Essential Tool for Freelance Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be a vital tool for my freelance marketing work. I love how it combines email marketing, forms, and basic automation into one platform, helping me to keep everything organized in one place. It makes it easier to track leads, monitor campaign performance, and report back to clients. I really appreciate how everything works together—the email marketing, forms, and CRM—so I don't have to switch between platforms. The clean interface is quite intuitive once you get familiar with it, and the built-in analytics and reporting are helpful for understanding performance and making adjustments. I also found the initial setup very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area that could be improved is pricing as you scale. Some features are only available for higher-tier plans, which can be challenging for freelancers or smaller businesses. There is a learning curve when first getting started, especially with automation and reporting, so it takes some time to fully understand how to use everything efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps everything organized in one place by combining email marketing, forms, and basic automation. It makes it easier to track leads, monitor campaign performance, and report back to clients. It saves time, reduces manual work, and helps me stay consistent and professional.
Easy-to-Use, End-to-End Marketing with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. The best thing about HubSpot is that you don’t need to rely on anyone else—you can do everything within HubSpot. It feels like an end-to-end marketing solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to creating forms, it can sometimes be difficult. I also find it challenging to set up a few email automations. It’s not impossible—you can definitely do it—but it takes some time to figure out. It would be really nice to have some videos showing how to use each feature. I would be very grateful for that, and it would be one of the best improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My role is a content strategist. I curate newsletters and content for email marketing, and earlier I had to depend on my IT team for any email that needed to be sent. Now, with HubSpot, I can do everything on my own—from designing the newsletter to sending it. I manage the process end to end, and I can also analyse the performance of each email, which makes it even better.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot’s UI is very easy to navigate, and it makes onboarding new members straightforward and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI updates very frequently, which makes it difficult to keep up with the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve my attribution and scoring requirements, and creating workflows is easy and quick.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send emails, track statuses, journeys, reporting, integrations with all marketing efforts, social scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Issues with backend tracking and data attribution. Also, feels a little outdated on the social side of things. Also, the design side of building a landing page is off as well compared to using built in tools on our website. We would love to track that side of things better though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having some deeper data that isn't available on other sites analytics. Ex. Facebook insights, meta ads, etc. We like the ability to see our spend, revenue attribution, and have a better glimpse at what's working on our side!
Integrated Tool, Adequate but Limited SEO
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how integrated everything can be with HubSpot Marketing Hub, from sales to marketing, content management to data analysis and reporting, and even automated social media post scheduling. It was nice to have one platform for managing all of it instead of using a bunch of different tools. HubSpot has so many different tools already built into its ecosystem, making things simpler because there was no need to worry about data not being shared properly between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SEO optimization options within HubSpot CMS are fairly limited - it says that it's SEO friendly, but it's only on a superficial level. For those who want to take SEO as far as it can go, HubSpot might not be the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub's CMS to manage website content and analyze our customer journey. It integrates multiple tools like sales, marketing, and data analysis, making it easier to manage everything in one platform. The data reports help track user performance across marketing channels.
Basic and Straightforward, but Reporting and Campaign Management Feel Limited

Basic and straightforward. Gives you what you as a smaller company with linked resources. Always adding features to get themselves caught up with other marketing automation tools

Effortless Outreach, Needs More Data Options
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for our outreach and sometimes for social media posts. It works well for managing forms, lists, and landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more options with the data and more access in the chat feature. More auto-response setup would be helpful, along with better notifications when someone asks a question. It would also be great if the system could automatically collect data from customers.

Easy-to-Learn UI That Centralizes Customer Data and Interactions
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn and very convenient user interface. Stores all customer details and interactions (emails, calls, meetings, website activity) in one place so it's easier to stay aligned with customer base and gain better insights into their behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is pretty high relative to other marketing platforms similar and a lot of the more advanced features require additional payment / subscription tiers.

Ability to track the entire customer journey, build workflows and automations to help scale at a larger level, and provides helpful insights via data analysis.

Effortless Client Tracking with Seamless Email Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to track clients and all communication with them. I love that I no longer lose track of where they are in the pipeline and can see what my business partner has discussed with them. It's easy to use, and once I had the email integration set up, the process has been seamless. I appreciate that I don't have to manually track conversations as they drop right into the client profile. The initial setup was very easy for the parts that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sure it does a lot more than I am aware of. I don't really have any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to track clients and communication, preventing loss of client progress in the pipeline and see discussions with my business partner. Email integration saves manual tracking by auto-logging conversations to client profiles.
