HubSpot Marketing Hub is an amazing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
There are so many things I love about HubSpot: email, landing pages, scheduling, workflows, AB testing, social, CTA's, tracking URL builder, personalization, etc. I could go on and on. However, I think the thing I love the most about HubSpot is the knowledge base and customer service. If I am not sure how to do something I check the knowledge base first and if I still need help I contact support and they are always quick to get back to you and help you find an answer. Also, HubSpot is very good about evolving with their customers needs. It seems that whenever things come up and we discover something that HubSpot can't do - it sure doesn't take long until they can!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't always love the reporting. I use campaigns and I wish there was more analytics included in that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has lots of really great features, and I use several of them on a daily basis, including list building, emails, social media scheduling and monitoring, landing page development, and lead capture forms
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides yet. I've only used the tool for about 3 months, but so far any time I thought it couldn't do something, it just turned out I was looking in the wrong place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's incredibly easy to schedule social across platforms. Emails are a breeze, and the performance stats are great, especially the hotspots around clicking. I also like the landing pages a lot, because they make it easy to create campaign-specific pages and track performance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest definitely looking into this tool if you're interested in a marketing/automation service. I've used several others, but this one is more robust than any I hav previously used. It's great for cross-team collaboration.
Seamless Tool for Effective Content Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is incredibly helpful when planning and executing a marketing campaign, and it's tools are very easy to use and navigate -- especially social media and blogging.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot analytics reporting can at times be confusing, and I wish there were more ways to create ads within HubSpot. Also, while this isn't a HubSpot issue, I wish there was a way to publish multiple Instagram images in one post, versus only one. I also wish you could publish images that are not square, and HubSpot would automatically crop them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to effectively export and report social media analytics for our clients with ease. Creating and executing campaigns is also very easy! I also enjoy the landing page builder, and how seamless it is to create forms and CTAs that can be implemented on those pages to drive conversions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is by far one of the easiest tools I've ever used for marketing automation. I especially love the learning center, where you can earn certifications and learn new tools, trades, and skills that you can utilize on your own company and clients. I love how effortless it is to create and schedule social media posts as well, and replicating posts for multiple channels is also a great value-add. Our HubSpot rep is also great, and so helpful for us. He's there for us whenever we need him or when we have questions!
Hubspot is a Key Resource for Landing Page Development
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot's integration of multiple marketing tools, from email workflows to landing page development. It makes it easy to manage your business's various campaigns from one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside to HubSpot is the reliance on templates that allow no customization — namely, templated landing pages. While it is nice to have ready-made templates to whip up landing pages on the spot, it would be nice to have the ability to edit modules within these templates without having to hard code the changes to edit the template itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving customer relations with HubSpot. We've realized one of the greatest benefits is maintaining multiple contact points with one's customer base over the long term.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say that my biggest piece of advice for other people interested in using HubSpot is to familiarize yourself with the wide range of tools available on the platform, from email newsletter automation to landing page builders. Once you can familiarize yourself with these tools, you can start to experiment with some of the other more advanced features, such as analytics and workflows, which can help you maintain multiple touch points with your customer base.
Easy to use Social Media Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I actually had zero social media experience before using Hub Spot's Social platform. So when I say it is easy to learn and use, you know it's true! I especially love that if I have a question, odds are that they have already answered in one of their articles. Need a template? They have that covered as well!
Additionally, since I am new, it is so nice to be able to plan ahead for the coming week! I try and plan a week ahead, and at least two posts a day. I also have many drafts saved of my random social media ideas!

What do you dislike about the product?
When I plan ahead all of my social posts ahead of time, I can only post one picture on Instagram. Sometimes it would be very beneficial to post a could so the customers can swipe to see more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm creating a Social Post, I cannot delete pictures in those folders.

Do not be afriad to learn the social media tool! Anyone can do it.

The automation of the site is fantastic, it makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is having to go back in to each individual social media post in order to edit them, it would be really nice if you could pull up the whole day at once and be able to edit information or categories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media is a very big part of the world today, knowing that having a tool that can help you schedule out posts months in advanced to several different social media sites is a great help and time saver.
HubSpot has more features to do what I need than any other service of its kind.

That there are multiple approaches to every task I try. Creating landing pages, setting up sequences and workflows, even developing call to action buttons, it does it all.

There are certain, fairly obvious features that I wish they had, like A/B testing of automated emails.

HubSpot has made it easier to track and reach all of our customers/leads as well as work more effectively as a team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure of their customer support to ask questions. Simple "how do I do this?" questions will help you learn to get the most out of it.
Simplifies social
What do you like best about the product?
Having Hubspot makes keeping track of my social calendar way easier. It may not be perfect but compared to everything else that I've tried it's way ahead. Without it my social calendar and analytics would be a mess.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to hubspot is that it doesn't let you upload videos to instagram and the amount of photos you can upload to one post are limited. If that were gone this platform would be almost perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My only problem is after scheduling a post I have to reload the page if I want to preview another post. The benefits though outweight the negatives and it's made my scheduling so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try some others out but give Hubspot a week or so to let you dig into all the different tools. There's so much there to use that you probably won't even use all the tools. Whether you're in SEO, SEM, Social, or sales there are tools to help.
One of the most advanced systems in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Web Designer, hence, the most beatiful feature for me is the easy way to make, publish and edit Landing Pages. Also for Email. Once I got used to the Design Manager, I started developing a bunch of Landing pages templates and Email Marketing templates. And when developed, we can change stuff before publishing which makes it easier to use one template for various subjects. The possibility to create modules makes it even easier the reusability of Templates. Once done, I don´t need to change on every template, just change the module and all templates using that module changes automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not a complaint, more a developing suggestion. It's easy to create forms and edit them, but if I want to, for example, send my user to a specific page because of a specific selection of a dropdown item, I can't. Well I can, but I will have to code it. I know that this should be in the development section, but in my opinion, there must be more people eager to have some kind of this function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating landing pages and email marketing templates for specific events or campaings we make. Before I started here there was not a pattern to follow. Every user could select any template and use it. The first thing I aimed to do was to set a pattern for everybody to use. And also make use of the smart fields we can make.
Very pleased with the social media capabilities in HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out social media posts weeks in advance in the social media tool in HubSpot gives me the time I need to manage community engagement and respond in a timely manner. The reports tool gives me insight into which posts are performing better than others so I am able to continue sharing content that our client's followers are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more video capability in regards to the Instagram accounts through HubSpot, but they have already advanced their video uploading capability in Facebook and Twitter so I have no doubt this is something they are already working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has enabled me to more effectively manage my time as well as my client's social media accounts. The communities we are building online are stronger and our followers are becoming more engaged.

If you have a need for social media management, content management or more insights to consumer behavior, HubSpot is a great tool.
