Flexible Automation with Room for Analytics Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the workflows flexibility and form automation in HubSpot Marketing Hub. I also appreciate the connection between them and the ability to separate between the different marketing channels and their processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics can be improved as well as fields mapping between HubSpot Marketing Hub and Salesforce which causes certain limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with routing inbound leads, UTM tagging, and creating additional workflows. I appreciate the flexibility in workflows and form automation, and the connection between different marketing channels.
Truly Integrated Marketing Platform That Keeps Getting Better
What do you like best about the product?
It's a truly integrated product with everything relevant for Marketing: the website, email, sales, CS and more. And they're constantly improving the platform in a pace that I've never seen before. Of course AI is big part of the new features, but also a lot of other improvements. The platform is quite stable and the UI, even though not consistent in all areas, is quite easy to use. HS is clearly working on making UI things more universal, but they're not fully there yet. The pricing model based on used marketing contacts is decent, and via automations etc it's well possible to keep that number under control by removing contacts that don't engage from the list of marketing contacts. Support is decent, although sometimes it's hard to get past the 1st-line support in case of more complex issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to complain in general. One thing I truly found hard to grasp though is that marketing contacts that unsubscribed could not be resubscribed by them filling out a new form. The only way to resubscribe them was through the 'manage preferences' link in an email they received in the past. I haven't looked into this recently but I cannot recall having seen this changed. Their out of the box preference center was kind of lame.

It benefits our team by centralizing key information, automating workflows, and delivering clear insights, so we can make smarter decisions and grow more efficiently.
Consolidated Marketing with Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I really love how HubSpot Marketing Hub organizes everything into one consolidated place, especially the analytics. It's incredible having all my data in one location. The workflow tool is my favorite feature because it lets me build automation as simple or complex as needed and then allows our marketing engine to run in the background, increasing our touchpoints and helping leads move down the funnel. It saves time by automating our marketing and keeping active touchpoints. I also appreciate being able to visualize the marketing engines for specific projects, routing leads to the right salesperson, sending automated emails, and breaking down segments. It's great to see how every branch and segment is working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like HubSpot Marketing Hub makes more tools instead of improving existing tools to help us move even quicker. If I want to make the same edit across multiple automated emails, like changing a property token, I have to manually edit every single step, which becomes tedious and time-consuming. I also wish they made it easier to consolidate properties. We have a lot of duplicate properties from previous use that aren't best practice, and consolidating and refining them is pretty manual and sometimes not fully possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub organizes my tasks in one place, consolidates analytics, and saves time with automation. The workflow tool lets me automate marketing to maintain active touchpoints. It visualizes processes, routes requests efficiently, and customizes interactions with leads to boost conversion chances.
Easy Multi-Item Uploads and Organized Folder Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to upload multiple items in specific folders - so much easier to locate and store and also to share with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes difficult to find things/clone things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing information with customers in a timely way and visibility of when opened and shared.
Brings Everything Together with Great Signals and Easy Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Pulls everything together in one place, I like the signals, and it's super easy to link in to other services like Clay. Support has been strong too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feels it could have been slightly easier for our team to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with pulling all our outreach into one place, and also tracking revenue and deals. One of the main issues we have had as an organisation was understanding blockers in deal flow and therefore attributing revenue to the right sources. This made it more difficult to slimline our outreach programmes. HubSpot Marketing is helping to solve these!
Great marketing platform with powerful automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create lists based on detailed filters and behaviors, which makes segmentation really powerful. It’s easy to build targeted campaigns and personalise messaging. The platform is also very intuitive, and most features are well integrated in one place, which saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that pricing can scale up quickly as your contact database grows or when you need access to more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us centralise our marketing efforts, from lead capture to reporting. It makes it easier to track email preformance, automate repetitive tasks, and ensure leads are followed up consistently. This has improved efficiency and helped us generate more qualified leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a powerful, versatile tool which can serve as single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the UX is outstanding, it's a whole new universe where you need some time for connecting the dots.

Orchestrate Marketing campaigns and break down silos with Sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub minimizes human errors with automation. The automation for understanding the customer journey by Lifecycle stage and sending email automations to clients is great. I also enjoy processing tasks and navigating marketing using our website and landing pages. Exporting reports and analyzing them with graphs helps reduce the need to read so much information. The initial setup was easy for my team, and I integrate it with messenger, email, domain, and Instagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox. I want to automate the messages from closing it without connecting the tickets in the inbox. Plus the SLA. I want to know by details the SLA not just the first and last response.

Streamlines CRM Operations with Insightful Dashboards
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboards in HubSpot Marketing Hub because they make it super easy to do pipeline cleaning, keep a healthy CRM, and monitor KPIs and sales team performance. They provide a one-shot view that shows us everything we need, including how many new customers came to our website or tried our free trial. It's great for quickly understanding what marketing tools are working and what aren't. The initial setup was fairly easy to understand, even if it took a while to make good use of all the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know we have issues sometimes of emails being logged to something incorrectly or it's not set up properly with the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our customer and deal data, keeping everything in one place, which acts as a source of truth for all departments.
