What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is easy to setup and to use. It's easy to manage your content and your customers all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot marketing hub is prettyexpensive but it is definitely worth it if you can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot marketing hub has allowed us to manage our website, social media, content, and email in one place.

Intuitive Interface, Excellent for Inbound Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user-friendly the interface is. It makes managing the campaign smooth. I can launch campaigns and pull reports significantly faster than other software. It's very easy and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing tiers jump significantly as you add more contacts. It can become very expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the black box of marketing attribution. I find its intuitive interface makes campaign management smooth, allowing me to launch campaigns and pull reports significantly faster than other software.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrated forms, marketing automation, centralized lead management within the CRM, with seamless deal tracking and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI no longer provides a consolidated overview of deals as it did previously. Proactive user training and guided enablement on features and reporting are required to ensure full utilization of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing leads can be challenging, particularly for companies with operations in several locations. The lead capture and attribution model provided is both effective and dependable. Tracking leads as they move through the funnel offers valuable insight into where gaps exist and how we can address and improve these areas.

Integrated, User-Friendly, But Pricey

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration that HubSpot Marketing Hub provides, as it is super helpful. I'm impressed with how the team is always listening to users and improving the software, constantly rolling out new betas and features. What I've loved most so far is how simplified it has made email template creation. Managing Google Ads through the platform is also a breeze. The interface simplifies the complex settings and options, making it easy to use and very much appreciated. The simplification of integrated features is definitely at the top of my list.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing contacts feature is super complicated. It's tricky keeping track of who's been labeled as a marketing contact and staying within thresholds. The thresholds increase by 5,000, which can be significant for smaller businesses and makes it less affordable compared to Mailchimp. Also, the cost is a factor; Mailchimp offers more affordable options for a large number of contacts and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub integrates everything in one place, simplifying email marketing and social media management. It's made email template creation and managing Google Ads easy and streamlined. It's very convenient having everything directly in our CRM, and the simplification of integrated features is a big plus.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of HubSpot Marketing Hub is how intuitive it is. It serves as an all-in-one platform for my business's marketing needs. It's fairly easy to manage things like campaigns, email marketing, social media, landing pages and analytics in one place without feeling overwhelmed. The automation tools are powerful once you understand how to use them. The reporting dashboards provide clear and actionable insights which actually help affect performance. I also appreciate how well it integrates with our CRM tools helping us realize synergies across multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the main drawback is the cost, which can become significant as your needs grow and you start to require more advanced features. Some valuable tools are only accessible through paid plans, so smaller companies should be aware of this limitation. Additionally, certain customizations and advanced automation options are not immediately intuitive and may necessitate guidance or training from someone with expertise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of managing disconnected marketing tools by bringing everything into one centralized platform. It streamlines lead generation, email marketing, automation, and performance tracking, which saves time and reduces errors. By having a single source of truth tied directly to the CRM, it’s easier to nurture leads, personalize campaigns, and measure what’s actually driving results. This has improved efficiency, alignment between marketing and sales and overall campaign effectiveness.

Cohesive Solution with Free Non-Sales Seats

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that seats are free for non-sales-pro members, which is a big plus for us as it allows us to add more members to our CRM, giving them a better overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a better way to reset marketing contacts at the end of the month. The initial setup took quite a long time because we opted out of the paid HubSpot setup by a partner and did it ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub improved the connection between our sales and marketing teams, solving a big disconnect we previously had. Free seats for non-sales members let us add more team members, giving them better overview within the CRM.

Hubspot Reporting and Automation Make Work Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to run multi-country campaigns and collaborate with local marketing stakeholders. Creating lists/views and running marketing automation easily is what I like the most. Emails, Forms, Workflows is what I use the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenge connecting with customer care during issues such as disconnected integrations used in campaigns for any problem that's important and urgent we have to wait. I think reporting needs training on regular basis for the stakeholder to easily use it. The old UI for deals reporting was better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration and clear attribution of leads generated via campaigns. Buyers journey tracking. Deal management. Reporting and marketing automation.

Effortless Lead Management and Team Collaboration

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it's so convenient to use & also we can generate and organise whole team's lead over a single portal so that things don't get complicated and each person can view their own leads effectivelty.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing i slightly dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it doesn't provide filtering by domain name as expected. Suppose one of my colleague has his lead named as A@agency.com & I have found another lead with same domain (i.e. B@agency.com) then sometimes it creates 2 different leads and sometimes it doesn't allows to create to prevent overlap so this can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving a huge problem that is to organise each and every person's individual leads at a single place and features such as reminders, auto follow ups & assign person a task is very much beneficial to us being a huge organization. It directly impacts sales growth as more time is not invested in defining tasks for everybody.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simple interface of HubSpot Marketing Hub, which makes it much easier to use than Salesforce. I also find that creating reports and dashboards is simple, making it easier to track inbound marketing leads and performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attribution is messy, which might be related to how we set up our marketing operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub as a central source of truth for sales, marketing, and business teams to track inbound leads and their status, and to check the performance of our marketing tactics.

The "Apple" of Marketing Automation Tools

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing hub is very user friendly and intuitive much like the other HubSpot products. I like the simplicity of building: emails, forms, reports, and dashboards. All the information captured flows really well from contacts to leads and then to our sales and their deals.

The attribution for conversions and contact source are also pretty good. I've used other marketing automation tools, and HubSpot seems to be better at identifying these sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do find it a bit of a time consuming having to set contacts as marketing contacts and then removing them. While it can be automated this mental management of who's a marketing contact/vs not takes monitoring and effort to ensure I'm staying under the limits within my plan.

There also can be a lack of customization within the reporting. In other tools, where I can create one report with filters, I may need two separate reports in HubSpot. It's minor, but can be an inconvenience for complex reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping us gather better data on our prospective customers and streamlining both the way we communicate with our prospects and pass them on to our sales teams
