I like HubSpot Marketing Hub for its user-friendly interface and the powerful automation workflows it offers. The seamless integration with CRM is really beneficial, as it enhances our ability to manage email marketing campaigns effectively. The initial setup was easy due to the clear onboarding provided through its advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing can be high for smaller teams. Price is higher for small teams for essential features that should be included within it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage inbound campaigns, automate marketing workflows, and track performance with CRM integration. It solves challenges like managing leads and tracking campaigns.

Centralized Features, but Heavyweight

  • March 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how centralized HubSpot Marketing Hub is and the fact that many features are built-in, like forms. I've been really liking the AI features for putting together custom segments. I also appreciate how easy it is to track the performance of different marketing emails and to schedule and set up automated campaigns based on different events.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit heavyweight with a lot of features, which can make it cumbersome. Sharing information from HubSpot Marketing Hub with members of my leadership team isn't always the best, and we often have to take things out into Notion instead. The initial setup wasn't easy; it took several days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage email marketing at scale for large lists and cross-post on social platforms. It's centralized with built-in tools like AI for custom segments and helps me track email performance and automate campaigns easily, enabling my team to work efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Robust integrations that pull all digital marketing data into one place, with seamless CRM connectivity that keeps campaigns, contacts, and reporting perfectly aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI assistant feels underwhelming compared to other solutions. It often misinterprets prompts, struggles with context, and doesn’t meaningfully speed up content creation or analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We house all of our marketing data in one place, making it easy to access and review.

Empowers Lead Generation with Stellar Email Tools

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use the HubSpot Marketing Hub for several key functions like lead generation, email marketing, forms, CTAs, and landing pages. It helps me communicate better with my leads and target audience while keeping track of my email health. I think the email building tool works really well, especially with its options to A/B test emails and the preview email tool, which lets me see how my emails will look in different email clients and devices. The initial setup was easy, and the support team was very helpful during the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Social tool is included in my plan, but I don't find it particularly useful. We rarely use it and I think it lacks essential information and tools for our Social posting and monitoring.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to communicate better with my leads, track email health, and I enjoy the email building tool for A/B testing and email previews.

Easy One-Stop Shop for Marketing Comms and Management

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy one-stop shop for marketing comms and management. It makes it easy to publish social posts
What do you dislike about the product?
Like all CRM email platforms, there are things that should be simple but are not. Like adding a table to an email or having some issues with email communications flipping our branded color scheme completely when users have it in dark mode.

For emails, we've also found that suppressed contacts have received emails even when we've set the email campaign to "don't send to unengaged contacts".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping potential leads warm with communications and generating awarensss from new marketing contacts

Efficient Automation and Stellar Support

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub integrates seamlessly with the company's main tools and with Meta Ads, where we do most of our acquisition. I really appreciate the management of campaigns, ads, and networks, and what I value the most are the automatic workflows because they are so simple and configurable. The reports and dashboards are also features that I really like. Thanks to the workflows, we can put our marketing department on autopilot and manage to convert cold leads into qualified leads without having to dedicate too much time. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and intuitive, and the HubSpot agents helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide a property with the name of the ad from which the leads come. This is a problem. It is an Ad Interaction that HubSpot collects, but it does not offer a property with the name of the ad for that Ad interaction. This means we have to look for solutions elsewhere or create overly complex workflows that need to be updated with each new ad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to integrate Meta Ads and automate communications, which turns cold leads into qualified ones without much effort. The automatic workflows simplify our work, and the tool synchronizes well with other business tools.
