HubSpot Marketing Hub Unifies Campaigns and CRM with an Intuitive, Time-Saving UI

  • May 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how flawlessly it bridges the gap between our marketing campaigns and our CRM. Instead of jumping between isolated email tools, social schedulers, and landing page builders, everything lives under one roof. The native integration gives us a genuine 360-degree view of our customer journey. Our onboarding time for new team members plummeted because the UI is incredibly intuitive compared to older enterprise platforms. It's an investment, but the time saved on data syncing and troubleshooting makes it completely worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the entry tiers are affordable, the price jumps drastically as you upgrade to Professional/Enterprise or expand your contact list, leading to "sticker shock" for growing businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Problem: Many teams juggle separate tools for email marketing, social media scheduling, landing pages, and ad tracking. Data becomes siloed, and you waste hours manually importing/exporting CSV files just to see if a marketing campaign actually led to a sale.
• The Benefit to You: HubSpot unifies your entire marketing stack on top of a single Smart CRM. The moment a prospect interacts with your brand—whether opening an email, visiting a specific webpage, or downloading a guide—that data is instantly logged to their unified timeline. This cross-channel visibility eliminates data gaps and saves your team hours of tedious administrative work.

Seamless and Effective Marketing Powerhouse

  • May 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub seamless to use and really effective. I like the good tracking and reporting features. Since we use HubSpot for our CRM as well, there's a lot of overlap that allows us to connect insights and data. This kind of integration helps in having better visibility and improving outputs for our go-to-market funnel. I also appreciate being able to see the tie to our ROI for marketing activity, especially as it relates to driving pipeline and getting more paying customers. The initial setup process was pretty seamless according to my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's minor things like the way you pull reporting or, like, nuances or just UX related issues, not specific issues I can think of that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for better visibility, automation, and workflow in marketing activities, helping with tracking campaigns, conversions, and traffic.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Centralizes Campaigns with Powerful Automation and Reporting

  • May 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how much it centralizes marketing operations in one place. The workflow automation, segmentation capabilities, email marketing tools make it much easier to scale campaigns while keeping data organised. I also appreciate how flexible the platform is for both marketers and operations teams, especially when combined with custom properties, integrations, and Ops Hub features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some advanced features can become expensive as your business scales. There are also cases where certain workflow limitations or reporting customizations require workarounds. While the platform is very powerful overall, more flexibility in some areas of automation and data management would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems HubSpot solves for us is scaling marketing automation while keeping data organized and actionable. The platform helps streamline segmentation, lead nurturing, lifecycle management, and reporting, which allows the team to focus more on strategy instead of manual processes. It also improves visibility across marketing activities and customer engagement.

Effortlessly Aligns Marketing & Sales with Strong Features and Smart Automation

  • May 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It makes closing the loop between marketing and sales effortless, since both teams work from the same source of truth. And unlike many all-in-one platforms, you don't have to compromise on either side. The marketing and sales functionality are both genuinely strong. The platform is easy to use and gives a clear overview at all times, uptime has been rock solid in our experience, and implementation is straightforward even without a developer. The wide range of integrations is a big plus, and the rollout of Breeze AI has added a layer of smart automation that fits naturally into existing workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, for a mid-sized tech company it's hard to find real downsides. It's the strongest fit we've come across in this segment. If I had to name something, it would be that certain use cases require the Data Hub as an add-on, which means an extra layer of cost and setup to unlock the full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It closes the loop between marketing and sales and gives us full grip on leads from campaign entry all the way through to closed deal. Having everything in one tool removes the friction of stitching different systems together, which saves time, reduces errors, and makes reporting on what's actually working a lot more reliable.

Effective Multichannel Marketing, Helps Run Unified Campaigns

  • May 27, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub plays really well with HubSpot CRM, providing a unified view of all my contacts, which helps in managing the entire life cycle of marketing contacts better. This integration helps us save a lot of time and run high-quality marketing campaigns, providing one source of truth for our entire marketing stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that the pricing can be a lot more predictable. The current pricing is not at all predictable, and it's a little erratic, which definitely can be improved. As the contact scale, the pricing scales nonlinearly, which makes us a little worrisome about the cost. I'd rate the initial setup about six on 10. It is a little complicated because the platform itself is a little confusing since it has multiple modules. So, the initial onboarding did take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email and social media management. It helps streamline our marketing, manage contacts, do multichannel marketing, run high-quality campaigns, and offers a unified view of contacts with CRM, saving us a lot of time.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Makes Campaign Creation Seamless Across Channels

  • May 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about HubSpot marketing hub is the integrated nature of all of the different features - using the marketing studio feature to build a campaign, it's so easy to create content for email, social, ads, etc. easily from a single campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about HubSpot Marketing Hub would be not having the ability to hide or turn off the AI integration element to everything - as a company like financial services that is very strict on not using AI in copywriting, it would be nice to have the option to hide. (maybe that is an option and I don't even realize it!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is helping us uncover insights into our large prospecting database that we have. Using Lead Scoring, we are able to identify better our "Hot Leads" and target them more specifically.

Efficient Data Management with Some Integration Hiccups

  • May 26, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of recording information with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Making outbound calls within the platform is also something I find useful. It significantly reduces the amount of time I need to manually record data or search for customer information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inbound calls don't come through to HubSpot, and sometimes merging companies that are the same but names differ makes the info disappear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for customer data retention, recording communication, and tracking deals. It reduces the time I spend on manual data entry and finding customer info. I find the ease of recording information and making outbound calls within the platform particularly useful.
