Excellent Partnership!
What do you like best about the product?
The teamwork during large projects and the support that you receive during transitions is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more rewards vendors and integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to build out a robust referral platform that supports both internal and external customers. The ability to reward internal employees has helped stand up a strong referral platform internally and our external platform is continuing to build steam.

What do you like best about the product?
Truly helps us communicate with partners and streamline procreases with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow onboarding, likely because of the amount of customization available.

The product sync with CRM itself is great. It's easy to set up once the steps are clear.

I think if the steps for sync were even clearer, it would shorten setup sync time

Devoted Customer Success Project Manager
What do you like best about the product?
There are some great things about Impartner:
1. The Project Manager Customer Success knew his product really well and was so devoted to even help us on a weekend before the launching of the portal. He was very professional and a hard worker always willing to help and get us ready for launching the portal.
2. The product sync with CRM itself is great, it was easy to sync with our CRM once we got a brief explanation of the details of each section in sync configuration.
3. The workflow rules that it allows are great for automating the system internally
4. The easy front end development and application forms allowed my non-technical stakeholders to build the website while I concentrated on the critical technicalities.
5. Segmentation is another great feature to manage content for different type of partner accounts
6. It already has countries and states and are configurable in case you need to make changes to match your CRM values.
7. Custom email HTML templates are allowed which is very nice to distinguish our brand
8. There are other great features, but I want to see Improvements. I know they are working on their REST API and Widgets on Angular, so I would love to see that being prioritized to allow embedding of custom components and to have some automation talking to Impartner and doing all kind of complex workflows outside of it without having to sync to CRM to get the data and then push it back to Impartner

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some parts very inflexible in the product:
1. The sales team was our worst experience, we got a POC which was 50% working but at that moment we had no idea because we didn't knew anything on how the product should really be configured and work. The seller and the tech support person made some promises about the product capabilities, but never explained we might need to pay more for some of those features. They didn't even included them in our pricing!!! It was all thanks to our CS PM that he saved us and actually explained us in detail all the system and helped us to find some features out of the box that might be a temporary solution, others we had to build a separate system on our own to do it outside of Impartner and then add workflows in Impartner to hack out our way to something close to what we needed. So be careful of sales and ask them for tutorials access to their customer success portal before buying, if we had had access to it we would have been able to see training material and ask for clarification and proper pricing/quoting that could cover our needs from day 1.
2. There is only one deal registration form you can leverage out of the box, if you want to have different ones for different partner types, you will need to buy a "Level" (additional feature).
3. The dashboards WHERE queries shown on deal registration and opportunities must be done by the backend team at Impartner, so you have to request them for changes if you ever change something on your CRM.
3. Language support is quiet painful, you need to add all your translations on your own and go one by one in the whole portal
4. They have some so called core pages which you cannot modify, I wish that they let you customize them better or even have multiples of them
5. Journeys are a bit rigid in how they start, how they are assigned, when they start counting time left for completion. I would love to see more Improvements there.

Main problem is creating our partner portal to grow our community and have a way for partner to submit deals, see content, and interact with our CRM without being the actual CRM.
The benefit of using Impartner is that they leverage the whole account creation, application process, we have a secure portal for our partners data and it is a separate instance than our CRM, which allows us to have our data in our own system which is valuable if we need to use such data for other purposes

