Easy to use platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, segmentations can be applied, and a dedicated TAM to support us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be best if you allow us to build and manage our customer's landing page without having to code it. CMS is an alternative to update and organize our content and segmentation easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our digital assets in different language variations can easily be segmented to show to thousands of users we have globally. The assets that suits their needs, the more engaged they are with us and of course better experience for our Channel partners.
A User-Friendly PRM Platform That Grows With You
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Impartner is its ability to centralize and streamline partner management processes. The tool provides comprehensive visibility into partner activities, automates key tasks like deal registration, and improves communication through a unified portal. Its intuitive interface and customizable features have made managing partner relationships more efficient, reducing administrative burdens while increasing partner engagement and performance. The analytics and reporting tools offer valuable insights that help optimize our channel strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge with Impartner PRM is occasional system downtime, which can impact our portal engagement metrics and disrupt partner activities. Additionally, while the platform offers robust functionality, it requires significant integration with other systems to fully leverage its potential. Managing these integrations can sometimes be cumbersome, leading to delays or added complexity in the setup process.
Another area where there is room for improvement is in how enhancement requests are managed. While we've shared several valuable ideas and suggestions over the years, only a limited number have been implemented. The turnaround time tends to be quite long, and there's very limited visibility into the status or progress of these requests. Greater transparency and a more structured feedback loop would significantly enhance the collaboration and responsiveness in this area.

Impartner PRM has been instrumental in solving several key business challenges. It streamlines the deal registration process, making it easier to track and manage opportunities from our partners. The platform also facilitates converting registered deals into leads, ensuring we can efficiently follow up on potential opportunities. Moreover, the portal environment offers a centralized space for partners to access resources and tools, improving engagement and collaboration. Its integrated CMS allows us to manage and deliver content effectively, ensuring that partners always have access to the most up-to-date information.

What do you like best about the product?
There are 2 aspects that I like about Impartner: the platform itself and the people. The platform is constantly evolving and getting improved, including feedback that we've provided across time. The people are the reason why we are able to leverage the tools available and find the right solutions for our business. It is one of the most logical and easy to use platforms we work with. And customer support is great for us, we have our own dedicated TAM who collaborates closely with us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain modules/functionalities are not yet seamlessly integrated between each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance to the partner program is easier to attain. Database maintenance is in our full control. Content personalization is easy to do and maintain. Expansion of the program is accesible.

Impartner continiously offers many new features and takes customers feedback seriously. They offer great speedy support when needed.

More enaborate documentation on newer features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows our parnters to have a 'one stop shop' with everything they need. They're able to easily register deals, take trainings , earn prizes and find relevant info they need.

Extremely intuitive and easy client-user interface.

Many training videos are available, but it is hard to determine what video to start with to get what you need.

Single interface for channel partners to access for deal registration, training and content.
Impartner PX Upgrade Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The simple nature of the set up. Once you have created your custom objects & set up the CRM sync, the remaining build is very simple and intuitive.
Additionally, Reed Fruehan who supported us throughout the entire PX upgrade journey was a phenomenal support and relieved all our issues promptly.

- The Surface doesn't really look nice, website hardly adjustable

A great relationship tool that delivers efficiencies through integrations in a polished format
What do you like best about the product?
The portal allows me to service many and ensures all my partner are on brand, up to date and informed about our services and solutions. They absolutely love the asset library and we use the Deal Dashboard to anchor pipeline conversations. No double handling of opportunities as it is all synced up with SalesForce. Love it.

Maybe enhanced charts and dashboards but I'm just reaching here.

Can service one to many. Currency of collateral. Partner sales enablement. Visibility of revenue generated through the partnership and updates on pipeline opportunities.
