Easy-to-Use Automation and Templates for Sending Emails at Scale
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, the automation is great. The ability to duplicate and copy templates makes sending multiple emails to multiple audiences, super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't run into anything yet that slows me down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it super easy to connect sales and marketing efforts. Its so nice to have both of those tools in one place with all data I need for marketing easily accessible.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us centralize marketing campaigns, automate lead nurturing, and track performance in one place, which saves time and improves our ability to generate and convert leads.

The admin portal can be clunky, makes it hard to integrate.

It's solving the automation of onboarding.
Intuitive Platform with Automated Marketing, Needs Better Contact Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really like HubSpot Marketing Hub’s intuitive interface—it’s extremely easy to navigate. The automated marketing features are also a big plus for me. It’s straightforward to train staff on, and new hires can usually pick it up within just a few days, which is great because they can jump right in without missing a beat. On top of that, the initial setup was very easy, and we were all up and running within a week.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how quickly the platform becomes complex as your marketing efforts grow. While the basic tools are easy to use, managing workflows, lists, and automation can become confusing over time. It’s not always obvious where certain settings live, and sometimes you have to click through several menus to find what you’re looking for.
Reporting can also feel limited unless you invest time building custom dashboards, and some useful features are locked behind higher-tier plans. Overall, it’s a powerful platform, but there’s definitely a learning curve and the pricing can escalate quickly as you need more advanced capabilities.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to organize leads and contacts, stay on top of customer relationships, and track quoting and close rates efficiently.

Nothing much , sometimes we experience technical issues but the hubsot team are always ready to help us

That it's very intuitive and easy to use. Also the customer support is great.

I'm not a huge fan of the ad integration.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it lets me centralize all the campaigns we run for customers in one place. It’s relatively easy to use, and there are countless things you can do with it, which makes it a really flexible tool for managing our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many possibilities available, it can be hard to fully understand everything the product can do. I get the sense that there are plenty of options I’m not taking advantage of simply because I don’t know about them yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solves is enabling us to create 360° campaigns that bring together different communication solutions while also generating internal tasks for the customer and sales teams. These tasks are created through workflows aligned with the target we’re aiming for.

how intuitive and all-in-one it is, making it easy to manage campaigns, track performance, and nurture leads from a single, user-friendly platform.

some of the more advanced features and reporting tools are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive as your business scales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves the challenge of managing fragmented marketing tools by bringing automation, email campaigns, CRM data, and analytics into one platform, which saves us time, improves lead tracking, and drives more informed marketing decisions.
Easy to Use, Feature-Rich Ticket Management with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is its ease of use and simple implementation, which makes it easy to track and manage support tickets. It provides good customer support, offers multiple useful features, integrates easily with other tools, and since we use it frequently, it helps us monitor ticket status and manage customer issues efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about HubSpot is that the Projects feature is missing in our current setup, and some advanced functionalities require higher-tier plans, which can limit workflow management and customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use hubspot for support ticketing tool and check the status of the tickets as well tracking of the individual tickets
Streamlined Email Marketing but Challenging Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see who opens the emails and track engagement. It helps me identify the hotter leads, even if they don't click on something or respond, I at least know who is engaged from my customer list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface is a bit too complicated and overwhelming. I don't think the AI tool is able to extract the responses easily. The initial setup was not easy. It was very hard to find a person that could do the proper integration and onboarding and set up the initial workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our email platforms, organizing everything in one place. It reduces staff and overhead by simplifying management, while engagement tracking helps identify hot leads even without responses.
