Great PRM. Be ready to change internal processes

Great look. Customizable to work with your website.

On old code. Low self management. Having to submit changes and waiting for them.

What do you like best about the product?
Great modules that address many aspects of partner management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I suffered through some of the companies growing pains- they seem to be in a much better place now with 4x growth in support

Great tool to support your partner ecosystem. Reduces many manual processes and allows you to focus on your mission. Allows your partners to stay connected with your company and have all the resources they need in one place. Provides a more unified partnership.

What do you like best about the product?
Impartner is providing and creating new elements to assist and facilitate partner engagement. The ability to consolidate assets and co-brand collateral makes for a successful service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime products and services have a myriad of options and capabilities to craft custom solutions. Impartner can be guilty at times of having too many open customizable variables to provide a solution and there isn't clear cut best practice techniques for the available features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of business. The ability to provide a well thought out tool / source for partners to self educate and grow is invaluable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it. The options to make this what you want are there. Just ask for them.
Works really well, getting off the ground takes some patience
What do you like best about the product?
New asset management feature is beautiful and really easy to use. Portal itself looks our website and dynamic content and workflow are powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting everything set up takes a lot of steps and many back and forth communications with account reps. Could be more streamlined and organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting partner specific messaging to our partners. We launched days ago and have hundreds of partner contacts interacting with our content. More good things to come.

Get your partner strategy set before you purchase. We underwent a major reorg and could have better used our time post contract.

Impartner help us to automitiza our Partner Program, and be a effective indirect sales team.

Nothing all is working as we expected, at first maybe we have some issues understanding the implementation process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have communication and standarization of our processes.
Great Partner Portal
What do you like best about the product?
The partner portal gives us the ability to centralize content, deliver it easy to our partners and gain visibility into partner engagement with our content. We also have a great mechanism for partner deal registration that is integrated straight into salesforce--saves us tons of time. Support is outstanding--super responsive and competent. I also like the fact that Impartner is singularly focused on PRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tasks require a support ticket...minimal though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility to partner engagement, deal registration, database of partners was largely manual processes and difficult to manage. Impartner has drastically cut down our time and speed to help and manage our partners.

Great solution--can be deployed very quickly--follows industry best practices and shares ideas and knowledge willingly.
