HubSpot Transformed Our Marketing Strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the features offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially the scheduling, working with insights, and the intents from the intelligence. The Breeze assistant is really helpful for identifying anything new in marketing events like webinars or call raisers. The integration between Salesforce and HubSpot is another thing I love, as the data flows directly and syncs efficiently. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy thanks to the intuitive workflow and UI, along with support from the HubSpot CSM team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe if we have more options of creating sequences, rather than them being just static and dynamic. There should be more features added to creating multiple sequences. Either by using AI or if you can use the AI to create a sequence script, we should be also able to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing activities, such as managing sales leads and sending emails. It saves me time with campaigns and lead management, helps me reach people who respond, and benefits my team and company.
Effortless Inbound Marketing with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub mainly for inbound marketing strategy and it helps me avoid time-consuming manual note-taking and follow-ups with clients. The software is easy to use and not too complicated, and the overall user experience is nice. I find the email templates and reports generation to be good. The initial setup was quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be reduced, maybe so it becomes more afforable to wider audience

Easy-to-Use Contact Profiles with Rich, Centralized Information
What do you like best about the product?
I thought it offered access to a lot of information for a contact through the contact profile and made it easy to use because I didn't have to search between screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports was sometimes hard to figure out because I couldn't tell which fields were searchable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could see response rates, engagement statistics, and contact history in the same screen.
Easy to Use and Affordable, but Too Many Emails and Some Integration Hurdles

It’s easy to use, and the cost is either free or lower than other options.
What do you dislike about the product?
They send too many emails and there are some software that I couldn't use with hubspot easily

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of having all client information in a single profile, simple and efficient automation for better case and lead management, tracking of team productivity, and streamlined business management within one tool—allowing us to scale the company’s growth in an organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some potential disadvantages include a slightly higher price, more advanced features that are only available in more expensive plans, and the fact that new team members may need some time to fully understand how the system works in order to avoid errors—especially when it comes to handling internal tickets for managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to integrate multiple tools and keep records of client interactions, such as call recordings made through Aircall, as well as financial records, makes it easier for different departments to access client information. This streamlines processes and improves communication both internally and with clients, among other benefits.
Intuitive, Easy Setup, and Seamlessly Integrated
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to set up HubSpot Marketing Hub. The UI is very intuitive and it's easy to navigate, which means I can always find what I need very quickly. It helps me track leads, measure attribution of different sources, and reduce speed to lead for sales. I also appreciate how it integrates with Salesforce.

It's easy to use, following up leads are eaasier, tracking campaigns and data tracking provides more consistency

Some menus are a little confulted and hard to find things at times.

Marketing Hub Keeps Lost Leads Nurtured and Top of Mind
What do you like best about the product?
A close lost is never really a lost lead. You just need to keep nurturing them until the time comes that they know someone who might need the specific offer you have and you'll be the first person that comes to mind. The Marketing Hub helps nurture lost or churned leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for the professional tier is very steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers insights on emails being sent out which helps our team develop better content for emails.
HubSpot Marketing Hub: Scalable Game-Changer for Targeted Email Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub has been a complete game changer for my company since implementation. Through setting up detailed marketing email workflows with targeted trigger actions based on a variety of user actions, our team has been able to provide the exact type of content the user is interested in - all through simple to setup automations. I think the Hubspot team is well trained on their system and tools and always available to assist with questions or roadblocks. Marketing Hub has allowed for greater performance opportunities and given our business the tools to scale exponentially, while providing value to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only concern that I ever have in using Hubspot Marketing Hub is in regards to the Marketing Contact Tier levels and Credit Usage. Simply by going over the tier limit by 1 contact automatically pushes the account subscription into the next higher tier up, which is expensive if not truly needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the strategic development of automated marketing workflows based on actual user activity, pre and post sales communications and specific triggers, it has allowed for increased sales, hands-free communication and high value growth.
Everything in One Place: HubSpot Makes Work and CPQ Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easier It is linked to my phone account for work and CPQ so I can literally get to everything from hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes merging contacts or deals don't work out in my favor but other then that I lvoe it

Being able to access everything makes my job so much easier.
