    The sidebar menu works well and I like the customisation options on form styling.

    The UI can sometimes feel a bit busy, but overall I think it does work well and provides a lot of features

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how quickly HubSpot Marketing Hub loads. I like that emails sent automatically create a task for me to follow up on. I like that I can easily drop screenshot images into the email template box and it does not glitch.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I wish there was an easier setup for automating emails within each prospect's window.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for sales outreach, keeping company details organized. I like its quick loading, automatic email task creation, and easy image integration in emails.

    Great Support, But Reporting Falls Short

    What do you like best about the product?
    I really like that the support is pretty amazing, especially the chat support, which is really knowledgeable and helpful. Also, the initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was not bad and was pretty easy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The reporting is not great. I had to extract the data out of HubSpot, put it into a data warehouse, and then visualize it to get the fairly simple and reasonable reporting that I wanted.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to organize contacts, communicate better, understand qualified leads, and track contact marketing activity.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The centralized marketing studio is easy to navigate, and Breeze AI Agents have made it fast and straightforward to create campaigns, automate attribution, and manage segment associations.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some features, like multi-touch revenue attribution and customer journey analytics, are locked behind the enterprise tier, and we can’t justify the cost of a full upgrade when we only need a few specific capabilities. That said, support has been helpful in clarifying what’s included in the Pro tier and helping us understand its limitations.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Seamless integrations across multiple marketing channels have really sped up our process for importing leads and routing them to the right team. Data Studio is a nice bonus for completing datasets from these channels and keeping the data reliable, even with large volumes. Syncing to objects on a schedule is also quick and straightforward.
