It helps streamline campaign management, automate repetitive tasks, and centralize reporting. This saves time, improves targeting, and makes it easier to track performance and drive better marketing results.
Streamlined Marketing with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub very useful for managing and streamlining our marketing activities in one place. I appreciate its capabilities for marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and email tracking. The platform excels in lead nurturing and follow-up tasks, saving a significant amount of time while maintaining consistent communication with prospects. I also like the reliable and flexible workflow and automation, which allows me to create personalized customer journeys based on user behavior, improving engagement and lead conversion rates. The initial setup was straightforward, especially for getting started with email campaigns, forms, and basic CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options for certain templates and reports can feel somewhat limited compared to more specialized tools. Creating highly customized workflows or reports requires extra setup or technical knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage marketing tasks, lead generation, and automation in one place. It solves marketing challenges with CRM data, email marketing, and landing pages. Lead nurturing saves time, and workflows improve engagement and conversion rates.
Native Platform for Effortless Customer Insights and Call Prep
What do you like best about the product?
A native platform that makes it easy to work through customer and prospect data to have the appropriate insights or call prep available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time, it has been a superior experience to competitor products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Historical customer data, actionable insights, workflows for automated outreach (for both customers and prospects).
Challenging Setup, Not Meeting Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to see all job information in one place and it's easy to search. The search bar and grid view help me the most. With up to 60+ jobs open at any time, it's easy to find the one I want to look at. The grid view sorts projects into stages of completeness, so it's easy to see where any job is at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems difficult to attribute a job to a particular client. It is huge and cumbersome and I think what we're using it for is not really what it is made for. If I search for a client when logging a job on behalf of an account manager or sales rep, I'd search the client, for example, Acme NZ Ltd, but there might be Acme Nelson, Acme Bay of Plenty, and others. It seems that it isn't possible to distinguish what someone has added as a lead or a client or whether they're active or not. I tried to use it with email but it wouldn't connect. The initial setup was difficult. It isn't intuitive.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to see all job information in one place that's easy to search, and the grid view sorts projects by stages, making it easy to glance at job statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has made it simple to manage our marketing workflows, emails, automations, forms, and landing pages all in one platform. We are just getting started in what it is capable of doing for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for setting up complex automations and reporting can feel somewhat rigid, especially when I’m trying to create something outside of HubSpot’s intended structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has helped us centralise and streamline our marketing communications. We mainly use it for newsletters, email campaigns, and forms, which has made it easier to manage contacts, send communications, and track engagement all in one place. We also plan to expand our use into user journeys, which should help us create more personalised communication and reduce manual follow-up. Overall, it’s helping improve our organisation, efficiency, and visibility across our marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a significant upgrade from our previous email marketing platform. Its capabilities go far beyond basic email marketing, especially when it comes to building integrated lead-generation campaigns. The ability to create landing pages and forms and seamlessly connect everything through automation has been a real game changer for our team.
One of the things I value most is how easy it is to find answers and learn how to accomplish new tasks within the platform. The support resources and knowledge base are second to none. I also appreciate how seamlessly AI tools are integrated into the platform, making it much easier and faster to develop email copy and marketing content.
Another major advantage is the integration with our AMS, which makes list creation incredibly efficient and streamlined. Overall, HubSpot is an intuitive, user-friendly platform that has become extremely valuable to our organization and our marketing efforts.

What do you dislike about the product?
While HubSpot Marketing Hub is a very strong platform overall, there are a few features I would love to see improved. One would be the ability to make edits to an email after it has been sent, specifically for recipients who have not yet opened the email. This would be incredibly helpful for correcting minor errors or updating information without needing to resend a campaign.
Another improvement would be more flexibility with personalized “from” addresses. It would be helpful to send emails from a personalized name without having to visibly display the sender’s direct email address, or to allow replies to automatically route to a different address, such as a shared help or support team inbox. These enhancements would make email communication even more seamless and professional.

Having access to detailed performance data and reporting allows us to better understand what is working, optimize campaigns more effectively, and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts.

Pricing - too expensive for everyone to use. only medium-big companies in europe can afford it. Small companies (up to 5 people) cannot afford it if they dont have much revenew

Great Lead Gen Automation, but Round-Robin Lead Assignment Falls Short
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is how HubSpot automates my lead generation.

It doesn't allow for a true round-robin when assigning leads to the sales team.
