What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it brings everything into one place. I can run email marketing, manage paid campaigns, and track performance thanks to its integrations with platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. It makes it easier to manage lead generation, monitor the funnel, apply lead scoring, and ensure that new prospects are consistently entering the pipeline and being followed through to conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge is how often the platform changes. As HubSpot has grown, it has become more complex, and it’s not always intuitive to know where new features are located. What started as a simple tool has evolved into a very robust system, which means you need to invest time in ongoing learning to understand what’s new, what’s useful, and what no longer needs to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of having marketing and lead management spread across multiple tools. Being able to manage the entire lead pipeline in one platform and follow up with leads consistently helps me stay organized, improve response time, and move prospects through the funnel more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot allows marketers to plan, Execute, automate and analyze campaigns end to end without relying on heavily on multiple tools to do email marketing, lead scoring , landing page and analytics

The dislike about the HubSpot marketing Hub its costlier than other tools in the market its would be quite expensive especially for small or mid sized business

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub really easy to use and intuitive. It's user-friendly, which makes it great for my own business. Plus, it's free for me to use, providing a free platform to send and monitor emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the email design's a little limited. And, obviously, you have really difficult sending profiles. So oftentimes, if someone hasn't opened an email, you won't allow me to send it to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes my data and shows exactly who opens my emails and clicks on what, helping identify warm contacts for conversion.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is my source of truth for all things related to the omni-channel direct marketing programs I run for a variety of different businesses. There are new features that are released on a rolling basis that improve the overall experience and usability, too. It's really easy to connect all my other accounts (socials, ad accounts, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always easy to find the properties I'm looking for at the record level, and sometimes the multi-brand set up is limiting. I wish I could organize things more granularly, too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really hard to see the full marketing picture in one place, and HubSpot gets really close to that in an easy, intuitive way. One thing that really stands out about HubSpot is the ease of the UX/UI compared to other CRMs and marketing tools. It's not easy managing several entire marketing programs, but HubSpot takes away the added complexities of a legacy tool that isn't easy or intuitive to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible HubSpot Marketing Hub is, allowing me to make changes whenever I want and in the form I want. The setup was very easy, and I directly onboarded, understanding how it works immediately. The interface is simple, making it straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the landing pages and blog pages, some elements are missing. I really want to have a table of contents for my blog article and lead magnets, but they are missing. Also, for the landing pages, I feel we are kinda stuck in the customization part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub as an all-in-one tool for sharing landing pages, editing, and optimizing for search. It solves everything I need for content creation and SEO.
