AI-Powered Content & Images with Strong Social and Email Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI features to help with finetuning content and image creation. And the reporting on social media posts and email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't make tags to people when scheduling social media posts, and there isn't a feature to edit text, to make bold italicize content when scheduling. Also in the email feature, I would like to target lists by area/zipcode ranges within miles instead of having to enter each zip code, this was a feature we had in Mailchimp before moving over to HubSpot in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new layout for email editing, and adding subject line and preview text is helpful. It's nice to see it all on the same page while editing now instead of clicking to different pages to see edits.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses HubSpot Marketing Hub, and we’ve been really happy with the overall experience. It’s helped us stay creative and nimble in our marketing while still keeping the user experience simple and easy to manage. Whenever we’ve run into any issues, HubSpot customer support has been great to work with and has made it easy to get back on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the new features, we sometimes run into a few hitches in our systems, but they typically fizzle out quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a one-stop shop for our analytics and data. It keeps everything in one place, and it helps ensure we’re all on the same page thanks to HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like its user-friendliness. The ability to do something in HubSpot Marketing Hub, even if you've never done it before, is usually pretty intuitive. I can bring anyone from our team in and, with minimal guidance, trust that they'll be able to take whatever they're working on and run with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email deliverability is currently our biggest issue. HubSpot does not make it clear why something may not be working the way we hoped. There's a lot of guessing on our end about what's contributing to some of the underperformance and what we have to do to correct it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub serves as our marketing home base, centralizing email communication, marketing automation, and segmentation. It simplifies our process by allowing us to handle everything in one place without worrying about integrating additional tools.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for our marketing automation needs, including emails, landing pages, and workflows. I like how it helps us get in front of our customer base and prospect audience. It allows us to segment messages appropriately and nurture leads. The ease of use is something I really appreciate. Additionally, their support is quick and helpful. Although I haven't used Breeze much, the little I have done with it has been really good.

Nothing stands out at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for website management with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Having our website, forms, and client data all in one place makes it simple to see who is reaching out and their lifecycles. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find duplicate record management challenging. If someone fills out a form with slightly different information than what we have on file, it creates a duplicate record. It's also complicated to cleanly track event registrations natively.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing client outreach, event notifications, mass email sends, and website management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of setting up A/B testing on both emails and landing pages, as it allows me to easily set up experiments that can potentially drive conversion rates up. The contact data feature helps in understanding which contacts are the highest converters, which supports ad targeting and assists our sales team to know which Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are worth spending more time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Breeze - While it's easy to set up, I haven't seen much value out of it yet. Reporting, while super helpful, can at times be a bit overwhelming to set up with the sheer amount of data available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me understand campaign performance through reporting, set up quick A/B tests to improve conversion rates, and comprehend the demographics and psychographics of contacts. It's integral for managing landing pages, contacts, and lists effectively.

It allows me to create and present marketing materials for my business more easily than most other tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very robust marketing and sales tool, perfectly suited for a start-up that needs to get its marketing automation up and running. The ease of use and integration in setting up this platform makes it optimal to create your website and landing pages, while also assisting you aligning your social media posts so they stay on brand and message. The sales team will appreciate the ability to track leads and opportunities in the CRM as they come in, and to build nurture sequences that keep them in front of potential customers in a timely, consistent way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most marketing automation tools, these platforms come with a lot of dashboards and features. Taking the time to decide what’s truly “mission critical” versus what can wait until later can save you a lot of time and money. I’d focus on the bare minimum needed to get up and running, and then add other features only when you actually need them to expand your reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a lower cost system helps with a tight budget if you are just standing up a start-up. It's easy to use and allows for deployment that is manageable with a smaller team.

Advanced features have a learning curve and pricing can be high for small teams. Better onboarding and simpler customization would be helpful.

I don't like that I can make templates of my newsletter because I'm on the starter plan. Other newsletter platforms allow you to make templates.

Efficiency is a problem I have in my business. However, it's being relieved with the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
