Seamless Lead Management with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub's ease of use and their technical support and customer services to be really impressive. No matter what my problem is, I can reach someone immediately, either via chat or email response. There hasn't been a single problem I wasn't able to solve with them. They also provide a great education platform, which makes it quite easy to increase my skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow me to use lists as effectively as I would like to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage many leads efficiently, keep all my contacts in one place, send templated mass emails, integrate with other programs, and track email opens and reads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place—ads, landing page, and analytics actually talk to each other, which saves tons of time. This automation is powerful but not scary, as you can build smart workflows without needing a technical background. The contact insights are super clear, allowing you to see exactly how you interact with your brand, not just vanity metrics. We switched to HubSpot Marketing Hub because it offers a full-featured, unified marketing automation platform that goes beyond data handling with integrated workflow, email campaigns, landing pages, CRM, lead scoring, and cross-channel reporting, all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost scales up fast, especially as your contact list grows. Some advanced features feel locked behind high tiers, and there is a learning curve when you start using the more powerful tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes all marketing tools, bringing emails, leads, landing pages, and analytics together, saving tons of time. The automation features are powerful and user-friendly, allowing for smart workflow creation without a technical background.

I like that HubSpot automates personalized customer experiences, and launch cross-channel campaigns.

Sometimes the AI feature isn’t as helpful as I’d like it to be, and it doesn’t always meet my expectations.

Intuitive, Reliable, and the Gold Standard with Tons of Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is strongly adopted meaning a large user base. It's intuitive and feels like the gold standard. It's reliable. There are tons of great integrations for it too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not a fan of AI responses as the default for support tickets. They tend to be way too long and overwhelming, spanning over every single scenario. Sometimes you just need a quick reply with a tl;dr version response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we used Salesforce Pardot and it is a pain to work with. We needed to build emails that looked cosmetically appealing. We also needed forms that could connect to different components and landing pages. Hubspot covered all of that.
Effortless Automation, Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation feature of HubSpot Marketing Hub because it lets me schedule and forget tasks, which is incredibly convenient. The SMS feature is also great—it allows another effective way to communicate with clients and partners, especially when they don't respond to emails. Plus, the inbox connection for SMS is a nice touch. The initial setup was very easy, and the HubSpot team was extremely helpful, guiding us through learning every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder could be more flexible and customizable. It also starts to move slowly when I upload multiple graphics into one email. I have issues with payment links regenerating or changing after I create them.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the lack of a user-friendly email builder, interactive social calendar, and form builder, while offering automation that eliminates manual deployment. The SMS feature improves communication with clients and partners who don't respond to emails.
User-Friendly Design, Needs Contact Management Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is pretty user-friendly and intuitive, which really simplifies things and saves time. This makes designing emails and maintaining contacts much easier, eliminating guesswork. I also enjoy the look and design of the emails, as the aesthetic is appealing. The pre-designed templates are great and can save a lot of time as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can be a little convoluted as far as the contacts. The non-marketing contacts thing is a pain.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best part about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that everything is at one place. It really solves our marketing outreach problem and the effectiveness and efficiency are very high. I especially like the user interface, it's really intuitive and easy to understand. The campaigns are good, and I appreciate the readability and accessibility, as well as the KPI measurement, all accessible from a single dashboard. It makes tracking performance easy. Setting it up was fairly easy, and my team didn't have any issues thanks to its great UI and UX. It's very intuitive overall, and it saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user journey feature can be a little better. I understand that it's in a beta phase, and it's a new feature. I still feel that the journeys feature can be made a little more streamlined.

HubSpot Marketing Hub puts everything in one place, solving our marketing outreach problem and enhancing effectiveness and efficiency. The campaigns, readability, accessibility, KPI measurement, and performance tracking make it easy to track performance. It saves us time by providing a single dashboard and simplifies understanding metrics.
Strong automation with navigation challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I find the Automation feature of HubSpot Marketing Hub to be the most impressive. Nurturing leads, following up, and the reminder facility are also very good. Additionally, we can add other team members to send emails, which is a special feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few. Like when I was a beginner, things were unorganized. I mean, the UX and design for beginners is quite poor. Beginners have a hard view, especially when someone joins for the first time, so I had to watch content on YouTube to understand everything, even though my background is in marketing. Additionally, even after we take a paid plan, HubSpot's branding remains. To remove HubSpot's branding, you have to upgrade separately. And besides, the last thing is that when I joined in the first year, I got up to a ninety percent discount. So I joined, but when I got used to it, they charge a lot of money to review in the second year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for digital marketing and sales. It saves time and effort by automating lead tracking, follow-up, and lead nurturing.
Excellent CRM for Easy Email Logging and Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good CRM service and makes it so easy to log and track emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very confusing intital and not the most user friendly.

Helps keep track of and log all of my sales outreach.
