Effective for Campaign Automation, Room to Improve Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email automation feature of HubSpot Marketing Hub, and I find the reporting dashboard useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of use could be improved, a bit complex using the system

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for email campaigns and buyer intent data. It helps with intent data and campaigns, while I like the email automation. The reporting dashboard is also valuable.
Comprehensive CRM with a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate having everything in one place with HubSpot Marketing Hub. It makes collaboration with team members so much easier without having to jump onto another platform. The integration with email and Slack is a big plus, making the whole experience much better. The best part for me is definitely the collaboration aspect. Also, the reports and dashboards are very meaningful and useful, providing a great feature for evaluating what our team is doing across marketing, sales, and even engineering almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a very huge learning curve to getting to know HubSpot Marketing Hub, and I find myself going to tutorials or contacting HubSpot support sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for managing customer data, tracking product usage, and website traffic analysis. It centralizes everything, allowing seamless team collaboration with email and Slack integrations which greatly enhance the experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Marketing Hub primarily for setting up my email campaigns for marketing, both for myself and my clients. I appreciate how it helps me save time by allowing me to do various tasks in one single platform, organizing things in a better manner. The features like marketing automation, social media tools, and analytics and reporting are really beneficial to me. They help me attract more customers, engage audiences, and convert leads. The initial setup was very easy, with help from the HubSpot team.

What do you like best about the product?
If you are just getting started with CRM and email marketing, HubSpot is the most intuitive and friendly tool that will save you loads of time
What do you dislike about the product?
It might get difficult to juggle your database between digital ad platforms and hubspot as most digital platforms don’t have an easy integration button

For a small business that has a limited database of customers hubspot helped design and delivery marketing emails as well as helped us manage social media effectively

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create and manage campaigns across different channels (social, email, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more visibility in update/connection history. If multiple people are working on a campaign (especially since multiple channels can be used with one campaign) it would be helpful to see when things were updated/changed at the campaign level.

Centralizes reporting so we have more accurate views into how campaigns are performing across channels.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub keeps our landing pages, email nurtures, and paid campaigns connected in one place. Having everything tied to the same CRM makes it easier to report on what’s actually influencing pipeline and cuts down on fragmented campaign tracking. Breeze AI built into Hubspot tools is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to manage mutli-language audiences in marketing emails. Having to create different language versions and manage those in workflows through branches is tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead/customer management across marketing, sales, and CS. Creating and managing the customer journey and campaigns, gathering insights on what's working, providing dashboards to other departments for insights.

Ease of use, ability to create many triggers, automations, and workflows that allow us to achieve our marketing and growth goals more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a bit difficult managing forms, fields, workflows, and resources across different functional areas while properly establishing reference fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to reach our customers in an effective way, scaling growth, retargeting at the proper moments. It allows us to maintain promotions through an intuitive email builder
Complex Setup, Effective Features for Lead Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I like using HubSpot Marketing Hub for email marketing and lead tracking. The email marketing feature is very easy because I can hook it up to my entire database and automatically send emails to specific leads we want to reach out to. This is really convenient, especially for the leads our sales team puts in backlog. Also, the lead tracking helps us understand how contacts respond to our campaign, like when they open it, allowing the sales to reach out at the best possible moment. Although the setup was fairly complicated and long, we managed to solve it, and with some playing around and figuring it out, it can work pretty fairly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub fairly complex with too many settings and options. The social media campaign feature is something I didn't really like, and we don't use it much. Also, every other tool in the Hub is pretty much unknown to us. The initial setup was a fairly complicated and long process to go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to reach out to my entire list of leads and prospects. Email marketing is easy as I can hook it up to my database and send emails to specific leads. Lead tracking helps us understand contact responses and reach out at the best moment.
Efficient, Easy-to-Use HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for sending out sequences and engaging with my corporate clients. It's super easy to use and saves me time on marketing tasks, turning what used to be an hour long task, has been reduced to 30 minutes. I also like that HubSpot lets me create contact points with multiple stakeholders and make content bespoke, giving it a much more tailored and personaliseded approach.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to save time sending mass newsletters and engaging with corporate clients. It creates personalized, tailored content quickly, which was super helpful. Tasks that used to take two hours now take fifteen minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Marketing Hub is how well it works with the rest of the ecosystem. With this software, we can bring sales, marketing, and customer success together in a single platform. It allows data to move smoothly between departments and helps break down silos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition hasn’t been as smooth as we expected, and we still have a lot of data in the system that needs to be cleaned up.

It’s really important that we, in marketing, can access sales and customer success data. That visibility is key to showing the value we bring and clearly connecting our work to the revenue generated.
