A tool that meets our partners' needs

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, easy to manage and control the assets. Our customer success manager is amazing!!
What do you dislike about the product?
limitation of customizing the layout and content, not flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralized place that partners can access training, marketing materials and submitting leads. We are still in the building phase of developing the portal and organizing the training and marketing content.

Why I like Impartner especially - Shannon Adair and Brad Carpenter!

What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner Team from the top-down has demonstrated a commitment to ZeeVee success on their platform. Shannon Adair kept us focussed on driving customization while working with her capable development partner who turned changes in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time the platform can be a bit buggy. However, the support team has been very responsive to any requests for assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Impartner platform has allowed ZeeVee to demonstrate that we are a "real company". At the conclusion of a walk-through of the portal, the general response has been - no other manufacturer provides us so much information. It has allowed us to truly engage and communicate on a regular basis with our emerging partners.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Plan ahead by writing down all your requirements and processes. If you are able to do that and get feedback from those who will actually use the system inside and outside your organization, your organization will be successful with Impartner PRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and intuitive the platform is to use. The supporting documentation is there if I need it, but the solution is laid out in a way that I typically don't need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The support from our Account Manager has been great when we've had issues/questions arise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we build out our Partner ecosystem, we're trying to make the journey as "self-serving" and autonomous as possible for our Tier 2 and Tier 3 Partners. The Impartner platform allows us to do that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend identifying your present (and potential future) use cases, and asking how other customers have solved these same use cases and challenges.

With all software, there is a lot you need to do to get everything set up and integrated.

Impartner is helping to solve partner and affiliate marketing attribution.

Easy System and Helpful and Accommodating Support

What do you like best about the product?
It has a great foundation for a PRM. The staff are excellent and really try to help you achieve the look and functionality you want. They try and make themselves available to you for help and respond quickly to issues. While they have many excellent functions, I love the idea of the training capabilities and how simple they make it to host courses online. These courses can be made accessible to all groups or just a select few based on different criteria.

I appreciate you have the ability to change the look and feel of pretty much every aspect of the client's experience. It makes it personal and individualized to your company. Editing the look is fairly simple and even easier if you have some experience with HTML. Regardless, the support staff are available to help if needed, and that is crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think having the pages a little more user friendly for those who are not as versed in coding and HTML would be helpful, maybe something similar to Wordpress, which many are familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing courses with multiple individuals is solved through their training tab is something that Impartner PRM has been able to solve for us. This cuts back on time in training sessions because you upload one training course and it is there forever.

Also, they sync wonderfully with Salesforce and make the application process very simple for applicants.

Moreover, it is a great way of communicating different information to various groups of applicants (i.e. geographical segments of groups, partners/distributors, etc.). We can upload policy documents, price lists, and many other important documents once and they are easily accessible to all users.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is a great solution that can provide all of the tools you need to build and scale your channel program. We have been a customer for 3+ years and the product continues to grow and adapt to meet the market. It meets our needs as much today as it did three years ago and gets better every quarter. The latest addition of a strong customer success team has greatly increased our usage, results, and overall channel program. Kelsey has gone above and beyond to support our team and to move our initiatives forward with the best attitude. Whether you are just starting to build a channel program or have a robust omnichannel network, Impartner is a solution that can meet all of your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the product is great and meets all of our needs, I would like to see a little more guidance on how our company can best optimize the solution to further meet our goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have built our entire channel program and goals into the platform. Deal registration, training, co-branding, lead distribution. It truly is the hub for all things channel in our organization.

Impartner PRM is a great plaform to engage partners and save time

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner's PRM serves as a platform to engage resellers and makes it easy to automate admin tasks like onboarding, training, deal registration and access to marketing assets, all linked in to our CRM.

In addition to the PRM platform, Impartner have a wealth of channel expertise in-house, which is equally valuable as the PRM itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS part of the PRM could be better, but Impartner staff are available to help out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The PRM is saving time, through automation and its ability to self-serve reseller reps with the information they need to sell and helping engage resellers so we can grow channel sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Impartner PRM is a solid platform, backed by channel experts, if you need a PRM then Impartner should be on your short list.

One stop shop for everything Partner in an easy-to-use platform

What do you like best about the product?
We recently relaunched our company's channel program with Impartner at the center of it. Impartner has all of the tools and resources we need to effectively and efficiently manage all aspect of the program from onboarding and training to marketing, deal registration and revenue tracking. The Impartner/Salesforce integration is deep, comprehensive, and fast and it's an easy-to-use platform for our partners. We looked into several PRMs and Impartner had all of the functionality we needed at a fraction of the cost and given the complexity of our business, the implementation phase was quick and relatively painless. Our implementation manager was fantastic and our current CSM is great as well. As our Channel business grows, we're excited to dive into the new features that have been launched to really take our program to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work at a company where customers don't pay for support so we were surprised when we started getting support bills for issues we expected were covered in our subscription as support hours/cost hadn't been discussed in the sales process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a short few months, we have onboarded and trained hundreds of partners who are now generating revenue for the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If possible, scope out your partner program and create a requirements doc prior to starting the search for a PRM and be sure to try out at least three platforms. I think you'll quickly realize that Impartner has most of the functionality at a fraction of the cost as other solutions.

Juniper Networks uses Imparnter's News on Demand publishing system, which is fabulous!

What do you like best about the product?
News on Demand integrates with SFDC so that we can target newsletter articles and one-off emails based on partner type, level, location--plus each contact's role and communications preferences (as stored in News on Demand).
What do you dislike about the product?
The permissions are more granular than would be my preference, but maybe I'm more trusting than some clients!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to publish to partners in minutes, with versions tailored to geographies, partner types, and each recipient's communications preferences. The quick turnaround lets us communicate news almost instantly, at far less cost then using agencies, and with far less complexity than Eloqua (though Eloqua is great for end-user prospect nurturing-the direct marketing side of Juniper is happy with Eloqua.)
