Scalable platform for reseller management
What do you like best about the product?
Easily manage and scale a large network of resellers while being able to tie in to other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Looking for a better out of the box way to send communication to the resellers with the platform. However they are coming out with an update for this later in the year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing to scale a partner program to a large size quickly while keeping everything organized well. Tons of time savings over a manual approach.
Good Experience so Far
What do you like best about the product?
The solution is pretty easy to use so far and it seems they are always working on enhancing the product. Excited to check out Orchestration studio and continue building out our use cases with the Impartner team. So far all Impartner employees (sales, to implementation, to customer success) have been super helpful and friendly. It's a pleasure working with them!
The hubspot integration is very simple to setup and modify ongoing - we are getting a ton of use from it right now and will continue building out our use cases. I'm in sales and feel very confident setting up new modules to sync at this point.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design capabilities are difficult to use and can be tedious when you are trying to accommodate several segmented views. Would be nice to have some more copy/paste or duplicating options when configuring the dashboard views.
We are still reviewing some API use cases but have run into some hurdles, remains to be seen if they can be solved but our use case is quite unique so we expected some difficulties.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a more user friendly interface with better communication and analytics capabilites. We are also able to roll out a training program and provide a better asset library to our partners.
We would like to solve some issues with lead distribution, deal registration, and a few other use cases that we haven't yet built out but are looking forward to it.

Brings the governance, compliance, and efficiency needed to build an ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
Impartner has workflows that saves time on manual tasks and keeps partners on track

Not enough functionality for maintaining content and training modules for Partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead submission, tracking sales opportunities, approving partners, and maintaining partner records.
Great PRM Experience
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, it's an intuitive tool. I am not technical by any means, but how the functionality appears makes it so that anyone, despite level of technical expertise, can manage the tool. The team who has helped us set up the portal have been super helpful and impactful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features lack intuitiveness, requiring additional technical support for tasks like bulk uploads. Improving the usability of certain functionalities could significantly enhance the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The PRM provides a platform that empowers and equips our partners, offering visibility into leads and deals within our partner ecosystem. It streamlines processes, reducing the workload for our internal teams by eliminating time-consuming, repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on higher-value activities.
Exciting and user Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it quickly intergrates wth ease with Salesforce. Easy to navigate and a walkthrough to our Partners is hardly necessary because of how user friendly it is. Especially because I have Prue to assist me whenever I need guidance on Something
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything, I would just hate to delete something that's linked to SFDC and then the whole account is deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the deal reg part more than anything for me. It allows us to track Partners especially if we are running a program. We have great workflows and that helps a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support that we receive from Impartner PRM has helped us tremendously in not only building an effective Partner Portal, but in developing a cohesive channel enablement program that drives results and strong partnerships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we don't operate like most partner programs, some of the Impartner capabilities when it comes to deal registration, Leads, and business planning aren't as helpful as I'd like. Although the Impartner team is great about helpin us figure out how to make the capabilities work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating structure around our partner program and making it easier for partners to leverage.
Maximizing Partner Potential with Impartner
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who has limited access to developer support, I appreciate the ease of use of the widgets/tiles in their Partner Experience (PX) format. This has been super helpful as we build out self-serve support for the longtail of our partner ecosystem. We can easily develop landing pages that provide information, guidance, and links for next steps for our partners. We've also envisioned a very robust partner program, which requires tracking many different types of activities. Impartner is the only platform that is really equipped to allow us to customize the experience to fit our exact needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting tools in PX could be more robust. For example, when setting up the co-branding templates, there is no option for adding hex codes for color options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM allows us to create a unified space for our partners to access for deal registration, product updates and roadmaps, training, Marketing materials they can leverage, and other important messaging we need to share with our partner ecosystem. This enhanced engagement reinforces partner relationships, fostering a more dynamic and committed partner ecosystem. The tracking and reporting functionalities helps to reduce our reliance on spreadsheets, while also making the information more transparent and readily available for partners.
Robust Partner Portal with Constantly Evolving Features, But a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
They are continuously integrating with other companies' solutions for a better partner experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data analytics tool is still clunky and requires extra support often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Impartner PRM streamlines our partner management by automatically tracking partner tiering, so we can easily see which partners meet our program requirements. It simplifies deal registration and provides a centralized hub where partners can access relevant assets, track engagements, view shared leads, and collaborate on business plans—ultimately enhancing our strategic partnerships.
Partners love having everything in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Our partners had to go to a million different places to find the resources they need. Now they have a user-friendly, one stop shop for all the things they need from training, assets, deal registration, etc.
The whole Impartner team has been incredible. Shad C, Dustin D, Ben S, Kirby have all been such valuable resources for our team answering our questions, brainstorming ideas, and our calls are fun. I understand that's not "techy" but I believe the people you work with at your software vendor are just as important as the software itself.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to sync attachments or add them to workflows is a minor roadblock we've run into. Luckily we've been able to build workarounds and the impartner team is always willing to hop on a call to brainstorm and implement ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Partners can register deals through a form now (rather than sending an email that can have errors and get buried in inboxes). They can also easily access trainings and assets that service a variety of roles.
The only true channel solutions that I know
What do you like best about the product?
TCMA and Leads Dashboard. The 1 to many model is helpful from a vendor POV as this allows quick scale to reseller base.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the 1 to many model, the opposite is customization is hard to come-by.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The leads dashboard is truly a wonder. It provides the vendor a middle-ware CRM system between parties to gain visibility and ability to pass on legitimate opportunities to partners.
