Best CRM for Organized, Easy-to-Use Sales Process

What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for sales and love how it keeps deals organized while housing our prospect list. It connects great to all other platforms we leverage day after day, making integration seamless. The user experience is easy for us to use, and everything feels like it's in the right spot for a methodical workflow. I appreciate the ability for mass sending emails, integrating with other tools to pull in useful info while prospecting, and the easy ways to look at the total landscape of opportunity. It helps me see where I have been in the prospecting universe. I’d say it's the best CRM I've ever used, especially for SMB and Midmarket orgs. The initial setup was easy peasy!
What do you dislike about the product?
The spotty functionality at times, but it's so seldom that it happens, and all platforms have those downtimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for keeping deals organized, housing our prospect list, connecting with other platforms, sending mass emails, and gaining a comprehensive view of opportunities. It provides a methodical workflow and integrates with other tools to gather useful info while prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it comprehensive, perhaps even too much so, but still easy to use. On a single platform, I have everything I need. The performance is top-notch and, for what it costs, the return is excellent for me. When I needed it, customer support was very quick to respond to my questions. Breeze, the AI, integrates perfectly with Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any disadvantage: once the philosophy behind it is understood, everything becomes really very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have the management of email marketing, social media, and ads on a single platform. Everything is integrated with the CRM and other functions, so I can have a more organized and centralized view of activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using HubSpot Marketing Hub for gathering leads and nurturing them. I love how it helps me easily build landing pages and forms to capture leads, as well as nurture them with impactful emails. I like the ability to keep everything in one place, including Meta and Google Ads, which eliminates the use of multiple platforms. The initial setup was easy too.

I need more freedom with the drag and drop when building the landing page

What do you like best about the product?
It’s been incredibly helpful for creating campaigns and building custom dashboards, and the social media suite has improved significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the drag and drop landing page builder has come a long way, the purchased templates can be finicky at times.The email preference center for emails needs an overhaul and is very basic. I hope soon we can customize dashboards and reports to our brand colors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us identify our most engaged contacts, nurture those who are falling behind, and streamline our entire marketing function. The dashboards are incredibly helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use, particularly its simple UI. It offers a lot of options for creating forms and tracking the user journey. I can easily tell where a user is in the funnel stage, which makes my life as a marketing analyst much easier. I also like that it helps me understand which pages and forms work best on my website, and where users might be getting stuck. This way, I always know what action I need to take by looking at the data and insights from HubSpot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently everything seems flawless.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way in which HubSpot Marketing Hub simplifies the creation of marketing automation workflows. It's also great how these workflows allow me to define the actions that happen after a person fills in one of the forms on our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure of HubSpot Marketing Hub is something I don't like because there's a steep jump between the different tiers of the marketing app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for main marketing activities and it simplifies the creation of marketing automation workflows, allowing me to define actions after someone fills in a form on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
We are currently using HubSpot with a number of our clients. It’s probably one of the easiest CRMs to both set up and learn how to use. It’s highly intuitive and our clients are really happy with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is scalability as it tends to increase substantially in cost compared to other options available. This creates a solutions gap if budgets are tight and often leads us to disparate systems that do not always work well together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding Hubspot Marketing Hub is a great addition to our offerings and provides us with yet another great choice for meeting our clients needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I find things in HubSpot Marketing Hub very easy to locate because it's intuitive. The speed of execution is really fast, allowing us to whip up a landing page in just a couple of hours. The email campaigns are sent out in a matter of minutes, which truly highlights the efficiency and speed of the platform. The initial setup was also very easy, especially with the help of consultants, and it was implemented very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the list inclusion, or segments, works a little iffy. When I'm building certain workflows, I depend on the inclusion and exclusions of segments. Sometimes it's a little cumbersome to set them up in the way that I want to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to build landing pages and run email campaigns quickly. It's fast and intuitive for creating and managing workflows linked to specific actions.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot integrates seamlessly with all our systems. Its functionality saves us many hours each week, especially with the recent AI additions, and the support team is fast and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing leads can be tricky, especially leads from existing customers (and even more so if you use Salesforce as CRM), as there's no inherent lead object (in Marketing Hub pro). Many awesome workflow features are locked behind their Operations Hub, that should be included in Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us generate and nurture leads at scale, both for new customer acquisition and for engaging existing customers. It saves us time and enables us to do more, which ultimately strengthens and improves our pipeline.
