Precise and User-Friendly Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Every survey is so precise and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the point wherein some survey are too long.

At the moment, I can't think of any.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
I like that all my marketing tools live in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple platforms. The automation is easy for me to use but still powerful enough for advanced lead nurturing and personalization. Marketing and sales share the same data, which makes it easy for me to track leads from first touch to revenue. Personalization feels simple, without having to create lots of different versions. The reports and dashboards clearly show me what’s driving leads and revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features require higher plans, which can be restrictive for smaller teams or budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can build and send emails quickly with drag-and-drop editors — no coding needed. I have created automation workflows send the right emails at the right time, based on how contacts behave, It was very helpfull Personalization tools make our emails more relevant without manual effort

I like how easy it is to build lists and automate workflows with HubSpot Marketing Hub. The user interface is intuitive, making it simple to navigate and manage tasks.

Great All-in-One Marketing Tool, But Advanced Features Can Be Costly
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its user-friendly interface and the seamless integration of various marketing tools. It allows for easy management of email campaigns, social media, and lead generation in one place. The robust analytics and automation features also help maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some of the advanced features can be expensive or locked behind higher-tier plans. Additionally, there can be a learning curve for new users, especially when setting up complex workflows or integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is solving the problem of managing multiple marketing tasks across different platforms by bringing everything into one centralized system. This integration allows for easier tracking of campaigns, better lead management, and more effective automation. As a result, it saves time, improves efficiency, and helps achieve more consistent and measurable marketing results.
Facilitates collaboration between Sales and Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely easy to schedule content across platforms and make social listening reports from the insights.
Especially since our sales CRM was also on hupspot, it was extremely easy for the marketing team to pick up consumer insights collected by the sales team from the CRM and use it in our marketing e-mail and social media campaigns. The whole sales and marketing being on one platform helped.
Both sales and marketing teams used it everyday at Friday Media Group.
Also everyday I would be surprised about how many solution Hubspot offered, for instance I needed to build a landing page for my e-mail campaign and was looking all over the internet on where to build it, then my marketing team told me I could easily do it on hubspot :p

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest drawback is pricing. As contact volume and feature requirements grow, costs can increase significantly, making it less accessible for early-stage startups. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and customization flexibility in certain areas can feel limited compared to specialized tools. Reporting, while powerful, sometimes requires a learning curve for advanced use cases.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of fragmented marketing tools and poor marketing–sales alignment. Instead of managing multiple disconnected platforms, HubSpot centralizes lead generation, nurturing, tracking, and attribution in one system.
This results in better visibility into the customer journey, improved lead quality, and more efficient campaigns. For me, it reduces operational overhead, improves conversion tracking, and helps scale marketing efforts with automation while maintaining consistency and data accuracy.

User-Friendly and Efficient for Lead Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use, quick, and has everything in one place. It's great for creating marketing materials and managing lead pipelines. The lead management feature helps a lot by showing how many inquiries we have received, helps us do follow-ups with leads, and close deals. The initial setup was quite easy for my team, and they didn't face any difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are hidden, like the newsletter feature was hidden under the emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for creating marketing content and managing leads. It's easy to use and consolidates everything, helping track inquiries and follow up with leads effectively.

Hubspot is very intuitive and user-friendly. I appreciate that the platform is regularly updated, which helps it remain relevant and up-to-date.

All Ad Data in One Place, Seamless Lead Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to view all my Ads information in a single location, which makes it easier to track leads and assess their quality alongside the commercial team.

At times, it can be somewhat challenging to use, as the platform isn't always the most user-friendly. However, I am still able to find the information I need online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because all the information is centralized, I can quickly analyze the data and make the right campaign optimizations without having to create a manual report first.
