What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for streamlining my data and accounts, creating quotations, and managing deals. It solved a lot of problems by helping me reduce time through streamlined operations, and it provides good reports about every single account. I like these features and think everything works well.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is an all in one platform. We can use it across the company to keep our sales info central to all employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had any issues with Hubspot for marketing.

Centralizing our relationship marketing efforts. It's a platform that allows an all in one concept.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's integration with every platform like LinkedIn Ads. I don't have to open LinkedIn Campaign Manager separately because I can manage and track campaign performance directly within this platform. I like the new feature AEO, and it's very good for making SEO strategies. I also value the way it tracks website performance and its advanced analytics in email performance tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CMS is not as good as compared to the WordPress Divi theme.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub simplifies managing website content, scheduling social media posts, email marketing, creating workflows, and reporting. It integrates well with platforms like LinkedIn Ads, allowing me to manage and track campaigns easily without leaving the platform.

Fantastic Marketing Features, CRM Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and has templates for almost everything I need. It allows us to keep all our clients in one place and easily create marketing campaigns via email that we can track and follow up on. The email templates are easy to use, making everything very simple. The email campaign tracking is great. Additionally, setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM isn't the most conducive to our business. We're a contracting business, and the invoicing and CRM we use another company because it's easier to use. The CRM for HubSpot is a little more complicated and the invoices aren't as user-friendly. But the marketing part is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to create landing pages and marketing campaigns, track visitors, and manage email campaigns efficiently. It simplifies managing clients in one place, thanks to handy templates and simplified email campaign tracking.

Great Interaction Tracking and Easy Follow-Up Sequences

What do you like best about the product?
It works great for tracking each interaction with individuals. And allows you to easily setup sequences for follow-ups, outreach, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't do texting. And, so you need to integrate with a different phone provider. The downside is some of those integrations are not as good depending on the provider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really, the biggest benefit is just keep tracking of communications across multiple sales agents and having everything organized in one place.

Intuitive Interface, Robust Features

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI of HubSpot Marketing Hub. Even though there's a lot going on with many options, filters, and slideouts, it's still intuitive. This intuitiveness makes navigating the platform easier. When viewing customer activity, the action and tag filters above make it easier to find the info I need, which makes tasks faster and more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have full admin access, so I'm coming from a read-only perspective. Maybe tweak other sections to reduce clutter. Both the left and right sections look and behave similar, so going back and forth between them (if you're not a frequent HubSpot user) can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for reviewing customer information not available on other platforms like Intercom or Chargebee. Its intuitive UI makes navigating easier, and filters allow me to efficiently find necessary information from tons of customer activity data.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is powerful and easy to use. I also appreciate the continuous innovation that the platform offers. The initial setup was super easy, which really helped in getting started without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the predictive AI lacking in some areas. It would be great if it could include next best actions, offers, channels, churn clustering, and RFM clustering.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for identifying AEO opportunities and nurturing leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for outreach and find it particularly beneficial for organizing activities. The email campaigns feature is a huge time saver for me. Setting up HubSpot was very easy with the help of our sales manager. I rate it 100 out of 10 for recommending it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some emails won’t go through because I send too many so maybe if there was a better way to ease into it and track so all emails go through and I don’t get flagged as spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for outreach and organization. It saves me lots of time with email campaigns.
