    What do you like best about the product?
    I love being able to look at the whole history of each prospect, where the conversation was, and the note-taking ability that we can basically maintain alongside it. Plus, the integrations with platforms like Notetaker are something I love the best.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think the UI part can be improved. It looks very old tradition. I think the settings part is way too much complicated. So I think those are the things which can be improved.

    I use HubSpot Commerce Hub to manage all my leads in one place, track the conversion history, and understand the lifecycle of each prospect better than when we used Google Sheets.
