Easy to Use with Powerful AI Features, But Requires Upgrades for Full Access
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use and the AI features are a big plus. The platform's ability to handle email marketing, analytics, reporting, and social media makes it great for all my marketing needs. I also appreciate how it helps me get data or create campaigns and offers suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not thrilled about the need to upgrade our package to get more access, like adding multiple calendars. I wish I could use this feature during an e-blast about a trade show so people can book meetings and it can be tracked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing, analytics, reporting, and social media, all in one platform. The AI features help with data collection, campaign creation, and providing suggestions, which makes my marketing tasks easier.

As of now ..no dislikes what I wanted this software to do it's doing fine

I like Hubspot's integrations with other platforms.

I wish it were easier to use sequences. I am not super familiar with how to do so.

Hubspot keeps me organized with the ability to create tasks and easily track the history of any given contact or deal.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that HubSpot has a fully scalable platform ranging from just a CRM, to actually building your website and have insights that can be used to automate lead generation.

The price is a little off compared to many other competitors, and the UX has recently changed, which is challenging to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to trace the source of our leads that come onto our website. We are able to distinguish between organic, email, and paid search MQLs so that we can optimize operations better.

Centralizes tools and lead tracking saving time, reducing manual work, with intuitive UI/UX, smooth onboarding, solid performance, and helpful AI features.
Streamlined Client Management with Minor Login Glitch
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub has great dashboards and automations that help in managing and tracking client information effectively. The dashboards keep everything separate and organized client by client, which is super helpful. The automations are a real time-saver because they handle follow-ups with clients every certain number of days, so I don't have to remember to do it manually. Plus, once you're done with a deal, HubSpot sends automated emails to check on the client and see if there's additional business they can bring to us. This feature is really beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
It logs out every time you want to open it, it'd be great if the session would remain open. It was a bit hard to understand at first because it has many different features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage and track client information and progress. The dashboards help keep everything organized client by client, and automations assist with timely client follow-ups, saving me from manual tasks.
Advanced Integrations, Fast Performance, and a Powerful Toolset
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how advanced it is in terms of the amount of tools it can integrate with. There is definitely a learning curve but once you start unlocking more and more knowledge and getting comfortable with the system it becomes easy to use. The platform is very fast and has a wide variety of tools you can use to really get the most out of your subscription. Support was very helpful in getting us onboarded.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure is frustrating. Costs rise quickly as you start adding more contacts which honestly feels like a tax on success, and its specially frustrating to have basic features that could be expected in the lower/basic pricing tiers up in the higher pricing tiers. I also found the landing page builder to be too simple, lacking in customization features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the solution we needed since we were missing a CRM tool that could maximize our Sales Department potential.
Intuitive Integration with Salesforce, Superb UI
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and intuitive. Its user interface is very nice, easy to read, and the graphics are appealing. The setup is also very easy and intuitive, like a one, two, three process.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the fields don't sync up properly, and you have to think of creative solutions to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows automation and synchronization between marketing and sales initiatives and workflows and processes.
Decent CRM, Needs Better Ticketing and Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub primarily for ticket tracking, which lets me assist customers effectively. I like that I can use email features to track different devices. The direct contact with customers is really convenient, and having access to the customer's contact information in the CRM means I can call them or send emails, and leave notes as needed. It helps in tracking everything related to customer's issues within the portal. I think the integrations with tools like Jira and Slack are pretty cool and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess the only thing is, like, it's manually a CRM, not really a ticketing system. And I wish there was more emphasis on the ticketing side. I feel like for a new user, it can be kinda confusing to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for direct customer contact. It stores customer information, allows calls, emails, leaving notes, and tracking issues within a single portal.
