Easy Tracking with Room for Improved Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is trackable and it's easy to use. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the sales and marketing spaces could have more integrated workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for creating marketing emails, solving the issue of sending large group emails that can be tracked to campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps everything organized in one place. It makes it easier to track customer activity, send marketing emails, automate follow ups, and see reports without jumping between different systems. I also like that it helps teams stay connected and work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that some of the more advanced features are only available in higher plans, which can get expensive. At first, it can also feel a little overwhelming because there are so many tools and settings to learn.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve problems with keeping customer communication, marketing activity, and reporting organized. Instead of using multiple systems, everything is in one place, which helps teams save time, automate tasks, follow up with customers more efficiently, and better track marketing results.
All-in-One Marketing Hub with Great Support and New AI
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it brings all the important aspects into one place, campaigns, automations, lead capture, and reporting, so you can move faster without constantly toggling between a bunch of different apps. Support is also great whenever you run into an issue, and with the new AI being added, it has become a go-to tool if you’re aiming for the best performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
So, only one thing that for smaller teams it can feel a bit costly at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving the major problem of managing a lot of tools, and automate a lot of mannual processes, which in turn will save your teams a huge time, which can be used productivily.
Social Media Scheduling Made Easy with Clear Overview and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The social media scheduler is a big help because it lets me plan posts in one place and easily see an overview of everything that’s already scheduled. It’s also really helpful to have a collaborative environment, so I can tag my colleagues in a drafted post and ask them to review it before it goes live.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not always intuitive, so sometimes I need to ask for additional help. The AI chat is usually quite helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising everything in one place, while also having access to the CRM at the same time, has been really helpful. From a marketing perspective, it’s great for our team that we only have to go to one place for social media and emailing. Before Hubspot Marketing, we were bouncing between multiple sites, and that quickly became too much to manage.

Versatile, Highly Customizable Tool, but needs some more flexibility in some aspects
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of versatile tools and high customization allows for more flexibility on how the tool can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email templates are great, but creating custom modules takes a lot more effort than I'd like. I also dislike how the layout breaks if there's a decrease in length of text in emails. It makes the overall email look very unprofessional.
I wasn't too happy with the AI generated blogs. They seemed extremely generic and not something that actually added value. Some features seem to make the platform a little more rigid.

I mainly used email section and did email marketing. I like how it gives a detailed health score and report. The metrics help me quickly guague how my emails are doing.

Extensive Features, Complex to Master
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing automation for businesses. It helps streamline a lot of marketing needs, and it’s great to set up automations with. I think there is a very extensive list of tools that HubSpot Marketing Hub has, and that it’s really useful for a variety of different uses. I also find it effective for marketing for large companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very complex and has so many features and functions that I feel like you might need to take courses to learn all of it. It had a lot more features than what my company needed to use.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to streamline marketing needs and set up automations, making it versatile and useful for various business applications.
Centralizes Data, Needs Better Design Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is built into our HubSpot instance, allowing me to see company data, contact data, and the marketing instance from a single pane of glass. This integration puts all CRM data in one place, providing a centralized source of truth for email campaigns and survey forms without needing third-party tools like SurveyMonkey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the design guidelines are hard to understand. Granted, I can send that to our marketing division who typically helps. But it would be nice to have some templates if we drop our branding in there.

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes email and survey campaigns, making tracking open, view, and click rates easier without using third-party tools.

I gotta say, the ease of use of HubSpot Marketing Hub is a big plus for me. It's particularly helpful when we're onboarding new salespeople since the platform is intuitive and cuts down training time significantly, allowing them to get right to selling. The overall ease of use of the platform really stands out.

I really like how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use and the AI features are a big plus. The platform's ability to handle email marketing, analytics, reporting, and social media makes it great for all my marketing needs. I also appreciate how it helps me get data or create campaigns and offers suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not thrilled about the need to upgrade our package to get more access, like adding multiple calendars. I wish I could use this feature during an e-blast about a trade show so people can book meetings and it can be tracked.