Good offering, support to customize & enhancements to stay top of mind within the partner community
What do you like best about the product?
We thoroughly enjoy working closely with our TAM, Matt, and the Project Team under Dan. They understand our business and make an effort to provide guidance and perspective when we are working on critical enhancements for our partners. We have unique requirements, and having the ability to do custom work when needed has been crucial in helping us deliver essential enhancements to the business and our partners. Our partners appreciate the enablement we provide them to work with us in the way they work best. Our portal sets us apart in the industry and we couldn't do it without Impartner.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be difficult getting responses from contacts other than our TAM when needed in a time-sensitive manner. We move fast and decisions can redirect the work we are focused on very quickly. It is vital that we get timely responses and the support we need to deliver key projects. Many changes and turnover within the company have impacted this at times, but we understand this has been a pain point with many software companies over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling partners to self-service. Integrating WalkMe for learning management. Providing partners visibility to view and track their commissions. Collecting data on partner activity and the journey of a partner. Improving the partner experience through modules, features, and new functionality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a clear vision of your partner's requirements when using Impartner. I find more success in our initiatives when I am able to provide clear expectations, requirements, and timelines on the things we need to accomplish.
Personalized PRM leader for our partner channel
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner provides a helpful partner relationship management platform. The seamless integration into Salesforce provides our team the ability to drive channel tasks in a self-service, autonomous way. We also truly appreciate the personalization provided within the partner's portal experience with being able to add and update pages ourselves. The multiple modules that we have added to our PRM platform have also created a streamlined approach for our partner enablement, events, marketing outreach, and partner visibility to the entire company and our customers. The helpdesk ticketing Impartner provides is always attentive and helpful regardless of what the task may be. We have especially received a ton of help from Lauren Truby and Jax Clark from the Impartner team. Our customer success manager, Kelsey Cohen, has also been incredibly attentive and supportive of our relationship too. Our Partner Advantage Program has seen lots of improvements within the past two years due to the capabilities Impartner provides us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Until our introduction to our new customer success manager this past fall of 2020, the communication, awareness of Impartner news, and help had been limited and almost nonexistent. The CMS adding and editing of pages is also incredibly limited at times in terms of layout selection, the additional module adds, and stalled error messages. The Impartner marketing view is also not intuitive for new users, and the training provided is not as helpful as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to produce and nurture a true partner ecosystem with Impartner PRM. The lead management tool, the partner marketing, and the asset library have been the main drivers. We are also expanding benefits to our partners in 2021 with Impartner's PRM system's capabilities. Impartner's PRM has also enabled our internal teams to push any new applications from organizations who want to partner with us, enabling a true onboarding process internally.
Impartner makes it happen for your company!
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner delivers your company's requirements! The team is there to help you each step of the way, to help build out or brainstorm solutions. If something breaks, customer support is there to assist and promptly resolve the issue. The team explains the tools and how the workflows work. Learning to use Impartner systems is intuitive. The system is customizable for internal and external use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that there is no reapply concept in Impartner. Meaning a partner membership can only happen once unless there is manual intervention to delete the record. I want the team to develop a reapply process for those denied but might be a better candidate later. The CRM sync error explanations are great; however, the ability to download the errors would be appreciated instead of going into them one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner is our one shop stop. They host many essential program items for us in the Channel. Impartner helps us solve many problems, from updating our membership form to enhancing our partner portal, such as creating support cases to eliminate emails. Impartner gives us the flexibility to update drop-down values, modify assets, and many other activities to keep our partners engaged and returning to our portal.
Great tool out of the box with the ability to customize
What do you like best about the product?
Built off of Salesforce. So using Salesforce as my CRM and Impartner as my PRM allows me to use SFDC as my single source of truth. The new taskview request process has improved with new folks that are much more responsive than prior months. Keep up the SLAs.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM syncs ( when using customization ) can be temperamental. Any customization means you should be staffed up internally to manage/update/edit your customizations as needed. Some limitations mean i still have to have SFDC and Impartner reports to cross verify. Also the google address mappings are making a lot of issues for us with partner records at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased awareness of where people are clicking.logging into in the portal. Great insights in to the newsletters. Just started journeys and am looking forward to seeing that impact.
Great PRM with Even Better Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is a great tool - they have helped us increase our partner engagement and the data we get back on what campaigns are working. Even better is the support that Impartner provides. Whenever we have questions, even the ones that they have answered more than once, they are happy to provide answers or connect the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are growing - adding tools and new features. I wish they were all available now - but understand that they can't be!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PRM solution. We needed a Partner Portal. we have onboarded hundreds of partners and it allows us to constantly engage and measure that engagement.

impartner is a great PRM solution and a great organization.
Intuitive UX/UI
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner continues to facilitate our solution, tech and sales partner ecosystem with ease while also providing strong support from their account and support teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The more flexibility and ease of discoverability within the admin portal, the better. Additionally, would be great to be able to have flexibility on the design of the page (CSS) rather than us hosting it ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our partner processes (application, certification, deal registration, MDF) are consolidated within Impartner which has saved us lots of time on trying to develop our own.
