What do you like best about the product?
The support team is quick to help with any issue and very insightful
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the outbound messages must be managed by Impartner and not the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deal registration process flow from partner without access to our Salesforce instance

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner makes our company easier to do business with for our Partner Channel. They are quick to respond if we ever run into situations where a help ticket is needed. The folks at Impartner are so sincere and kind they are a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are we want more! We want to be able to have all thee capabilities, but with budget constraints we just can't. If more functionality could be include in a base bundle that would be huge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for a central location that our partners can go to for white pages, collateral, registering deals

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner makes it easy for you to set up a partner management tool and manages it for you, which can be nice
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot of customization you can do functionality wise. You can add your own branding and email templates, but there are other solutions that offer more customization and makes it catered to what you want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a channel and partner reps is easy and that brings much more revenue to the company

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner has given us the tools we needed to build the foundation for a scalable channel program. Our revenue has risen significantly in correlation with our ability to actively engage with our partners, keep an accurate record of their contributions, and provide valuable content based on the insights we receive.

As fine as the toolset is, it is worth noting that the Customer Success has provided the most value. There are a number of people who have been invaluable in our journey. Paul DeKrey deserves special mention for his assistance during our on-boarding. And, Andy Turner, our CSM, he has absolutely guided us to success using the platform. That guy should write a book on how to create loyal customers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do sometimes wonder if usability decisions are made by boardroom wrestling matches between UX Designers and Engineers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used Impartner for the organization of channel data, direct partner engagement, and through channel marketing. Growth in revenue, growth in channel, reduction in partner related support tickets.

A profit acceleration tool

What do you like best about the product?
It syncs well with our CRM and is easy to use. It provides a one-stop-shop for our partners to submit, track, and update their leads. They can also access marketing material and cobrand it without reaching out to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cobranding add-on is pretty basic and could use a few more extras like gridlines and copy and past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us close the feedback loop with our partners. This increased communication creates greater partner trust in us influencing them to submit more deals. This helps increase our profits and theirs!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are even considering it, ask for a demo! It can be a game changer for your company, so check it out!

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in building the pages and aligning them with our corporate brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Someone with HTML experience is needed to build pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reduce the amount of communication (over communication via emails) by using the portal as a one stop shop for our partners.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of things to like about the Impartner platform but the one that has been most valuable to me and to us has been the ongoing collaboration between the Impartner staff and us. As we have continued work to improve our business and channel program, the team at Impartner has been there with us along to the way to get us where we want to be. Special mention to Bob Vernon, who has been a great ally and resource to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was initially not happy with the fact that in the beginning most of the documentation was in the form of videos, as that is a good way to do initial training but a slow way to get deeper. However, since that time Impartner has made MASSIVE strides in the development of proper written documentation. Their work, like the platform itself, keeps getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Self-service cobranding of marketing materials, great acceleration of our opportunity registration process, insight into who is active and what content people consume more.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager (Laura) and support person (April) are very responsive, customer oriented and professional. They maintain a can do, positive attitude towards the goals and objectives we have for our programs. They are always willing to help improve the program in any way. They are professional and a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the platform have more flexibility
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to increase adoption, improve the customer referral experience and drive organic sales growth with promoting the customer rewards programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive, and easy to navigate. The features as of late have been up to par with many of the other PRM software companies out there. Support has always been outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
HTML issues happen occasionally when trying to migrate/build out new pages, but nothing that the support teams couldn't help to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and Certification. Easy of use and increase of activity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Capabilities are expanding to meet market demand. Support and Representation are exceptional
