Great PRM Solution
What do you like best about the product?
The lead share module which makes it easy to send out leads to partners and the customization of the portal. We had a great team that got us up and running and continue to receive amazing support from Impartner whenever issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time to get up and running but once we were in production everything worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
uploading content for all file types and creating a seamless lead share and deal registration process. Onboarding new partners through the portal has been seamless and a lot easier than our previous manual process.

Great PRM solution and easy to customize.

Focus on PRM and only PRM allows to offer a highly built for purpose solution instead of force-fitting CRM etc products

Licensing model for custom features sometimes creates high longer-term cost, which keeps features from being added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Allows the Management of a large and highly segmented partner population without some of the limitations of other, less specialized products.

Partner enablement, deal registration, training. BENEFITS REALIZED: Increased Partner satisfaction on the new portal, assistance and training we can provide to them on demand, collateral they can download right away with their company logo.

Make sure there are clear alignment and understanding from both sides in what the requirements are and contract terms.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is fundamental to indirect Channel success. It has the 'core' capabilities out of the box and additional Channel capabilities are modular. Start with the basics and add functionally as you scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
Determining what additional modules to employ.😀

Streamlined Partner Recruiting and Onboarding, integration with CRM, and Deal Registration enables increased Partner engagement, pipeline analytics and a first-class Partner experience!

What do you like best about the product?
Beyond the quality of their PRM solution, the Impartner folks are experts at understanding both vendors and partners business drivers and issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Providing customers with more design ideas for their portal, based of the vast array of existing customers and experience Impartner has, would be of great value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an easy to use one stop shop to our partners, providing our partner team with the ability to scale, and providing factual data to help measure progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give a good look to Impartner. We did an exhaustive review of 27 PRM vendors and Impartner vastly outscored all others on most dimensions. In addition, they are very reasonably priced and have some of the best security features in their industry.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner has allowed us to grow our relationships with our partners. We are constantly experiencing kaizen with our portal and we have seen the partner engagement grow!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t say I dislike anything at this time but I would like to see more support with the customer success portal.

With Impartner. We can now allow our registered partners (those who don’t have full access to our MDF program) to be able to participate in self-serve marketing !
