The best of the best for doing marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I use it mostly for email marketing campaigns because the statistics it provides are very good, very personalized, and very intuitive, so it stands out and makes a difference compared to other applications of its kind.
I used to use a similar one, but this one has better performance because it is much more complete. I can import my previous contacts and link them with the application, which saved me a lot of time and effort.
Its option for reports and statistics is by far the best. Very complete and efficient, they make the job much easier when it comes to delivering and formulating a report to management. Easy-to-understand graphs and it allows you to download them in PDF and Excel format.
I like the creation and posting of content, you can schedule your content calendar and not worry about the posts.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to upload a video for the post. The free plan does not allow scheduling a carousel for posting. The preview when scheduling a post is very small. The window for managing and handling leads is a bit complex and difficult to understand. It is better to use the original networks rather than their management window. A more advanced tutorial is needed for usage; perhaps some functions that could help with software management are inaccessible due to a lack of knowledge in using them.

Try it, you won't regret it if you're looking for software to organize the mess in your company, it saved me

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple interface and very easy to use, which does not mean that it is a bad program, on the contrary, it is one of the best, no problem with it.

i think it has an excessively high price for the real characteristics it possesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main thing is the automation of many processes that were performed manually and that thanks to this we can streamline many additional things without problems.

use this program either in a main or complementary way, it is very worthwhile.

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice having ads, blog, landing pages, forms and emails managed in one place. The scheduling features are nice (immediately, in future, time zone) and list creation features are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email and landing page creation tools - having to create templates to design anything is a PAIN and a drag & drop feature would be MUCH EASIER. It would take far less time to create all of the emails needed to just clone existing emails and edit with drag/drop than have to pick a template, clone it if there's a slight change, and then adjust all of the default copy.
Would also like the ability to have more dashboards in the reporting section or be able to monitor "this person submitted this form because they received this email" in an easier way than you can do now. Not just creating a goal saying "this person submitted this form after X date", but not necessarily BECAUSE they were sent that email.

Hubspot Ads
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it not only rolls up up the impact of my ad strategy to a total, but I can filter for specific platforms. I also like how you can clearly see how many people that saw my ad become Contacts in HS.
Also - not quite in the ads platform, but it's super useful for us to be able to filter those contacts in/out of workflows.

Sometimes can be slow/buggy, but I've seen a lot of improvement recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tying back ad spend to Contacts impacted, and down the line, revenue/deals.
Hubspot is great
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a great system. It can be really robust and is a great tool used for both Sales and Marketing. Building pages is super easy and super customizable. I love the many choices we have in choosing templates. I also love that I can manage my site myself and dont need to go through a third party developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, hubspot reporting can improve. There are a few limitations when it comes to reporting on certain aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking leads, prospects and customers has become easier.

Hubspot is overall great. My favorite feature is website development and customizable. There are many great templates available for customization. I love having control over all aspects of my website and not having to go through a third party to make certain improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot provides everything we need to support our clients to realize more traffic, more leads and more customers. From attracting the right target group to their website, up to the follow-up of Sales Qualified Leads. We realize this with the marketing, sales and service tools provided by HubSpot.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionalities need some tweaks. However HubSpot provides frequent updates for all functionalities and they keep adding new stuff, which is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows me and my colleagues to get the full potential out of our clients commercial departments so they can grow their business.

What do you like best about the product?
When you use the entire HubSpot ecosystem - crm, ma, cms, blog... it is a great product that can do some pretty powerful things. Hubspot is a great education company and their customer support is strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't use the whole ecosystem there are great integrations, but the value is limited significantly. Many companies are oversold by zealous sales reps and find their expectations are not quite met when they get into the product so I would just suggest that the sales team better manage expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, my company is using the platform as a Marketing Automation platform, building landing pages, sending emails and reviewing performance analytics. The platform is easy to use which enables our in-house team to implement quickly without too much heavy lifting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Every company has different needs, if you like to have one system that does everything for you, HubSpot is the way to go. Even if you don't, there is great value in their tools. Just make sure you aren't beeing oversold.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that hubspot helped to organize email sequences so that we could amplify things that worked and share them across the org. It has also helped with automating repetitive emails, for example after a demo, to expedite that process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there should be hubspot training when you first login so you can maximize the tool. I was not trained on it and had an incredibly difficult time using it to its fullest potential. There is also a % completed checklist that is incredibly annoying as a rep because the sequence of things we did were different than the sequence hubspot had set up. There was constantly an incomplete % and no way to turn it off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a great email marketing automation tool and that is the primary function I have found useful. I am confident Hubspot has a ton to offer, it can just be an overwhelming interface for someone who has not been exposed or trained.
Marketing Automation Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers an array of tools that our team uses on a daily basis. We use the deal section on a weekly basis to review active deals with our sales team and senior leadership team. We also send out a bi-weekly newsletter that we built in Hubspot to investors and contacts. We use the social media tools daily to promote our blogs and overall messaging. The reporting tools are used daily to monitor our site and social activity. We are able to easily contact Hubspot when we have any questions or need any assistance. This exerience has been great, and our team couldn't be happier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team is fully emersed in the Hubspot system. There have not been any complaints from anybody on our team. We continue to learn more, use more features and add more users. I could not think of anything bad to say about our experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to run an entire marketing team with minimal staff because of the help of Hubspot. We use the tool to continuously pump out our messaging to the world. We use Hubspot to build newsletters, create our social posts, landing pages, create chat flows, etc. We have realized that everything we are doing on a digital marketing scale can be done directly through Hubspot. We have had over 28,000 site visits, and we are easily able to show this success to our C-suite because of Hubspot. Our numbers have only been increasing, and we truly believe that much of that success comes from the help of Hubspot. We will continue to utilize the tools, and grow our company using this great system.

Hubspot has made marketing automation super easy for our team. We are not marketing experts, however, we have all began to feel as if we are. We are continuously learning, and being given new features from Hubspot. Our team grows as the Hubspot system grows. We love everything about it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use within the Hubspot platform is second to none, I love the way that it works seemlessly from emails to social to workflows. My favourite part has to be the workflows, I love automation - and the Hubspot system makes it so easy to build
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customise the contact records a bit more and layout the screen a bit differently so I can highlight really important fields to sales people (by putting them at the top of their screen for example) - but that is because I'm used to using other CRM products that do that :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for management of our entire lead to deal process and marketing automation. We are solving the issue of having too many sources of data to enable us to easily manage the process in one place including campaign management, content marketing, social media and email.
