A True Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is a true partner. They meet us where we are, show us the possibilities for where we can grow and improve, and are by our side every step of the way -- regardless of which direction we ultimately decide to take. From their senior leadership, to their dedicated account professionals, to product development and engineering staff, I've been impressed with the personal dedication to quality that every member of the Impartner staff has brought to every engagement. Their product is consistently improving, bringing more value to our company and our partner ecosystem. And everything is possible with Impartner, and that, more than anything else, has helped us realize the greatest value.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaints are constraints in our own environment - constraints that Impartner has consistently helped us route around, work through, and improve for best results. I genuinely have nothing else to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner's PRM helps us be a relevant voice in a very noisy sea of vendors, suppliers, agents, distributors, and partners. It connects our partners with exactly what they need to be succesful - on their terms and on their schedule. As we continue to evolve, we will work closely with Impartner and rely on their channel leadership to increase engagement, brand loyalty, and the strength of our channel program.

What do you like best about the product?
The staff is so incredible and helpful beyond words. I feel like every question I've had
What do you dislike about the product?
The login is a little wonky. It'sa little confusing in the beginning having to login and then go back between different windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving our partners the tools they need to make our business successful is a huge win.
Impartner CRM - Monitoring and management of clients.
What do you like best about the product?
I like this system, because it helps me to automate many communication processes, with the different clients that we have, previously to compile some information with our clients, I had to do all the processes manually by email or by other tools that were not sufficiently automated, with this we can always keep our customers aware of all kinds of promotions and important announcements that we are launching, and we think that they may be of importance to them, and finally return to acquire a new product, that is why, we can increase our positioning, in the different communication and marketing channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a system that is not so easy to start up, it takes some time, to know the full operation of the application, and its complete configuration is somewhat slow, the integration with other CRM tools, is somewhat difficult, and takes more time of which one waits, later, for the complete use of this application, it was necessary to carry out a training in the use of the main tools of this, in order to give an optimal use of this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have our new and old clients, always up-to-date with all kinds of relevant information, which we believe may be of interest to them, new products, offers and all kinds of information that we know, when the client sees it, he will be interested, in acquiring some of our services, this allows us to create a long-term follow-up, with each client, and prevent them from stopping to acquire our products.

Recommended, to carry a continuous monitoring, for all types of clients.
Fully Customizable PRM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We weren't just looking for a vendor but rather a true partner to help develop and build out our partner experience. Impartner has done just that and we are excited to many more years of innovation and success!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more professional services to help with projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Impartner we didn't have a partner portal. No visibility into opportunities, partner certifications, MDF accrual or content usage. We needed one solution to be able to measure our partner engagement across all functions. Impartner has become the foundation for our partner program and gives us the flexibility to scale as we mature.
Exceeded all expectations!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, super responsive in all aspects and actually listen to ideas and feedback for the product roadmap. Great onboarding experience and seamless integration and deployment!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was one aspect of exporting list views that wasn't very sophisticated or useful however once we told them what we wanted they turned it around and developed it in a few weeks!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The partner portal is very user friendly and the Salesforce integration is exactly what we needed, even though we needed to customize it to our specific needs, it wasn't too much effort and the implementation team was wonderful!
Impartner has streamlined our channel process!
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Impartner's solution is the automation that it provides. I was spending so much time co-branding documents, sending collateral, making sure things were deal registered. With this PRM, it automates all of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation does take some time. But we discovered that it's better to get things right and take your time. Honestly, now that we're up and running things have been great. Just don't think you'll have everything turned on in a month. Give yourself some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been trying to streamline our partner process and with just Salesforce it was difficult to make that happen. Impartner made it so easy to simplify and automate the process. Now our CAMs can have their partners sign up for the portal as they're in the field and deal registrations happen without a manual process on our end.

Great product... Like I said, it takes time to implement.
Enterprise level PRM
What do you like best about the product?
New product releases help us feel ahead of the curve. Continuous introduction of new features we didn't know we needed until we had them! The new smart segmentation feature allows us properly prioritze our partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding came quite some time after signing the contract. The portal was well designed perfectly for our needs, we just needed it sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the sheer amount of manual grunt work that goes into managing our partner program.

Take the time to learn about all the additoinal functionality
Need to commit to onboard but it's worth it.

Deal registration and ability to track partner deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much so far. The portal has exceeded our expectations.

Registering, managing, training, and marketing support for partners.

You get out what you put in. Staff properly for onboard, start with the must haves, and build from there.

What do you like best about the product?
I’m a marketer at my core so I’m most excited about the asset library , cobranding, and campaigns functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too new to know... we just signed our contract last month! Just started implementation a couple weeks ago.

Our goals - scalability, better partner experience, automating processes for efficiencies , and increased partner retention
