All Contacts and Deals in One Place with Reliable Email Sync
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the contacts and deals in the one place and the ability to log call details easily and the easy syncing of emails to the contact is great; I've used other CRMs where the email sync function just doesn't work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having more fields for defining why a contact or deal was lost would be useful, but maybe that's an internal admin tool?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all my contacts and deals in the one place and giving me a snapshot of my day, week and month.
Intuitive, Time-Saving, and Highly Recommended
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be intuitive and user-friendly, which saves me time and makes it easy to use. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could read my mind to understand what I'm using it for and create workflows or suggestions for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub saves me time and is easy to use. It's intuitive and user-friendly.
Feature-Rich CRM with Great Support, Segmentation, and Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has a lot of features with strong support and onboarding; it's great for segmentation. And it's like a real crm system with good UI/UX and marketing tools for increasing performance. It offers enough integrations, with AI options. Pricing is fair (but not low).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pricing can be unfair when estimating performance and scale of activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves issues with user management, it saves time when working with profiles and their lifecycle stages. We struggled with B2B clients, but now we can see the whole picture of lifecycle, which has resulted in getting more partners.
Organizational Hub with Minor Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that HubSpot Marketing Hub is able to record the important points and metrics of my job and my team, which helps me compare and ensure that i'm moving in the right direction. It's a very organized platform where I can keep information for potential prospects and customers we've reached out to, and that we'll reach out to again. It provides ample space to store a lot of information about distant territories. I also find it simple to use as long as I focus on the functions and use it to its full potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that at times, HubSpot Marketing Hub can get a little disorganized, and it can be a bit more difficult to maneuver. Some of the AI functions personally get in the way. There's certain notes that I could hear for myself on audio and don't really need an AI to tell me. Also, the notes could get a little hard to maneuver since there's a lot. Occasionally, HubSpot might slow down a little bit and, company-wide, it can stop working for a few minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub organizes my information and records customer interactions, helping me keep quick notes and develop leads for future reach-outs.
Intuitive Platform with Powerful Campaign Tracking and Revenue Attribution
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out most is how intuitive the platform is compared to other tools in the space. It’s relatively easy to get up and running, and the UI makes it accessible for both technical and non-technical users. The ability to manage campaigns, track performance, and tie activity directly to pipeline and revenue is a major advantage—especially for teams focused on accountability and measurable impact.
The reporting and dashboarding capabilities are also a big plus. You can get a clear view into funnel performance, campaign attribution, and sales activity without needing a separate BI tool, which helps drive faster decision-making.
The reporting and dashboarding capabilities are also a big plus. You can get a clear view into funnel performance, campaign attribution, and sales activity without needing a separate BI tool, which helps drive faster decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
As you scale, there are some limitations and complexities to be aware of. Certain customizations (especially around reporting and data structure) can become cumbersome, and costs can increase quickly as you add contacts and advanced features. There’s also a learning curve when it comes to fully leveraging more sophisticated capabilities like workflows, scoring, and attribution modeling.
On the marketing side, landing page templates can sometimes feel a bit restrictive and “lock you in” once you’ve committed to a structure. However, I do appreciate the flexibility to bring in custom HTML when needed, which helps offset that limitation for more advanced use cases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem solved by HubSpot is scale. It allows us to automate and scale campaigns efficiently, so we can drive more impact without increasing resources.
Unified CRM and Powerful Automation, but Pricing and Advanced Reporting Can Be Tough
What do you like best about the product?
The greatest strength is the unified CRM architecture, providing a "single source of truth" where marketing and sales data live on the same timeline. The Breeze AI tools are standout features, allowing for effortless content "remixing" across channels and automated lead scoring that identifies high-intent prospects in real-time. The no-code workflow builder remains the gold standard for usability, enabling marketers to build complex, multi-channel automation sequences and personalized "smart content" without any developer assistance. It effectively transforms the marketing department from a cost center into a data-driven revenue engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant drawback is the aggressive pricing structure; costs escalate sharply as your contact database grows or when you need essential features locked behind the Enterprise tier. Additionally, while the platform is intuitive for standard tasks, technical reporting can become surprisingly rigid, often requiring "Custom Objects" that are difficult to configure without specialized knowledge. Users also report that the customer support quality can be inconsistent, with long wait times for complex technical issues that fall outside the basic knowledge base of front-line representatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of "Data Silos" between marketing and sales, ensuring every interaction is tracked and attributed to revenue. It eliminates the manual effort of managing disconnected tools for email, social media, and SEO by consolidating them into one dashboard. The primary benefit is improved lead velocity and attribution; we can see exactly which marketing touchpoints led to a closed deal. This clarity allows us to optimize our budget toward the highest-performing channels and provides the automation needed to scale personalized outreach without increasing headcount.
HubSpot’s All-in-One Sales & Marketing Platform with Intuitive Automation and Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest strength and the best aspect of the Hubspot platform is it has all the required and necessary tools for sales and marketing in its own ecosystem. Right from CRM to marketing automation, and from email campaigns to landing pages, everything is made easier in terms of integrating with its over platform. It also stands best for its very intuitive platform and strong marketing automation workflows. Their reporting dashboard is also very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though this platform is very strong, its pricing is very high, and its features are hidden behind the higher tiers. Specifically, their workflow automation and reporting features are quite expensive, some of their customization are bit limited when compared with other enterprise CRMs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of having fragmented tools for sales, marketing and customer data. HubSpot, it helps me to centralise the customer data and gives us clear pipeline visibility. Overall, this platform helps our team with better lead nurturing and conversion tracking. The campaign ROI measurement is also improved with this platform.
Intuitive Platform that Transforms Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the HubSpot Marketing Hub is very intuitive to use. I don't need to waste time looking for tutorials to do certain things on the platform. The things I need to do, like tasks, creating business follow-ups, sending emails, and making calls, are very simple to understand and don't require a lot of complexity. Additionally, the initial setup process was quite simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, right now I can't think of anything. But maybe one better way to explore AI could help me with enriching account information and everything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me with the documentation of sales processes, customer tracking, organization of emails and information, predictability, interaction, and engagement. It is intuitive, saving time on tutorials, making tasks like sending emails and making calls easy to understand.
Easy Email Creation with Professional Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to send big messages and create professional-looking emails with HubSpot Marketing Hub. The ability to create templates makes our recurring emails consistent, helping our customers recognize how information is presented. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot Marketing Hub could use more advanced AI features. I'd like to be able to describe what I want in text and have it created for me, along with the ability to get different options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to send big messages and create professional-looking emails with templates, which helps our recurring emails look consistent, and our customers know how information will be presented.
HubSpot is a lean marketing team's best friend!
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot very user-friendly. We previously used Pardot, and HubSpot feels much easier to use and more intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the help desk / cutomer support that great. Quite often we just get sent a very lengthy self help doc when really we'd like to speak with a real person
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use some of HubSpot’s extended functions, like social posting, means we need fewer alternative platforms.
