What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its strong performance and intuitive UI. The platform is fast, reliable, and easy to navigate, which makes managing campaigns, tracking customer interactions, and finding important data much more efficient. I also like how organized the dashboard is, since it keeps everything accessible without feeling overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that some advanced features are locked behind more expensive plans, which can be frustrating for smaller teams. Certain reports and customization options also have a bit of a learning curve and could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our support team manage customer communication and onboarding more efficiently by keeping conversations, follow-ups, and customer activity organized in one place. The intuitive interface makes it easy to track onboarding progress, respond quickly to questions, and ensure customers have a smoother experience from the start. The automation features also reduce repetitive tasks, allowing the team to focus more on customer support and relationship building.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of how the data is portrayed, the ability to have the HubSpot system coordinate info with our salesforce CRM, and the new integration of AI in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the system could be updated a little to refine overall productivity. I'm used to it because I've used it for about 5 years but I see how new users can struggle to get acquainted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The transition of data from HubSpot to our salesforce CRM makes my job easier.

design looks great, and it helps me very much with aligning everything that I do within sales process actually

The amount of possibilities and automation tools while having it all integrated with the rest of the systems.

The downside as a new user was the steep level of adoption on a personal level, due to the sheer number of possibilities it is easy to get lost.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has been incredibly valuable for understanding how our marketing efforts connect to real pipeline. As an Account Executive, I love that I can see exactly which campaigns, emails, or content pieces influenced a prospect before they ever talk to me — it gives me amazing context going into conversations. The email automation and segmentation tools are powerful yet easy to use, and the workflows practically run themselves once set up. Everything lives in one place alongside our CRM data, so there's no guessing about where a lead came from or what they've engaged with. It genuinely makes the handoff between marketing and sales seamless, which means I spend less time digging for context and more time actually selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd flag is that pricing can scale up quickly as your contact list grows or you need more advanced features — but honestly, the value you get makes it worthwhile. There's also a bit of a learning curve when first exploring all the tools available, though HubSpot Academy and their support resources make it easy to get up to speed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Account Executive, one of the biggest challenges is walking into a prospect conversation without enough context. HubSpot Marketing Hub solves that by giving me full visibility into what a prospect has engaged with — which emails they opened, what content they downloaded, and which campaigns brought them in. That context helps me have much more relevant, personalized conversations from the very first touchpoint. It also eliminates the disconnect between marketing and sales that so many teams struggle with. Leads come to me already warmed up and well-attributed, so I'm not wasting time on cold outreach when I don't need to. Overall, it's made my sales process faster, smarter, and a lot more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email campaigns, and I really like its ability to schedule cadences and analyze results and traction. It helps eliminate repetitive work, improving workflow and communication by taking away the need to plan and schedule manual follow-ups or contact people who have already responded. The initial setup was very easy for my own account, and I didn't face any problems. This has become our preferred tool, and I am very likely to recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub to others.

I haven't encountered any issues so far, there isn't a particular feature I dislike, or feel that can be improved

Easy, Integration-Rich Marketing CRM That Helps Us Make More Money
What do you like best about the product?
It does what a marketing CRM should do, in an easy way and with all the integrations or apps we need. This ultimately means that it helps us make more money.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. Price can get expensive very quick and you need to constantly be on top who is a marketing contact and who is not. In our journey as a company it has turned into an issue at some stages when it just becomes too expensive and there might be other alternatives that are not as good but the price makes a lot more sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to get more qualified leads in a better way. Also, to extract more revenue from the leads we already have.
