What do you like best about the product?
It is simple for marketing users to create, modify and publish forms that connect data directly to your account to allow for seamless lead capture and follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up and testing complex marketing triggers can be difficult to learn at first and is not as intuitive for marketing users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great solution for managing, deploying and optimizing marketing campaigns. It helps our marketing and technology teams to streamline processes, deploy messaging and track marketing funnel performance through one integrated platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Marketing Hub as a CRM because of its integrations and ease of use. The integrations really cut the time in half or more when handling leads, and it's easy to train team members on it. I also appreciate the ongoing improvements to the platform, as they keep adding features that I didn't know I needed, which is something I'm grateful for. The initial setup was super easy, and I integrate it with multiple tools like Gmail, Zapier, and Zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike apart from the fact that it sometimes disconnects from my Gmail account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for lead management. It really cuts the time in half or more when handling leads and is easy to train team members on.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the tools are in one spot and there's a ton of integrations available with other softwares that we're using.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some glitches in certain tools - like in landing pages, emails. Minor inconveniences pop up here and there.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the easy-to-use automations and scheduling for emails and social posts with HubSpot Marketing Hub. The quick and easy templates and formatting make it simple to send many emails all at once, which helps me keep up with marketing trends. Also, the initial setup was very easy, which was a nice start to using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the current update of where to find the tabs within an email. I wish I did not have to scroll up all the way to the top of an email just to change the subject line and the description.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for reaching out to a diverse clientele. The easy automations and scheduling of emails and social posts, along with quick and easy templates, make it simple to send many emails at once, helping keep up with marketing trends.

What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Marketing Hub because it helps me generate leads and save important email contacts in a list. It's easy to track email contacts and organize new leads, making the email contact tracking system the best feature for me. What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is being able to create leads directly from social media inboxes, increasing our time to action leads when the prospect is the most interested in our offering. I also enjoy having a 360 view on each customer and being able to create workflows that enable us to action the right customers at the right time. Additionally, HubSpot Marketing Hub is easier to administer and configure than other CRMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like connecting Facebook is done in many places, which makes it confusing. It should just be one connection and it should be managed from one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage all our Facebook Inboxes in one place, capture lead info efficiently, create leads directly from Social Media, and have a 360 view on each customer for timely actions.

What do you like best about the product?
The Knowledge Base database makes it easy to share documents and information with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Customer Support platforms could be a little more user friendly, but they have been making several improvements this past year and hoping to see more!

It creates an ecosystem where you can combine a CRM/Ticketing Center/Blogs/etc. to make your business needs more convenient.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for CRM and sending marketing communications. I appreciate how it allows us to automate processes and consolidate our customer data from various sources. I also like the Brands add-on, and we use the marketing email functionality the most because it helps us send targeted, mass emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive for what it offers. Several desired features require a Marketing Hub Enterprise subscription, which is pricey, and should be offered as add-ons to the Marketing Hub Professional plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate processes and consolidate our customer data from different sources, which enhances our marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it has a very user-friendly interface that everyone can understand from the start. You can add all your social media accounts and program all your posts without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, I'm satisfied with all the features that HubSpot Marketing Hub has to offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving the problem of having one centralized platform where we can see all the metrics of our social media posts and program all the posts for our different accounts, all in one place.
