Best PRM
What do you like best about the product?
The partner portal gives us the ability to centralize content, deliver it easy to our partners and gain visibility into partner engagement with our content. We also have a great mechanism for partner deal registration that is integrated straight into salesforce--saves us tons of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things have to be done by support but this is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into partner engagement, management of partners, deal registration. Huge time savings and elimination of manual processes.
Best Partner Software on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
The partner locator is top notch. It has transformed the way we recruit our partners. Our portal has become the best advertisement to new partners. The marketing aspect has enabled us to maintain our brand integrity while enabling our partners to effectively market.
What do you dislike about the product?
The deployment was a little slow, We were hoping for a quick turnaround. The end product was worth the wait though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
partner recruiting, partner marketing, automate onboarding, MDF.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When shopping for a PRM, make sure you are not in price comparison mode, but rather feature and value mode. Impartner is worth every cent.
Great PRM platform
What do you like best about the product?
The Impartner PRM helps us have all our data at one place and the interaction with clients becomes easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The impartner PRM cannot integrate with our internal CRM software. I personally feel the speed factor needs to be looked into
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now we have just started using the software and getting familiar with it.

The Impartner solution provides a framework and great modules, which can be customized to our specific needs. Great speed to market vs having to develop every feature and starting from scratch
The CMS editing allows us to gain control and speed in publishing our own content to our partners as new products launch, or news announcements need to be shared quickly.
The Impartner PRM solution is on the SFDC APP Exchange program and hence allowed us to integrate with our own SFDC CRM internal solution. This integration allows us the full 360 degree view of our partners.
Their support is great. The portal is fully customizable. They have so much experience with so many different types of customers. Annual customer conference is fantastic. Great integration with SFDC. Fully automated and fully branded. Great central location. Great marketing functionality. It keeps everything streamlined in one place. What do you dislike about the product?
Long and slow development. Takes 14 days to get up and running. Better portal for measurements. Just a few improvements but can't complain. Can be expensive. especially since the implementing time can take a while.

Great mobile and portal benefits for our users.
Workflows for approvals is great.
Personalized context for clients..hopefully to get better in the future.

Impartner is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner integrates really seamlessly with our current processes. It allows our partners to interact with you on a one on one basis, keeps all ofy our data in one place, and makes it simple for use to keep track of collateral. It's easy to use and we are excited to implement it further in the coming years when our business grows to scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us some of the implementation timeline as well as costs have made it a bit prohibitive for us to get things off the ground in a full capacity. We are a small team that is just a few years into our partnerships journey. its very robust which is great, but we are not at the point where this is scaleable for us at it's price point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our partners are scattered around and it's so hard for us to keep track of them. We are all busy, we have a lot of folks internally speaking to partners, and it allows for management to have visibility into the channel. It also allows the partners to see where they are coming up stacked against their co workers. Initially we found that Impartner was great at simply getting us organized and our internal team all on the exact same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need any sort of channel CRM I"d highly suggest Impartner. Our sales representatives have been incredibly easy to work with and helpful. I"d make sure you ask as many questions as you have and loop in as many folks on your team as possible to help move the needle. You do need to consider however if the cost is worth the reward for you. we ultimately determined that while Impartner is fantastic, the state of our current relationships didn't require as robust of product suite as they offer. It's maybe not the best fit if you are just starting your partnership journey.

Providing our Partners the best experience possible
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with our CRM is very important to reduce duplication of efforts and visibility to our sales team. Also the flexibility to create your own look and feel is welcomed over the standard template options you often see with other PRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say around things I don't like. Room for improvements on some features but overall really enjoy Impartner PRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partner enablement - having a centralized location for partners to access a large amount of resources. sales tools, marketing tools, managing pipeline, training, technical resources etc.
The access to these resources is proving to provide an overall better partnership experience with us and speed to close on business as time is not wasted on requesting these resources in an ad-hoc manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to have our partners use the portal to submit requests to our internal team for tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
that our internal CRM and billing systems do not integrate with the Impartner portal.

Allowing our partners a resource to submit their deal registrations. The benefits is the visibility into the deals they are working on.

Some features take sometimes a little longer to develop and deploy than we would like.
We are in a business where we need speed (however not at the expense of quality)!
