for upcoming webinars, share Evolve IP content on their social media platforms, and become certified in Evolve IP through training & cert module.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ease of transition. Great customer support and onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we had an 800 number to call for ad-hoc customer support

Impartner has been a lot easier for our existing and new partners, as well as potential new customers to use. It's easy to navigate.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the platform is that it syncs with Salesforce very well. We never had an issue with syncing the data as long as the configuration is set up correctly. Also, what is clever about it is that it pulls the fields directly from the Salesforce, so it's real easy to configure and manage fields on the form.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about the PRM is that the deal registration forms cannot be individually created per partner. To create a specific form, there is a workaround in which I have to spin up a new partner level which is not something that I have control over, but I have to submit a request to create one. Once this form is enhanced to be built for an individual partner, this would be a perfect PRM platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are opening up more sales channels as before we heavily relied on field sales which eventually allowed us to register more deals.

What do you like best about the product?
All software has pros and cons, but what makes SaaS products really good is an excellent CSM - customer support managers, IMPARTNER has great CSMs!
What do you dislike about the product?
For what the cost is, the capability is fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple for deal reg and sales tools-- I have to manage many tools as a small marketing team lead, IMPARTNER is pretty simple

Impartner PRM Functionality Growing by Leaps and Bounds

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with the Impartner platform for six years. I am blown away by the steady technological advancement I've seen, particularly in the past year with new and improved functionality like globalization and Through Channel Marketing Automation. Implementation is relatively straightforward and well supported by knowledgeable and highly responsive customer success and project management teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
For global partner programs, be aware that while Impartner facilitates the creation of multiple language navigation and pages, all partners and admins are sharing the same portal. I believe Impartner will be rolling out functionality later this year that will allow you to spin off separate portals for individual regions/countries. Talk to your rep about the advantages of having separate portals to see if this would be a good option for your organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving customer experience has always been the overarching goal in the three Impartner implementations that I have been involved in. Feedback from partners has consistently been very positive.

Impartner PRM - World Class Partner Relationship Management Solution

What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner PRM solution has all of the "bells and whistles" necessary to serve your global channel partners. I really liked the co-branded collateral and lead management options. However, what really makes Impartner superior to the other solutions in the market are the people. The support that I was given to launch our partner portal was outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing about the Impartner solution that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite simply, before Impartner, we had no way to scale our partner program. After implementing Impartner, our channel leads and closed opportunities grew exponentially.
