Seamless Integration, Great Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the HubSpot Marketing Hub's customer service is great and easy to reach out to. I appreciate how the AI tools help make our tasks easier by simplifying processes and aiding us in gathering emails each week to outline completed items. The initial setup was very easy, which was a nice surprise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails seem to get mixed up with other tickets, so I might have to go through a couple of screens to find the items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us track new sales leads, manage email composition, and track client engagement. It covers for teammates out of office by providing easy access to communications. The AI tools simplify processes, making tasks easier and solidifying operations.
Overall, still the best Marketing Automation software out there (but it will cost you)
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot Marketing Hub for me personally, is the email marketing. As far as capabilities goes, it's definitely within the top tier of platforms I've used with continuously up-dated features like—templates, custom email builder, A/B testing, reporting, time-zone send, AI features, and many more. Since HubSpot is an entire CRM tool, it also makes it easier when wanting to integrate different features into the email like contact customizations and forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike about HubSpot is that, for the price we pay, there are a few features I would like to have that we do not. For one thing, I don't full the reporting is fully there. First of all, there is no way to easily send reports to people who are not HubSpot users, such as higher-ups in the company. There is also limited things you can do with the reporting—for example, there is no customized reporting you can do on specific email campaigns—such as pulling a report that shows who opened/click across multiple emails sent in one email campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving our need for having one tool that both the marketing and sales teams can use together to integrate what they are doing/working on. Before HubSpot, the two teams would use separate tools and would not be able to see what/who each other was working on, plus we would have to tediously transfer information into all the systems all the teams were using (instead of just having one system). Using HubSpot not only saves time, but the money spent on having multiple platforms.
HubSpot Marketing is great for centralizing marketing efforts
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to connect different marketing functions in one handy place. I mainly use HS Marketing Hub for social post scheduling and email marketing and I appreciate that I can do all that in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the dashboards/reporting could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to have everything in one centralized place - marketing can be scattered at times but HS marketing hub helps with that.
Enhances Marketing Efficiency, Needs Better Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub very useful for increasing efficiency and interacting with clients. So many filters are enabled for campaigns, which helps me see which campaigns and keywords are performing the best and how to utilize our budget. I find these features helpful to optimize campaigns and upload our news to Google Ads through the HubSpot mechanism. The dashboards also allow easy access and analysis of campaign performance, which is important for mobilizing our marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it needs more integrations, especially with landing pages for our website. Tracking is very important, and I find it lacking when tracking offers through a response form compared to our inbuilt forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to interact with clients efficiently, saving time and increasing the quality of interactions.
Powerful User Segmentation and Workflow Campaigns with Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to segment users and trigger campaigns using simple workflows, integration with Mailmodo, Stripe and Pendo has helped in consolidated view of our users. Documentation is strong, so is customer support. Breeze AI has helped in quick setup of lengthy setup steps
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is still not modern. There is learning curve to make best use of all the features offered.

Knowing all the touchpoints of user in its journey right from discovery to post purchase funnel. This has helped in fruitful conversations and higher conversions of users to customers

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be quick and simple to use. The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to set everything up, which I rated a 10 out of 10 in terms of ease. I also appreciate the ease of getting support, which helps greatly.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for B2B marketing and lead generation. It solves tracking problems, allowing us to track every visit and interaction. I like how user-friendly and simple it is, with easy setup and quick support.
Strong Automation and Reporting with a Steep Price Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Rather than juggling multiple tools, you get email marketing, forms, CRM, automation, and analytics all in one place. Since it’s natively connected to the HubSpot CRM, your marketing and sales data stay aligned, with no messy integrations to set up or maintain, it integrates seamlessly. It also scales very well with your business. User interface is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can get expensive quickly, especially as your contact list grows. It’s also less customizable than some enterprise tools (like Marketo), and the email/design flexibility isn’t as advanced as what you get with more niche tools. Our newer sales members found it overwhelming, and it's AI support would have been nice to have to be able to help support the team

One problem, Everything is fragmented. Emails live in one tool, forms in another, the CRM is somewhere else, and reporting ends up being stitched together manually.

Easy to Use, Centralizes Data Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use with HubSpot Marketing Hub. It helps me see the different types of data all in one place. It's useful for scanning our website to check what's missing in terms of SEO, making our in-house marketing more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does take a while for HubSpot Marketing Hub to scan a website. I think the speed at which it scans a website can be improved.

With HubSpot Marketing Hub, I can scan our website for SEO gaps, and it's easy to use with data available all in one place.

I like that everything is centralized in one place with HubSpot Marketing Hub, making it easy to manage campaigns, track leads, and keep a clear view of the pipeline. The automation features are also very useful as they help save time on repetitive tasks like follow-ups, lead routing, or campaign actions. The centralization helps keep everything in one place, which ensures no loss of information across tools and improves coordination between teams. I also appreciate the clarity in viewing what's happening, which improves efficiency and overall performance.

Pricing can be high as you scale, and some features feel complex to set up at first. Setup could be improved with simpler onboarding and clearer default templates.

Powerful All-in-One Platform for Email Marketing, Social, and SEO Websites
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great integrative tool and all in one platform that connects to its own CRM. You can do easy drag and drop email marketing, social, build websites optimized for SEO, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t find it integrated with other CRMs that well. We had Acumatica as our CRM which it didn’t integrate with so we had marketing data siloed off from the rest of the business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a solo marketer I could live on one platform. I didn’t need a tool for email, then a tool for social, then build a website in Wordpress. I could manage and create everything in one platform so it was a huge timesaver.
