Powerful Analysis and Automation, But Watch the Price

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the in-depth analysis that HubSpot Marketing Hub provides on the lead journey, which helps understand what's working in the marketing funnel and what's not. The automation feature for email campaigns is also great, as it improves conversion and saves a lot of time. The initial setup was easy thanks to the onboarding team and the documentation they provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the business grows the pricing goes up really quickly and also some of the advanced features have a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps track lead journey through the funnel, enables targeted retargeting of inbound leads via email, offers in-depth analysis of marketing effectiveness, and automates campaigns to improve conversion and save time.

What do you like best about the product?
The "All-in-One" synergy. Having your CRM, email, social media, and SEO in one place means your data is never messy. It’s incredibly intuitive—you can go from "idea" to "live campaign" in minutes without needing a developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "Price Jump." HubSpot is famous for being affordable for small startups, but the moment you need professional automation or your contact list grows, the cost spikes aggressively. It often feels like you’re being penalized for your own success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing sends over leads, and Sales complains they are "junk." Without a shared system, there is no objective way to define a "good" lead.The Benefit: It enables "Smarketing" (Sales + Marketing Alignment). You can set up automated Lead Scoring. For example, a lead only gets sent to Sales once they’ve visited your pricing page three times and downloaded a whitepaper. This builds trust between teams and ensures Sales is only calling high-intent prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool for keeping CRM, email, social media, ads, and landing pages all in one place. We don’t have to duct-tape different tools together, which keeps the data cleaner and makes reporting more accurate. HubSpot is also genuinely pleasant to work with thanks to its great user experience. Marketing teams can usually get up and running quickly without a lot of friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is based on the number of contacts we want to market to. If that list grows quickly, the bill can skyrocket, creating a kind of success tax where doing your job well ends up making the software more expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me work more effectively with the marketing team, and these are the key benefits I get.

Saves hours each week: It automates repetitive tasks such as email follow-ups, lead tagging, and data entry, which gives me more time to focus on higher-level strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an all-in-one platform that helps you manage many tasks within one tool, from form creation and lead management to e-mail marketing. In this way, you can streamline the whole process with HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t happen very often, but the form editor is missing an HTML editor, which can be limiting at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s very easy to create and embed a form in any editor. This way, we can build landing pages faster, even with tools that don’t include forms. We can also access APIs very easily to connect with other marketing tools. Besides that, we can see where a user is coming from based on Hubspot Information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that HubSpot Marketing Hub is just a singular part of HubSpot and that HubSpot as a whole is such a robust system. I don't need so many different softwares to get the job done, as I can just use HubSpot to get many jobs done. Marketing Hub is just one of those.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could better utilize the ads part, and it would be nice if the social part could, you know, be better integrated with LinkedIn at a lower level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me send nice looking marketing emails and ensures their effectiveness with analytics. It organizes all my content by campaigns, tracks their effectiveness, and assists in lead generation through forms. It also provides insights into call to actions and buyer intent.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and has a lot of features. The workflow creation and email creation are easy, allowing me to do things fast. The initial setup was also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of things. Firstly, the fact that being online it takes some time to update. The email editor is very very limited, basically only text and image, no chance for interesting graphics. Moreover, often the bold character gets stuck and you cannot unbold it. The contact part should be improved, it's crazy that if a contact or lead uploaded from a list without a country don't get imported in a segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub as a database for leads from marketing campaigns and to create emails. It solves mass emailing problems and makes workflow creation and email creation easy, speeding up processes.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s convenient to have everything in one place. We run a lot of campaigns and manage many contacts, so having solid tracking is important for us to keep iterating and improving. The email drag-and-drop tool is also easy to learn and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a lot of updates last year, and things kept moving around, so it often felt like I had to relearn the layout all over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been saving us time, enabling us to collaborate efficiently and scale our campaigns for greater impact.
